Disappointed! Non stop working during day time. Shortage of 50% of the dishes in all their restaurants. Quality of the food is mediocre. Slow and non attentive service. Found 2 cockroaches in the room. They are trying and they are really really nice but not up to the expectations I had from a “classy” boutique hotel.

Worst service. Everything’s dirty and it takes them forever to clean it. Extremely slow service it takes an hour to order your food than another hour to get it.the service staff usually don’t know how to make a cocktail or how to prepare a coffee so you can only order what they know how to do, although there are more things
