Nice hotel, a bit outdated decor etc, but clean. Very nice hot springs bath. Nice food. I missed information about rental of kayaks, and about any possible boat sight sings, since the area is nice, and there is a boat harbor just below the hotel. I don't know if they don't provide it. English knowledge very limited. I also missed non-allergenic pillows, they only had feather.

Nice, large room. Very friendly English-speaking receptionist. Amazing value half-board, with self-service booze! Even draught beer! Highly recommended!

Was told to pay 7623 JPY during checkout for an outstanding buffet dinner on the 11/02/2026 which I have already paid on that day. I tried to use my bank app to check but unfortunately the app has loading issues due to network. In the end I managed to find the payments

Room is very tired and the bedding had stains. The facilities are all very tired and in need of a refresh. Staff were doing the best they could among the ocean of tour groups.
