We had a great time. Excellent facilities. Staff was very helpful and went out of their way to make us comfortable. All inclusive dining was just too good. We enjoyed all the three meals, everyday. Lots of variety and very delicious. The highlight of our experience was the dining. Beach and pools were very well maintained, very clean and neat. Overall it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Concorde Deluxe resort is a nice hotel on the beach with excellent service. All the staff are kind and helpful. Buffet food is very good and drinks are top shelf. Beach is nice. Pier is very convenient and has has a bar as well. It has a nice Spa. Everything is clean. Indoor pool water and the jacuzzi water is not warm enough unfortunately. Our room was tastefully decorated and clean. Anything extra we asked the room service was delivered promptly. The room was on the smaller side but had a nice sea view. Hotel itself has everything conveniently located. Very easy to navigate around. Building had nice pictures hanging on the walls everywhere. It has quite a few food options. I would go again if the price is right.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff were very friendly. We enjoyed chatting with "hero" aka Mustafa.The food at the buffet was excellent with a lot of variety. Saladin was a very attentive server. We stayed during off-season so the outdoor pools were not open. The indoor pool was not very big so it was a bit crowded.

The property is beautiful, we visited end October, and the weather was wonderful. The beach activities and eminities the pools, the cabins, the staff, the childrens programs, the shows ...etc. were all above expectation. We highly recommend it and would love to come back with the rest of family, hopefully sometime soon.

An all-inclusive holiday in a resort style hotel has always been my worst nightmare, however the whole family was blown away by our stay at Concorde. The hotel, rooms, facilities and grounds are immaculate and high quality. The staff are extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. Special mention for Mustafa who runs Poseidon (the seafood restaurant). Good labelling information on allergens although a few more gluten free alternatives would have been good. The choice of activities, bars and restaurants is superb. The food is great too, with a wide variety of delicious dishes in the main buffet, and excellent a la carte options in the restaurants, most of which charge a supplement in the evenings but are free during the day. The area around the hotel is perfectly safe and clean but comprises mostly tourist shops selling discount designer goods, with nowhere interesting you can really visit on foot. That said, we had a very relaxing holiday with plenty to do to stop us getting bored. I can highly recommend this property for a relaxing and luxurious family holiday.

Vom Empfang bis zur Abreise wurden wir rundum verwöhnt. Das Essen ist unglaublich vielfältig und lecker – vom Frühstück bis zum Abendessen war alles frisch und liebevoll zubereitet. Auch für Kinder gibt es viele tolle Angebote: Rutschen, Pools, Shows und einen sehr guten Kids Club. Had a fantastic stay for family of 4. Great options for everyone. Food and service were great. Lots to do. Even though the hotel was full, it didn’t feel it given lots of space and there was no rush for sun beds etc. very relaxing atmosphere. Staff very friendly and attentive. Big shout out to the staff including Muhut (sp) of the entertainment team and Mohammed thr pool Server - great service all week! The a la carte restaurants were fantastic. We had ab amazing family holiday. Only suggestions would be to modernise the rooms and increase the number of water slides and heat the main pool in October. Also a dedicated sports bar area would be really welcome too.

The staff were great, guest relations were great. The hotel is just tired though, and dated, needs a refurb urgently. The gym is rubbish, half the machines are broken, and aircon hardly works. The restaurants are ok if they're free but 25 euros per head? No, no, no. The waterpark is rubbish, couple of tiny slides. We had junior suite with a lovely view every morning of the overflowing bins of the hotel next door and we were apparently in the best suite. Although the room was kept clean, it again is tired, you can see thousands and thousands of people have stayed there before you. There are loads better hotels in Turkey, this hotel is 4* at best, if your expecting 5* you'll be disappointed as we were.

Oda temizliği de çevre temizliği de çok iyiydi. Çalışanların ilgisi de tam ölçüsünde ve gerçekten çok samimiydi. Çocuklu ve sezon harici olarak gitmiş olmamıza rağmen imkanları yeterli ve keyifliydi. Çok nadir aynı yerde konaklamayı isteriz ama ilk defa ailecek hepimiz aynı fikirde olduk:)) çok teşekkürler

Snack’ler çok iyiydi ve çok çeşitliydi. Oteldeki en iyi şey istisnasız snack’ler. Buna karşılık, ana restorandaki yemek çeşitliliği daha fazla olabilirdi. Her gün tekrarlayan yemekler çıkabiliyor. Plaj mavi bayraklı ve gerçekten çok temizdi. Çalışanların hepsi çok güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Gece animasyonları kaliteliydi ve eğlenceliydi. Canlı müzikler güzeldi. Öğle yemekleri için A la Carte restoran seçenekleri olması hoştu. Buradaki yemeklerin lezzeti de üst düzeydi. 30’dan fazla çeşit bira tadabileceğiniz Bira Evi çok iyiydi. Otelin peyzajı güzeldi, ama genel olarak ağaçlar çok yüksek olduğu için neyin nerede olduğunu bulmanız biraz zaman alıyor. Yönlendirme tabelalarının daha spesifik olması ve sayılarının artırılması gerekli. Odanın temizliği genel olarak iyi değildi. İlk giriş yaptığımızda klozetin üstünde saç telleri ve kıllar gördük. Banyo malzemeleri eksikti, saç kremi ve vücut losyonu yoktu. 4 gece konakladık, diğer günler bunlar tamamlanmadı. Barmenler aynı standartta değildi. Pool Bar’daki Nurcan Hanım ve Sunset Bar’daki Mustafa Bey çok ilgili ve iyiydiler. Kendilerine tekrar teşekkür ederiz. Ama, bazı barmenler alelade kokteyl yapıp misafiri gönderme odaklıydı. Dolayısı ile sunulan hizmetin aynı standartta olmasının önemli olduğunu düşünüyoruz. Aqua Park yetersiz olup, küçük içecek alanında görevli yoktu. Jakuzili havuzun temizliği yetersizdi. Havuzun yakınında ağaçlar olduğu için yaprakların suya düşmesi normal, ama gün içerisinde bu havuz temizlenmiyordu.

Wir waren mit der Familie da und es waren wirklich schöne Ferien. Service und Essen der Hammer. ES gab essen für alle und jeden Tag was anderes und es war alles sehr frisch und lecker. Auch Pools waren sauber. Leider war der Boden im Zimmer dreckig und auch nach dem Auffordern, war es nicht der hit. Abgesehen davon wirklich empfehlenswert.

This hotel isn’t a 5 star experience. There are certainly positive things to say about this hotel. The food was great, waiting staff that were present were really polite friendly and helpful. The pool area was well maintained, just not enough towels for the number of people. The worst part was the housekeeping. They were awful. The rooms were not cleaned well each day, we would return to the room at 4-5pm to a dirty room. The level of cleanliness was poor in the rooms. Also we were pushed out by the cleaning staff before check out on the last day. They would walk into the room without knocking on the door. Everything outside of the room I would give 4 star, everything related to room and housekeep 1-2 star.

We had a very great time. Overall customer service was very great. Also the food was very good. Only point is that there was no air conditioner functioning in the room. When checked with reception, the answer was it's controlled centrally and turned off due to winters. The issue is if someone needs air conditioner they should have the option to turn it on in the room and it should not be centrally controlled. Other than air conditioner, it was a very great experience.

All the staff I dealt with were very friendly, helpful and attentive. Unfortunately the building condition needs a lot of attention and refurbishment. During my two nights stay, I had a problem with AC, Safe and the room telephone. As the staff were very helpful they tried to fix these issues as soon as possible and attended to them all, but I would rather to stay without involving all these people. Guest relation, support staff were very helpful as well as they were following all these issues with me and also asked for my feedback so that they can take this with higher management. I do recall that Bushra was following that with me and asked me for all these issues and helped my in forwarding my comments . if it hadn't been for the good staff of this hotel my stay would have been really bad. Thank you again to all the staff who dealt with me including Bushra and I hope the management will work on their Building and furniture condition to get this hotel where it's truly belong, 5 star excellent hotel. thank you

Compared to a standard 5 star hotel in North America, this hotel would be equivalent to a 3 star hotel. The buffet was busy, the food was mediocre. The wooden deck by the pool areas looked worn. My room had a leak stain on the ceiling. Beds were uncomfortable. Not worth the price or hype in my opinion. I wish I had known- I would never have booked this resort

Great beach and facilities. Food appeared fine but got severe food poisoning so watch out. Room was disappointing as it was smelly due to proximity to kitchen vent. Hotel staff changed our room and we were eaten alive by mosquitoes in the night in the second room (my partner killed about ten of them during the course of the night which severely disrupted our sleep). It was disappointing to have so many issues for a resort which was so expensive.

This was a great stay. Very convenient from airport - 15 min taxi. Good quality and varied enough food for our 1 week stay. Room mini bar included and always topped up. We had a family duplex and this was great for family of 4 including 2 bathrooms and over 2 floors.

Nice Hotel with good facilities. Nice beach layout. Service excellent and staff all work hard. Food is good, in main restaurant but not 5 Star! I only ate in the main restaurant so can’t comment on the other ones. Sea View rooms are a bit misleading as they are more of a side Seaview! If you’re lower down and above the coffee bar it is noisy at night with lorries coming and going from the Hotel across from the Concorde. Also you hear Extraction Fans ! Overall a Good Hotel.

Some things to bear in mind that would have made us consider other properties on the same strip: Room sound isolation is very poor and outdated, meaning of you are travelling with babies or small kids, you might have music coming in from various events through balcony and noisy neighbours outside. Hotel has a big amount of sun bed warriors meaning if you are looking for a luxury feel, it quickly abates with tons of families occupying sun chairs without being there for hours. Can definitely feel a bit chaotic at times as well around the pool area and different venues as hotel aims for a mix of family/kid crowd coupled with adults only, which in the end in my view simply misses the mark on both ends. Ultimately, be aware of the taxi service provided by the hotel. Despite multiple pleas to order a cab where you can by by card or taxometer, each time they drove us down from hotel to ”taxi manager” who quoted absolutely obscene prices. The fact that they collaborate with such a company is very poor.

We stayed at Concorde De Luxe Resort in Antalya for 5 nights. While the food and staff were excellent, our stay was seriously impacted by a major issue – no working air conditioning. The positives: the food was exceptional, with a wide and delicious variety at every meal. The staff were friendly and attentive, the beach was beautiful, the drinks selection was great, and the location was ideal. Entertainment was average but a nice touch in the evenings. The major downside: the room was unbearably warm, and despite having a wall-mounted temperature control, we were told the hotel centrally controls all room temperatures and had only set it to air circulation – no cooling or heating. We raised this multiple times and were given a portable cooler, which unfortunately blew out warm air too. It made sleeping very difficult for all five nights. For a hotel that markets itself as 5-star, this is unacceptable. Climate control is a basic expectation, especially in a warm destination like Antalya. It’s disappointing that this wasn’t clearly communicated beforehand. We would only consider returning if this issue is fully addressed. Until then, future guests should be aware.

The food options were great and very good quality, But the rooms are outdated. The bathroom of the room so bad, there absolutely no door for shower and it's all connected together. It was very inconvenient to use the bathroom and shower at the same time. Very very small too. Also the rooms are kind of humid to the point that we felt the sheets are not completely dry. The outdoor pools are also not easy access for kids. They were all same depth, and that made it difficult for the kids to use .

We had a great time. Excellent facilities. Staff was very helpful and went out of their way to make us comfortable. All inclusive dining was just too good. We enjoyed all the three meals, everyday. I travel frequently, but I can honestly say the staff at your hotel are among the best I have experienced. Especially want to call out the incredible service provided by Eren, Gizem, Tayfun, Cigdem, and Kubra at the pool and lobby bars. Everything was was incredibly clean and well-kept. The reason why I am giving 4 stars is the terrible check in and check out management. No one acknowledges you when you enter, giving them your car (or taking it back) takes forever, and the rooms were not ready while we were trying to check in. Overall, I would go again and would recommend just be prepared to feel like you are at a cheap motel when you check in and check out.

All the staff were attentive and helpful. We had a very enjoyable holiday. The food and drinks were of good quality. The only negative thing to mention is that you can wait in long lines for food and drinks during busy periods. However, this wasn't a problem for us. My 5-year-old son had a lot of fun. I would like to thank the Kids Club staff and the reception staff separately.

Das Zimmer war sauber, allerdings wurden Hygieneartikel wie Toilettenpapier an einigen Tagen nicht nachgefüllt – wurde nach Meldung schnell behoben. Öffentliche Bereiche wie Pool-Toiletten und Liegeflächen sollten häufiger gereinigt werden. Das Essen im Hauptrestaurant war enttäuschend: Wenig Abwechslung, Nachspeisen täglich gleich. Street-Food-Stände hingegen top! Sehr positiv: Nur Markengetränke inklusive – sogar Red Bull. Service insgesamt durchwachsen: Zu wenig Personal, oft unaufmerksam. Am Pool wurden Gäste mit Trinkgeld bevorzugt bedient – nach Beschwerde besser. Top-Service an der Lobby-Bar durch Frau Cigdem mit liebevoll gemixten Cocktails. An all-inclusive holiday in a resort style hotel has always been my worst nightmare, however the whole family was blown away by our stay at Concorde. The hotel, rooms, facilities and grounds are immaculate and high quality. The staff are extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. Special mention for Mustafa who runs Poseidon (the seafood restaurant). Good labelling information on allergens although a few more gluten free alternatives would have been good. The choice of activities, bars and restaurants is superb. The food is great too, with a wide variety of delicious dishes in the main buffet, and excellent a la carte options in the restaurants, most of which charge a supplement in the evenings but are free during the day. The area around the hotel is perfectly safe and clean but comprises mostly tourist shops selling discount designer goods, with nowhere interesting you can really visit on foot. That said, we had a very relaxing holiday with plenty to do to stop us getting bored. I can highly recommend this property for a relaxing and luxurious family holiday.

Great stay. Really enjoyed our time. Nice kids club and kids pool with slides. The only issue was the chlorine in the kids pool one day was too much. They did fix this in the afternoon but we saw them check chlorine levels in the morning so not sure why it was missed. The Lara area is quite noisy as all hotels have outside theatres. One night the neighbouring hotel was blasting music until 23.30. Not the Concordes fault but just something to note about this area. Soundproofing is good but can only do so much. Food was good. Lots of choice. Rooms comfortable. Pay a bit more for a higher room with resort view room rather than city view (which faces mosque so you get woken by call the prayer) as, overall it is a quieter area.

One night the neighbouring hotel was blasting music until 23.30. Not the Concordes fault but just something to note about this area. Soundproofing is good but can only do so much. Food was good. Lots of choice. Rooms comfortable. Pay a bit more for a higher room with resort view room rather than city view (which faces mosque so you get woken by call the prayer) as, overall it is a quieter area.

Overall nice stay, but not a luxury resort. Room is spacious with nice amenities. Good night entertainment and numerous eating options for summer concept. Main buffet restaurant has good desserts and a good attempt on indian food corner, however not enough meat options. Kids club is decent but requires improvement when compared to other resorts. Kids animation team did a decent job, need more varied and exciting activities for older kids. No lunapark and no adventure park. Patisserie had good service but there was no gourmet chocolates. Cafe mundo service was good but needs to expand its coffee and non alcoholic options. On one occasion indoor kids pool was cold, it took 3 different people to take readings to believe what we said. Wanted to book Asian restaurant but there was no availability over 5 days. Steak restaurant had restriction on kids under 7 so not family friendly. We were given misinformation on dining options. Guest relations tried helping by placing a complimentary reservation in Italian restaurant. We went to our reservation on time but there was no indoor seating reservation for us. We were given option for outdoor dining but they had no outdoor heaters! We were then asked to come back an hour later at 9pm. This was not a viable option as we couldn't delay dinner when with kids. So we went buffet restaurant. So their attempt to make up for first error also had issues! Cafer in Spa team was very helpful. Overall a decent resort but unlikely to return.

My wife and I were on our honeymoon. On the second day of our stay, we got severe food poisoning. We had to go to the hospital multiple times, which ruined our trip. Even after the trip was done, the blood infection due to the food poisoning forced me to go to another hospital. In addition, the AC in the room did not work properly. The only positive thing was that the staff were very friendly and helpful. Moreover, after our trip was finished, I asked them to send me a receipt. My wife’s name was misspelled, and they didn’t fix it. I would not recommend this hotel.

I travel frequently, but I can honestly say the staff at your hotel are among the best I have experienced. Their friendliness, professionalism and genuine willingness to ensure every guest feels happy and well looked after really stood out. The Italian and Steak House à la carte restaurants were also fantastic and a real highlight of our stay.

Well maintained and iconic resort with a large main buffet and lots of smaller food outlets scattered throughout. Particularly liked the beer shack and fried chicken shack! Not cheap (and they accidentally changed me twice although I did get refunded), but worth it for a couple of nights. Healthy food options were plentiful and diverse (although most people still went for the burgers and chips!).

An all-inclusive holiday in a resort style hotel has always been my worst nightmare, however the whole family was blown away by our stay at Concorde. The hotel, rooms, facilities and grounds are immaculate and high quality. The staff are extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. Special mention for Mustafa who runs Poseidon (the seafood restaurant). Good labelling information on allergens although a few more gluten free alternatives would have been good. The choice of activities, bars and restaurants is superb. The food is great too, with a wide variety of delicious dishes in the main buffet, and excellent a la carte options in the restaurants, most of which charge a supplement in the evenings but are free during the day. The area around the hotel is perfectly safe and clean but comprises mostly tourist shops selling discount designer goods, with nowhere interesting you can really visit on foot. That said, we had a very relaxing holiday with plenty to do to stop us getting bored. I can highly recommend this property for a relaxing and luxurious family holiday.

All the staff were attentive and helpful. We had a very enjoyable holiday. The food and drinks were of good quality. I would like to thank the Kids Club staff and the reception staff separately.
