excellent hotel with a metro stop on the doorstep Very good breakfast worth doing if you get a deal. Lots of good places to eat immediately around hotel. easy access to Taxsim square by walking or metro. Also easy access to IST airport if travelling by metro. The hotel had nice social areas and the bar is great for a quiet evening in. They also had a heated pool which was amazing in October. Would definitely recommend staying here

A convenient hotel, right by the Osmanbey metro and convient to both Levent and Taksim. The swimming pool in the roof was an excellent place to relax after a long day of meetings. The breakfast buffet is nothing special, but it does contain a variety of Turkish and international breakfast foods. Beds are comfortable and rooms are well-laid-out.

Our room was on the first floor and initially I was worried about noise from the street. However, my worries were unfounded and the room was very quiet. Our room was spacious and very clean. The bed was a good size and very comfortable. The shower was good and the cubicle was well designed in that the running water stayed in the shower cubicle and didn't seep onto the floor of the bathroom area. Hand soap and shower gel/shampoo was supplied as usual. Housekeeping was efficient and reliable and to a good standard. In room facilties were better than expected, we even had a floor scales, which proved useful. Breakfast was good, there was a decent selection of items always available and the staff in attendance were very polite and friendly. The area around the hotel has several shops and places to get a coffee and the metro station, 'Osmanbey' is only a few meters walk from the entrance to the hotel. I would definitely return to the Ramada by Wyndham Istanbul City Centre. A very pleasant stay for us. Thank you to all the staff at this hotel.

Yatağın içerisinde kıllar vardı.Temizlikçi yatak çarşaflarını değiştirmemişti. Talebim üzerinde önümde değiştirildi. Oda hijyenik değildi. Kahvaltı da simitler bayattı ve poğaçalar bayattı. cam çaydanlık ve kahve makineleri çokpisti. Yoğurt yemek için kaşık aldım toz içindeydi. Gelen kargomu,hotelde böyle biri yok diye söyleyip geri gönderdiler. Sorumlu ise herşeyin bilince ama bilmiyormuş gibi davranıp hatalarını kabul etmediler. Tam bir rezaletti. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

This was our third stay at this hotel near Osmanbey metro station. We were there for three nights. We like this hotel because it's very clean, the rooms are comfortable and the breakfast options are very good. The location is excellent and there are lots of shops nearby. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. I recommend this hotel.

Odada klima calismiyordu hava cok soguk olmasina ragmen. Resepsiyonu 6-7 sefer aramama ragmen kimse cevap vermedi ve geri arama da yapilmadi. Ben giris yaparken resepsiyonist beyefendi telefonla birini arayarak odadaki bir seyin hallolup olmadigini sormustu malesef ne oldugunu ve aslinda halledilmedigini gece saatinde anlayabildim. Bunun disinda otelin lokasyonu her islev icin guzel bir yer. Fakat oda temizligi orta duzeyde. Utu var odada calismiyor, kiyafete su damlatip daha kotu hale getirdi. Otel girisinde 3.500 TL depozito talep ediliyor, ibana transferi kabul etmiyorlar. Kredi karti kullanmadigim icin bir de gidip para cekip geldim. Disari cikinca getirirsin de denmiyor gidip cekin gelin diyorlar. Genel olarak 5 yildizli otel deneyimi olmadi malesef benim icin.

Room 206 had no electricity.the card contact point was not stable...after alot of persuasion and only after the manager checked with 8 different cards ..they gave me an alternative room....where the TV didnt work so they changed the cable. On check in they gave me the wrong internet passcode....and the waitress at Breakfast was rude. I could also upload photos of the Bathroom sink ...where I found black hair....maybe the cleaner as I have grey hair...maybe I will upload..

Breakfast buffet offered a good range of foods and option to have items specially prepared to order, nice atmosphere in restaurant. This is our second stay in The Ramada Plaza Istanbul City Centre in 2023. I chose this hotel because we were very happy with the hotel after our first stay in April this year, and now again in October. The hotel is in a good location, Osmanbey metro station (served by the M2 line - Green line) is a few meters from the entrance and there are also local bus routes serving bus stops nearby. On entering the hotel it looks very clean, modern and well furnished. The reception area/lobby is spacious and welcoming. The staff are very pleasant throughout the hotel, without exception. There was a very good feeling about this hotel when we were here in April, and the same is still applicable this time, too. The staff make this hotel feel warm and welcoming. Housekeeping and cleanliness was excellent, we would like to thank Orhan for leaving our room clean and tidy every day, we saw her a few times during our stay and she was always warm and friendly. We opted to have breakfast and there was always a good selection of items available. Again, the staff in the restaurant were first class, the chef preparing our omelettes was very warm and friendly too, as well as the staff present in the seating area, they were also very attentive. Everywhere we were in this hotel, the staff were so pleasant and warm. Also worth mentioning is the swimming pool and fitness centre, both are good facilities. In summer the roof of the pool is retractable. In summary, a very nice hotel with very pleasant staff.

We had to stay 3 different rooms in one week, because of their "planned" water work in rooms. They sent us to a room and two days later they said they have water job in room we have to change the room again. If you planned this room for a work why you sent us there in begin with. It wasn't good stay at all. Staff were very kind and understood our complains but they did not have anything to do.

During my stay, I became unwell early in the morning, experiencing memory loss, stomach cramps, and vomiting. My daughter called reception. They told her they couldn't do anything for her. Crying, she then called the hospital emergency line. They told her they had to come to the emergency room. With difficulty, she managed to get me out. An older man standing outside helped me get into a taxi to the hospital. This resulted in food poisoning, Ramada, you should be deeply ashamed of yourselves. I've stayed at two other Ramada locations before. But you're not human; how can you abandon a young girl who calls reception, crying helplessly, like this? Shame on you! I have no other words for your inhumane behavior!
