Hotel liegt direkt am See und somit hat von den Zimmern mit Seeblick eine tolle Aussicht. Die Bar im 7ten Stock ist ein Besuch wert.

Bel établissement, très bien situé pour découvrir Neuchâtel, au bord du lace. Chambre spacieuse donnant sur l lac, moquette propre au sol, produits de toilette en vrac, douche à l'italienne très agréable, sèche cheveux efficace ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas avec des cheveux longs, peignoirs, chaussons, machine à café et eau de bienvenue; Tout y est pour un séjour parfait. Il faut impérativement réserver le parking avec la chambre car il est sous l'hôtel avec accès direct mais très petit. Si non d'autres parking publics autour mais avec parcmètre.

Longer trip and just happened on this hotel. It was amazing. Right on the water and close to the center of Neuchatel. Great rooftop bar, parking and great service. Would go back again for sure.

A very nice hotel, with very accommodating staff. Well located within Neuchatel and overlooks the marina. Plenty of open air eateries within 5 minutes walk. The room was excellent, although there are notices advising not to open the windows because of the insects- it was very interesting to see mayflies up close resting on the windows! I was on the 6th floor, the rooftop bar on the 7th floor is lively at the weekend and thus the 6th is not for light sleepers. I didn't eat here during my stay so cannot comment on the restaurant.

Wunderbare Lage direkt am See. Coole Rooftop-Bar. Der einzige, minimale kleine Abzug ist dafür, dass die Zimmer, bis auf die oberste Etage, keine Balkone haben.

Pas grand chose a dire sur l hotel , assez agreable . Par contre on nous a interdit l accès au rooftop à mon fils de 14 ans et c est inaxecttaple lors que nous souhaitons vivre une experience vacances ensemble. Aussi bureau cassé dans la chambre et porte de douche ne ferme pas .

Check-In um 15:00 hat nicht geklappt. Es habe zuviele Abreisende gegeben, weshalb die Zimmer noch nicht ready waren. Parkplätze sind nir sehr wenige vorhanden und waren alle belegt, Parkhaus ist aber nahe und hat 26.50 für die Nacht gekostet. Dir Tapete in den Zimmern kommt langsam schon runter und es müsste mal wieder renoviert werden.

Hôtel très bien situé, avec un rooftop agréable et une équipe particulièrement accueillante. Malheureusement, la propreté de la chambre n’était clairement pas à la hauteur du standing annoncé. À notre arrivée, nous avons trouvé des cheveux dans le lit laissés par un précédent client, ainsi qu’une toile d’araignée — avec son araignée — dans un coin de la chambre. J’ai immédiatement signalé ces problèmes à la réception. Ils ont réagi avec professionnalisme, promettant un nouveau nettoyage et nous offrant le petit-déjeuner du lendemain en geste commercial — ce que j’ai beaucoup apprécié. Cependant, en rentrant le soir, le cheveu était toujours là… Dommage, car le reste du séjour aurait pu être vraiment agréable.

HÄNDE WEG !!! CHECK IN -> Freudloses Rezeption-Team. ZIMMERBEZUG des EXECUTIV ZIMMERS in der 6. Etage; - Zimmer und Bad unbeheizt !!! - Temperatur 19 Grad ??? Gemäss der Aussage des Portier sei das ZImmer in 10 Minuten warm. Reklamation nach 1 Stunde. - technischer Mitarbeiter begutachtet und verspricht Besserung. Wir sollen uns nach einer Stunde wieder melden, wenn es immer noch kalt ist. 2. Reklamation nach 1 weiteren Stunde. Gemäss technischem Mitarbeiter ist die Etage nicht beheizt, man müsse das zentral „einstellen“ !? 3. Reklamation an der Rezeption Alle machen „grosse Augen“ keiner versteht etwas. Dann das Versprechen, man werde 2 Elektro-Heizöfen ins Zimmer stellen. NACHTESSEN Schönes Lokal - Rindsfilet serviert mit „12 Knoblauchzehen“ !!! Service gut. Auch hier „unbeheizt“ Temperatur 20 Grad ??? Grosse Fensterflächen, Heizung jedoch kalt !!! Am zweiten Abend musste ich mit der dicken Daunenjacke essen. Konsumation für zwei Personen fast 200.- Reklamation beim Chef de Service wurde teilnahmslos entgegengenommen??? PERSONAL Auf der 6. Beautiful hotel. Staff is very friendly and the property is very clean. I had to walk from a concert to the hotel at about 11:30pm and I felt safe in the area. The hotel is a little pricey, but I would stay here again! The restaurant had a fantastic view and food was delicious.

Bon Hôtel. Bien mieux que son voisin le Beau Rivage essayé l'an dernier très vieillot. Personnel sympathique et efficace. Cependant beaucoup de moustiques et oiseaux, les matelas trop mous, et deux araignées tuées dans la chambre.

The room was beautiful and clean, however, we soon realized that the air conditioner was not working properly. We were told there was no one on the premises to address this issue and there was no mention of changing to a different room.

Best Western in Europe is leagues ahead of their US properties! The Hotel Beaulac was wonderful: helpful, multilingual staff; location convenient to the university and historic town center; abundant breakfast buffet; fine dining at lunch and dinner. I greatly enjoyed dining outdoors on the restaurant terrace and sharing drinks and light snacks with friends at Waves, the rooftop bar with both indoor and outdoor seating. Rooms are well soundproofed and the AC kept me nice and cool during Neuchâtel's dog days of summer. Strong water pressure in the bathroom, and the water runs hot almost immediately. The Nespresso machine and electric tea kettle in the room were an unexpected bonus. Rooms with a likeside view are the best - mine even had a small balcony with table and chairs, great for watching boats gliding in and out of the port. My minibar apparently wasn't a minifridge (or wasn't working?) so I couldn't chill my water. Apart from this very minor inconvenience I had a terrific stay. Highly recommended.

Hôtel bien situé et belle prestation. La température de la chambre était tres élevé malgré nos demandes malheureusement aucun changement. La femme de ménage qui rentre à 9h15 dans la chambre… un peut limite ! Dommage sans c’est deux événements 10/10

Our corner suite had an incredible view on the Lake of Neuchâtel with the Alps in the background, especially the 3 majestic "Bernoises", Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau ! Breathtaking view of the lake and mountains from our room, the rooftop bar, and the ground floor restaurant. Our room wasn’t completely prepared when we arrived but they quickly remedied and brought us everything we needed and small touches like a welcome biscuit. Excellent customer service!

Seul petit bémol : la vue est un peu gâchée par les barres extérieures de la structure de l’hôtel. À souligner également : un excellent petit déjeuner ! Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette adresse.

We had dinner in the terrasse. From the beginning my wife was complaining of an extreme high sound ( ultra sound) also heard by members of the personal. After requesting we were answered that if was an ultrasound device to frighten the birds. We moved inside but my wife had acouphene and headache during 3 days. These device should not be installed where people sit and are dangerous. Their legallity is questionnable…
