Et lite luksus hotel som har kjempe bra service. Hadde problemer med air conditioner, da organiserte de et nytt rom til oss midt på natten. Glimrede service og topp mat. Eneste minus var treningsrom som litt lite. Dette er et hotell som er perfekt for de som liker litt ro og god service. Stort takk til alle ansatte :)

A lovely "boutique" hotel at Sukhumvit soi 20. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a nice rooftop bar with a great happy hour. The hotel is within reasonable walking distance to Asok junction, where MRT and BTS can take you to all parts of the city.

Great location, great staff, great breakfast/bar, pool needs renovation, tiles in pool were loose and looked very worn out. Not an inviting place. Comfort was great with great room. But massive construction right outside room. Was extremely noisy from 06 in the morning till late. Should be announced when booked that this was the case.

Klimaanlage war ab abends sehr laut und die Einstellungen waren nicht zufriedenstellend. Beim Duschen war das Wassertemperatur in Sekunden extrem eiskalt. Insgesamt war das Wasser entweder zu heiß oder zu kalt. Auch Wasser war zu wenig. Frühstücksauswahl war nicht so viel. Es sollte Buffet geben aber da steht nur Toastbrot und conflex den Rest muss man aus der Menü auswählen. Die Möglichkeiten waren zu wenig. Jeden Tag haben wir dasselbe gegessen

Staff were excellent and helpful. The room was very clean and modern. The only down side was I had no hot water in the shower which was disappointing. I would rather trade in the luxury sheets for a good hot shower.

Good location, but room is dirty. When I first checked in I immediately wanted to change the hotel, but I decided to stay after all. The room was quite enough so no major issue with noise. You inform the staff about something, they don’t act on it. I feel the reviews here are wrong and I’m not sure why they are so high, I think 2-3 stars are more appropriate. But the location is good. Also just a note: if they say the fridge is all free - complimentary, don’t believe them.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and always greeted me with a smile. The room and bathroom were spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Every request was handled quickly and professionally. Breakfast was delicious every morning—especially the Asian menu, which was full of flavor and variety. Started our honeymoon here. The staff were amazing, respectful and kind upgraded our room for the occasion and left a note wishing us well. The room was amazing spotlessly clean. Breakfast was on another level and the staff there could not do enough. It was centrally located and 8 would definitely recommend and left

I choose this hotel due to central location but also because my hotels vip would give me free room upgrade. I got the upgrade. Nice large room with kitchen. I needed to change room after first noisy night. Very poor location towards busy road and no soundproof windows at all. I’m possible to rest. So much for that upgrade. I’m my vip upgrade there is also one free 600bath drink ticket. But not including alcohol free beers. What?!? Why this choice from manament? Same goes for happy hour. Not including alcohol free beers. Many hotel management choices that gave bad impression.

Nice, unique 5* hotel. The room was really great - I booked a junior suite and it was lovely. The staff were very friendly and very helpful, and just warm and welcoming. It was a really nice stay.

staff, so helpful and kind and the welcome drink was amazing. We were lucky to be upgraded to a junior suite and the room was just amazing. You really couldn't ask for anything more. Beautiful comfortable bed, loads of space and storage. We didn't really use the lounge area, but the sofa was comfortable. The room has a small kitchenette , Coffee and tea facilities(lovely coffee pods) The bathroom was spacious with gigantic bath and over shower. The roof bar was a nice addition to try and get done down time. I would highly recommend this to family and friends

バンコクには年に数回、旅行しており、ホテルホッピングをしています。今回、初めて滞在したホテルです 総合的にコストパフォーマスが良いホテルだと思います 良い点：①ロケーションが良い。BTSアソークとBTSブロンポーンの両方が徒歩圏内 ②部屋は寝室とリビングが分かれ広い。買ってきたお惣菜を部屋で食べるのに便利 ③朝食がとても美味し買ったです。アラカルトメニューでタイのオムレツのせご飯をオーダーしたのですが、優しい味で本当に美味しかったです ④スタッフがフレンドリーでした。スタッフ全員、笑顔が良く、よく声がけをしてくれました フロントスタッフが部屋をアップグレードしてくれたのも嬉しかったです。 残念な点：①寝室のエアコンがダイキン製だったのですが、音がうるさくて、睡眠の邪魔でした 総じて、滞在して良かったホテルです。

Room was very comfortable and staff were excellent. Great location on a quiet street which had some great food stalls. Walking distance to Asok BTS station and MQuarters Mall with plenty of dining choices.

The hotel is in a perfect location, just a short distance from Asok BTS and Emsphere. The lobby is really small and underwhelming but the room is spacious, clean and very comfortable,.especially the bathroom. View from the window is limited though. Generally speaking a value for money, comfortable hotel in that area.

Started our honeymoon here. The staff were amazing, respectful and kind upgraded our room for the occasion and left a note wishing us well. The room was amazing spotlessly clean. We had an incredible experience, the staff were very helpful and soo kind. Tastoria staff even helped arrange a surprise for my new wife on our honeymoon, I could not be more thankful and grateful!! The breakfast was 10/10, so many options and all were delicious. I will absolutely be recommending Tastoria Collection Hotel Sukhumvit to any and all travellers in the future!!

Great location, very central and just off the Sukhumvit road and 5 minutes from the nearest BTS station but also quiet and tucked away from the noise and chaos of central Bangkok. The hotel is well run, clean and modern and the staff are excellent, going out of their way to be helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms are well spec'd, clean and modern and have everything that you could possibly need for a stay and the bars are both relaxing and friendly with good food and drinks. A lovely "boutique" hotel at Sukhumvit soi 20. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a nice rooftop bar with a great happy hour. The hotel is within reasonable walking distance to Asok junction, where MRT and BTS can take you to all parts of the city.

Hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter! Als Kompensation gab s einen gratis Flughafen-Transfer. Gleichwohl werden wir dieses Hotel vorderhand meiden. Excellent service! Nice and clean hotel. We appreciated that the hotel was not so big (50 room), which gave a more cozy and familiar atmosphere.
