I love the beautiful scenery, the wonderful activities from the karaoke, bowling, tennis/badminton, and especially the onsen. The shuttle bus from the Nebukawa station is really helpful to get to the hotel without walking about 30 minutes from the station.

Sportraum, Spa und Zimmer sind in einem guten Zustand. Die Gärten sind gepflegt. Frühstück war sowohl westlich als auch traditionell japanisch vorhanden, sodass man beides probieren kann. Frische Eiergerichte kann man sich auch zubereiten lassen. Den Shuttleservice nach Odawara oder Nebukawa solltet ihr nutzen, um nicht unnötig Geld für die Bahn auszugeben. Lasst euch die Fahrzeitenliste geben. Man sollte bedenken, es fallen extra Hotspring Gebühren von 300¥ pro Nacht an, welches mir vorher nicht bewusst war. Trotzdem war es ein tolles Hotel mit verschiedenen Wellnessangeboten, um sich vom ganzen Metropolentrubel zu erholen.

An absolutely fabulous hotel with the very best of decor and staff customer care. Extensive grounds and an amazing aray of sporting facilities and spa areas. Top quality food in extremely comfortable surroundings and an excellent breakfast buffet. The hotel provided an efficient shuttle service to both a local rail station and the larger Odawara major train station.

3世代家族旅行で、非常に快適でした。孫たちはプールやボーリングでおおはしゃぎ、家内は温繊に大満足、時間があれば、スパにも行きたかったなって、すごく満喫できました。みな、また来たいと今回の滞在では足りないみたいでした。本当に良かった。

スパの施設がとても良かった。25mプールが付いていたので運動もでき、デッキチェアもたくさんあってリラックスができた。またスタッフ皆さんの対応も良く、是非また泊まりたいと思う。

The Hilton has myriad of requirements for using the pool and hot springs. It's not possible just to walk into the pool area and start using it. We couldn't even see the pool because we were not appropriately attired, meaning we weren't wearing swimming clothes. The rooms are small and so are the bathroom and enclosed toilet.

水回りが黒カビだらけで不潔そのものであり、トイレは下水処理が適切にされていないのか汚水（便）のような匂いが部屋中に立ち込めていた。これにより、滞在中は常に気分が悪かった。ホテルのロビーでは、正規の社員証を付けた係員がハワイヒルトン無料旅行の抽選を装い、個人情報を聞き出すことが目的と思われる悪質な客引きをしていた。不信感を抱きつつも話に乗るふりをしていたら宿泊するホテル本館から離れたひと気の無い怪しいラウンジに連れて行かれた。そこで怪しい2時間のセミナーや、コンドミニアムの不動産投資の話をされた。これを断るとその係員は豹変し悪態ついてきた。身に危険を感じ怖くなりホテルへ逃げた。受付のフロント、他の施設のスタッフは親切丁寧でHiltonの名に恥じないような接待をしていた。

アメニティが何も部屋になく、フロントでの有料でもお取り扱いがない、売店には一泊用もなく、 20日用サイズしかなかった。とても不便な場所で、車でないと難しい。無料送迎バスは夕方以降はないのと土日は小田原まで行ってなく、無人駅で降ろされる。翌日の朝にタクシーを呼んでほしいとお願いしたが、あっさり無いですと言われ、あとはシャトルバスの時間までお待ち下さいと、、ひたすら電話をかけまくり自力でなんとかしたが、タクシーないのが当たり前の対応。施設内は清潔でした。

親子共々お気に入りのホテルで3度目の宿泊です。プールがついていて、ボーリングやカラオケができるのも子供が楽しめます。ロッカールームの掃除もいきとどいていて安心して使えます。食事も美味しくて、シェフの方も親切で気持ちがいいです。ホテルの方達もとても親切で丁寧な接客です。是非また伺いたいと思います(^^)

とても手入れが行き届いていて、スタッフもさすがヒルトンだなと思いました。岩盤浴を利用しました。アロマの香りで癒され、しっかり良い汗をかきました。時間制で予約が必要です。安価ではない利用料なので、クールダウン室等があれば良かったと思います。大浴場の温泉もよく温まりいい湯でした。サウナも露天風呂もありました。サウナ室にテレビ、露天風呂に時計があるともっと良かったです。

I chose this hotel to take my mum with walking problem. They have spacious, clean swimming center and onsen hot spring in the connected annex. Our room was on the 8th floor and had an amazing view of Sagami Bay. It suited our purpose but it is NOT a place to get about by public transport. It is isolated on the hill and their free shuttle bus runs only once every hour to Odawara. However for a quiet, relaxing few days, it was perfect for us! Breakfast had a big selection and the staff were very friendly. (Special thanks to Aziz-san!)

자차없이 간 여행이기에 뭘 할 수있을까 고민했는데 호텔내에 즐길거리가 많아 알찬 여행이 되었음 실내에서 탁구, 배드민턴, 테니스, 수영, 골프가 가능하고 체육관은 기구가 여유롭고 깨끗하고 무엇보다 원판을 내맘대로 쓰며 땅데드 칠 수 있어 대만족 온천수와 침구가 지금껏 여행한 곳 중 손꼽을만큼 만족스러움 오션뷰방에서 기분좋게 눈뜸 오랜만의 만족스런 수면 바람이 세서 창문으르 바람소리가 거슬렸지만 그런 사소한 단점을 상쇄할 장점이 많음

The million dollars of beautiful view from my room, although the bathroom was awkward I never see, no shower curtain, only half of the glass door, when we took a bath, water was all over the floor, we had to be very careful , the beds were very comfy. Buffets were delicious and A La carte dining was wonderful. The staffs services were excellent, we were very pleased.

The staff is amazing! We stayed one night but we wished we added more days. We will definitely come back. The main factor is the staff's respect, willingness and accomodations. They are great. One if them us Halumi I think.

Hotel was clean and the pool area was great. Unfortunately, the staff were shockingly rude and distrustful of their guests, not just us but others as well. 1. One staff member chased down a (Japanese) family with small children getting ready for the onsen, all the way up to the lockers asking, "Are they wearing diapers? Diapers are not allowed!" The mom looked visibly upset to have been singled out and approached as she said no. The children also looked afraid they did something wrong. She gave a very cursory "shitsurei shimashita". I've never witnessed such direct confrontation from a hotel staff member in all my years in Japan. 2. They are also very particular about where you are and are not allowed to wear slippers. I wasn't the one in our party to check in so I didn't know there was a map that indicated so. It was an honest mistake on my part, but they not at all kind or understanding about it. 3. At check-in, we were given free welcome-drink coupons for the lounge. We handed them to the lounge staff when they seated us. Had the drinks, sat around for a while. There was no staff around for a long time so when we got up to leave, we were surprised when a staff member came after my husband in the lobby and demanded we pay. We were honestly confused because we had given them the drink coupons and we ordered from their free drink menu. When we explained we used the coupons, she didn't apologize for her oversight despite embarassing our family in the lobby.

The hotel was amazing and exceeded all my expectations. There was a lovely welcome and check in process, the hotel and its grounds were immaculately cared for and the facilities were outstanding and all staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying there again next time.

I love the beautiful scenery, the wonderful activities from the karaoke, bowling, tennis/badminton, and especially the onsen. The shuttle bus from the Nebukawa station is really helpful to get to the hotel without walking about 30 minutes from the station.

I chose this hotel to take my mum with walking problem. They have spacious, clean swimming center and onsen hot spring in the connected annex. Our room was on the 8th floor and had an amazing view of Sagami Bay. It suited our purpose but it is NOT a place to get about by public transport. It is isolated on the hill and their free shuttle bus runs only once every hour to Odawara. However for a quiet, relaxing few days, it was perfect for us! Breakfast had a big selection and the staff were very friendly. (Special thanks to Aziz-san!)

悪天候の中での旅行でしたが、ホテル内の施設・アクティビティが充実しておりとても楽しい時間を過ごせました。ホテルまでの交通ルートが1本しかなく、渋滞すると迂回が出来ません。またコンビニが遠いのが少し難点なくらいで、あとは最高でした。

Walking into the lobby of this hotel was an amazing experience! After travelling on several rural roads to get there, we were suddenly transported into another world. Wide and spacious, not crowded. A place to relax and to take in the ambvience of it all. The staff were the best that we have encountered in a long time, and we were thinking to ourselves that this is the 'Hilton difference, the Hilton training'. Nothing much to say about the food, other than that it was very good, whatever we chose. In fact, I was pleasently suprised at how good it was. Onsen baths were as one would expect, but the swimming pool and the pool area for children are something to take your breath away. Don't forget, we are talking about the suburbs of Odawara. Surrounding the hotel are areas of natuaral green lawns, trees and pools. We saw tadpoles in one of the pools today! At the end of the day, there is not much that I can complain about, so well done Hilton. We will be back

The breakfast buffé and the dinner buffé was great, not excellent but compared to other Japaneese hotels I stayed in on other trips this one beats them all.
