Es wird entgegen des Verbots im Hotel im Zimmer und im Essbereich geraucht. Hier scheint das vereinzelte Ignorieren des Rauchverbots keine Konsequenzen für die Gäste zu haben, zumindest nicht während unseres Aufenthalts. Das ist sehr unangenehm für die anderen Gäste und insbesondere für Kinder nicht akzeptabel.

Scary and unsafe for families with kids. The windows open outwards with no child screen. Fall hazard. Parking is free but every time you need to go in or out you have to tell front desk. No card entry in parking. No microwave. We had to go to restaurant every time to warm our child’s milk.

Alles im allem ein Top Hotel, aller dings sollte das Servicepersonal durchgängig in Englisch geschult werden. Bei Empfang gab es keine Sprachbarrieren, allerdings bei Restaurantpersonal erhebliche. Pool und Bar Personal waren nahezu perfekt.

kolin hotel çanakkalenin gerçekten bir numarası, özellikle son konaklamamızda daha iyi anladık. 4 gecelik jakuzilli oda tuttuk ve jakuzi konusunda ne yazık ki teknik sorun yaşadık. sorun heryerde olabilir kolin hotel çözüm odaklı misafirperverliği ile farkını gösteriyor. otel yönetimine ve özellikle nöbetçi müdür Emrah bey'e jakuzi sorununun telafisi için bizleri tatilimize ek olarak iki gün daha misafir ettiklerinden dolayı çok teşekkür ederiz. merkeze yakınlık, yeni odalar ve imkanları anlatmaya gerek bile yok, çanakkalenin en iyisi.

It was a great experience to stay in the Kolin hotel. This hotel was five-star, and looked like I was in heaven. The hotel was always full of tourists and buses loading and unloading guests. Still, the personnel of Kolin Hotel acts professionally, with patience, and fast responses to guest needs and questions. I should mention Mahir‘s name, who was helpful even in the early morning, trying to help guests have breakfast before checking out.

The hotel was clean and the room heating worked fine. Our room was not ready for 1.5 hours after the check in time and then they gave us a room right next to the elevator which makes a lot of noise. I asked for another room and they gave us one that was on a higher floor, very quiet with a beautiful view. They also brought us a nice tray of sweets to make up for the previous problem.

Otel konum ve tesis olarak başarılı. Özellikle Zeytin alakart restorant hem garsonları hem de lezzet ile fark yaratıyor. Kahvaltısını biraz zayıf bulduk. Unlu mamüllerin görüntüleri farklı ama lezzet olarak hepsi aynıydı kahvaltıda. Otelin bahçesinden sola doğru gidildiğinde bir aile işletmesi olan dondurmacı keşfettik, gayet başarılıydı onu özellikle tavsiye ederiz.

I was greeted and upgraded to a better room at the reception. The room had already tastefully chosen welcome nibbles waiting for me. The facilities and the room was very clean and new. I had ample space to park my car. In general the hotel was very lively and lovely. I shall also not forget the excellent breakfast choices.
