The breakfast and the food in the evening were great. Enjoyed it everyday. The facilities, the beach, the swimming pools were also great. De beach didn't score high point with me. It didn't give me the feeling of being on a beach. It was too much customised. The rooms were clean. The activities were unique and it has been presented with a huge energy and enthousiasm. But the staff behind the bars near the pools were not so nice and were always looking angry. No laughing, not being friendly at all. But the overall staff in the lobby, dining room etc were great.

I came to this property for the water slides for my two teenagers. The website said it would be open April 1st. It wasn’t. even though other hotels were open. When I complained I got stupid excuses. I left the hotel a day early.

Es ist ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel. Schöner eigener Strand. Gutes Buffet in fast jeder Ecke konnte man sich was zum Essen holen. Sehr geeignet für Familien. Alles vorhanden für klein und Groß. Schönes Familien - Maisonnettenzimmer. Leider gab es ständig technische Ausfälle beim Aufzug im Hauptgebäude und wünschenswert wäre ein Aufzug für den den 24 H Restaurant. Etwas wärmere Wasser im Hallenbad Bereich wäre besser für Kleinkinder.

Great resort for kids. The kids and teen club were amazing, with so many activities. Water park for kids and adults was a lot of fun. Very clean and well taken care of. The staff was very nice and always helpful. My only suggestion would be to have more variety in meals. The food was good but pretty much the same every day.

The experience and stay was amazing. It’s a massive resort. So many things to do and just experience the views & atmosphere, amazing. Buffet was amazing, my family loved the private beach, indoor swimming pool and the Kids club & games room. Staff were excellent.

Hotel is cery good , clean and well maintained. Food is delicious with many choices and restaurants. As well snack and drinks near the main pools. Desers are cery good with many choices. Staff is very nice and go beyond to make your stay a happy one. The only serious issue I found is that people smoke everywhere and do not have respect for children and people that doesn't smoke. Making you breath second hand smoke. There is not enough signs of not smoking. If hotel can manage to enforce and give specific designated ares for people that smoke. That will be a very good advancements for the hotel and their guests. I will be give, a 4 or 5 start to this resort. When they fixt this serious problem.

Super clean rooms beds and bathroom with daily house keeping. Room comes with excellent Air conditioner daily filled mini bar fridge, safe, balcony, and tv. Bathroom is outdated. While air conditioner was on once we used hair dryer power panel switch turned off due to circuit overload, called front desk and they sent someone to fix it immediately. Main restaurant has amazing top quality food varieties for breakfast lunch and dinner, but it gets extremely congested with guests at dinner time and becomes very hard to find any empty tables. We used hotel's local doctor services which provided proper treatment but at double the price compared with doctors outside the hotel. Ala carte restaurants were very good but must be reserved few days ahead. 3 Pools and beach many bars and cafes operate around the clock. Daily theater programs and Night entertainment musical bands were amazing. Front desk very responsive to any requests. Checkin checkout luggage delivery to and from room was very smooth thanks to the staff. Family friendly and I would visit this hotel again.

De kamers en badkamers verouderd en versleten aanvoelen. De hygiene ver beneden ligt, met vuile badkuipen, slechte reiniging en zelfs haren op beddengoed. De algehele indruk is dat het hotel verouderd is en dringend renovatie nodig heeft.

Wir waren insgesamt neun Personen für Silvester. möchte ich auch betonen, dass die organisatorische Planung für die Silvesterfeier mangelhaft war. Es gab keine klaren Informationen darüber, wie die Gäste, die nicht am Galaabend teilnehmen wollten, ihre Zeit verbringen könnten. Das Fehlen eines Alternativprogramms wirkte sich negativ auf die Gesamtzufriedenheit aus. Die mangelnde Vielfalt im Speiseangebot war enttäuschend. Es schien, als ob die Küche wenig Kreativität zeigte und sich nicht um Abwechslung bemühte. Dies führte dazu, dass das Essen nicht nur langweilig, sondern auch geschmacklich eintönig war. Was die Sauberkeit der Zimmer betrifft, war der Zustand unter den Betten inakzeptabel. Der hohe Staubansammlung lässt auf mangelnde Reinigungsroutinen schließen. Raad hier niemand aan zal zeker geen tweede keer gaan. Wordt niet aan klanten gedacht als ze maar je geld hebben. Als je met opties komt geven ze aan ja dat iets wat niet in onze handen ligt. Prijzen zijn niet normaal ook voor de doktor bezoek. Een consult kost gewoon 90€. Dit is dan zonder medicatie kosten ect. Oud en vies hotel veel mensen kwamen bij de doktor terecht door oorontstekingen, ooginfecties of huiduitslag. Gewoon zonde van mij geld geweest. Telkens eentonig eten.

Très déçu par mon séjour. Les chambres sont petites, mal entretenues et sales, ce qui ne donne pas envie d’y rester. Elles mériteraient un sérieux rafraîchissement. Les repas servis étaient également décevants, sans goût. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel en l’état.

Das Hotel überzeugt vor allem durch seine Familienfreundlichkeit, gepflegte Anlage, saubere Umgebung, schöne Atmosphäre und ein motiviertes Animationsteam. Negativ aufgefallen sind Hygienemängel beim Buffet, langsamer Service im Speisesaal sowie Probleme in den Zimmern (defekte Dusche, undichte Duschkabine, Müllsäcke vor dem Balkon). Zwar wurden einige Mängel behoben, ein Zimmerwechsel erfolgte aber nicht. Fazit: Sehr gutes Hotel für Familien und Erholung, jedoch mit Verbesserungsbedarf beim Service und der Zimmerinstandhaltung.

De kamers en badkamers verouderd en versleten aanvoelen. De hygiene ver beneden ligt, met vuile badkuipen, slechte reiniging en zelfs haren op beddengoed. De algehele indruk is dat het hotel verouderd is en dringend renovatie nodig heeft.

Overall a good hotel would stay again. we were without electricity from 11pm until 11am the following day it took rather longer than expected to get it sorted which wasn't ideal, night manager was useless. A couple of rude staff in the restaurant/buffet area that need to work on their customer service skills and learn how to speak to people or find an alternative job that would be more suited for them. Cleanliness of hotel food quality taste was good.

Vi had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and well-appointed with all the amenities we could need. The 2 girls (Savel and another which i so not remember her name) in reception were wonderful to thier responsibilities and quite polite and one Afghan young waiter in the big hall.

Location is good, 20 mins from airport and 5 mins taxi ride to Lara town for shopping. Be aware that a number of stores located in the hotel lobby only accept cash. Theres tonnes of things for kids and adutlts to do. Hotel is huge and facilitles really great for adults and children. Food is good and decent variety. The only things that need to be improved is the aircon at its coldest setting on full fan speed is totally useless, which made the room unbearably hot to sleep in so we have very bad sleep during our 4 day stay. Also just note that there is a new hotel being built next to the Kremlin so you'll need to ask for a quiet room if you want some rest. The construction work is really loud and runs until midnight every day and begins again at 07:30am. We asked for a room change which was agreed by the hotel staff but it was really inconvenient as we had already unpacked all of our luggage (family of 4). Nobody on reception even asked us how our stay was when we were checking out which is the very least a guest would expect from a 5 star hotel.

The hotel is overhyped and shows lot of wear and tear. For the money they charge per night there are better choices available in Antalya. Initially the room they gave had the washroom that had really bad smell coming from it. When we pointed it out the front desk customer service representative told us to spend the night there and they will re-assugn a new room to us next day which did not make sense to us as our luggage was still packed and when we insisted and confronted them that why would we have to unpack and pack again for next morning when they could re-assign the room same day. Upon our insistence they re-assigned us a new room within and hour. We felt like we did not have to jump through hoops to get the required service which as a 5 Star hotel they should have provided. The room airconditioning was not upto par for a 5 star hotel. The buffet menu and service was good with lots of eating choices. The shower in the room would not drain which meant as a family of 4 we were not able to shower on the same night as it took an hour or so for the shower to drain before the next person could go in. I personally was not able to shower for the first two days. In addition, the ventilation in the room was poor and when we woke up in the morning after the first night all we smelt was cigarette smoke. Despite making a complaint to front desk we were not offered a change of room. It took 2 days of complaining before Yasin at guest relation was able to listen to us and find us another room. He was brilliant and he is an asset to the hotel but we wish more staff had the same approach to customer relations. We were not offered our 30% spa voucher nor a room upgrade based on our Expedia tier. The rooms were not cleaned everyday and when it was we still had to call for towels as only 2 were in the room each time.The pools were amazing and the children had a great time. The 5 star rating is not a true reflection of the hotel. Overall it was not a pleasant experience and we would not recommend this hotel to others.

Super clean rooms beds and bathroom with daily house keeping. Room comes with excellent Air conditioner daily filled mini bar fridge, safe, balcony, and tv. Bathroom is outdated. While air conditioner was on once we used hair dryer power panel switch turned off due to circuit overload, called front desk and they sent someone to fix it immediately. Main restaurant has amazing top quality food varieties for breakfast lunch and dinner, but it gets extremely congested with guests at dinner time and becomes very hard to find any empty tables. We used hotel's local doctor services which provided proper treatment but at double the price compared with doctors outside the hotel. Ala carte restaurants were very good but must be reserved few days ahead. 3 Pools and beach many bars and cafes operate around the clock. Daily theater programs and Night entertainment musical bands were amazing. Front desk very responsive to any requests. Checkin checkout luggage delivery to and from room was very smooth thanks to the staff. Family friendly and I would visit this hotel again.

My wife had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. First, she struggled to communicate with the receptionist, who had to rely on Google Translate to have a basic conversation. Then, the receptionist refused to allow her friend to enter the hotel without first paying an additional fee for adding a second person to the room. Even after the fee was paid, he insisted on keeping her friend’s passport until checkout — something we have never encountered at any other hotel. This was definitely a place we will never return to.

Very friendly place. Recommend to all!!! Stuff service was top notch. Place is clean. Even has stuff to do for kids and adults. Anything from water slides, to nightly performances. Some things you have to pay for. Not included in a price of the package. They use all kind of payments. From local money to visa, master card. Lots of different languages around. Stuff understand most of them. Enjoy!!!

Otelin esnaflara yönelik bir organizyona fuar adı altında ev sahipliği yapması, otel içinde bir kaos durumu yaratmıştır. Bu süre zarfında aynı yemekler döndü durdu. Lobide ve restoranda oturacak yer bulamama, küfürlü konuşmalara ve ergenler arasında kavgaya şahit olma, çocuklar tarafından oda kapısının sürekli olarak vurulup kaçılması, sürekli olarak telefonla aranma, daha neler neler... Durum misafir ilişkilerine bildirilmesine rağmen çözüm üretilmemesi. Hiç hoşnut kalmadık. Bir daha gelmeyi asla düşünmüyoruz.

The breakfast and the food in the evening were great. Enjoyed it everyday. The facilities, the beach, the swimming pools were also great. De beach didn't score high point with me. It didn't give me the feeling of being on a beach. It was too much customised. The rooms were clean. The activities were unique and it has been presented with a huge energy and enthousiasm. But the staff behind the bars near the pools were not so nice and were always looking angry. No laughing, not being friendly at all. But the overall staff in the lobby, dining room etc were great.

Es ist ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel. Schöner eigener Strand. Gutes Buffet in fast jeder Ecke konnte man sich was zum Essen holen. Sehr geeignet für Familien. Alles vorhanden für klein und Groß. Schönes Familien - Maisonnettenzimmer. Leider gab es ständig technische Ausfälle beim Aufzug im Hauptgebäude und wünschenswert wäre ein Aufzug für den den 24 H Restaurant. Etwas wärmere Wasser im Hallenbad Bereich wäre besser für Kleinkinder.

The resort in itself is amazing and really huge. The only problem is with transportation if you wish to explore outside the resort. The reception would book you a yellow cab if you need which is ok. But the taxi guys charge you what they want and they only accept cash. And if you are looking to book an Uber none of them would accept since there seems to be a lobby for all taxis and they won't accept any Uber requests from this area.

Het is een mooi hotel, het eten zeer uitgebreid en lekker. Schoonmaak prima.. Alleen.komen.wij er in de wintermaanden nooit weer. Omdat je altijd vanuit het hoofdgebouw via buiten naar je kamer moet.

The experience and stay was amazing. It’s a massive resort. So many things to do and just experience the views & atmosphere, amazing. Buffet was amazing, my family loved the private beach, indoor swimming pool and the Kids club & games room. Staff were excellent.

Location is good, 20 mins from airport and 5 mins taxi ride to Lara town for shopping. Be aware that a number of stores located in the hotel lobby only accept cash. Theres tonnes of things for kids and adutlts to do. Hotel is huge and facilitles really great for adults and children. Food is good and decent variety. The only things that need to be improved is the aircon at its coldest setting on full fan speed is totally useless, which made the room unbearably hot to sleep in so we have very bad sleep during our 4 day stay. Also just note that there is a new hotel being built next to the Kremlin so you'll need to ask for a quiet room if you want some rest. The construction work is really loud and runs until midnight every day and begins again at 07:30am. We asked for a room change which was agreed by the hotel staff but it was really inconvenient as we had already unpacked all of our luggage (family of 4). Nobody on reception even asked us how our stay was when we were checking out which is the very least a guest would expect from a 5 star hotel.

The hotel is overhyped and shows lot of wear and tear. For the money they charge per night there are better choices available in Antalya. Initially the room they gave had the washroom that had really bad smell coming from it. When we pointed it out the front desk customer service representative told us to spend the night there and they will re-assugn a new room to us next day which did not make sense to us as our luggage was still packed and when we insisted and confronted them that why would we have to unpack and pack again for next morning when they could re-assign the room same day. Upon our insistence they re-assigned us a new room within and hour. We felt like we did not have to jump through hoops to get the required service which as a 5 Star hotel they should have provided. The room airconditioning was not upto par for a 5 star hotel. The buffet menu and service was good with lots of eating choices. The towels in the room were worn out and their color had changed from white to off-white. The staff was decent but could be more friendly. They should improve the living standards and customer service as per a 5 star hotel. There are limited transportation options .

Dies war mein zweiter Besuch im Hotel und ich würde immer wieder Urlaub in diesem Hotel verbringen. Das Hotel ist sauber, vielfältiges Angebot an Essen und eine große Anlage mit direktem Strand. Die Mitarbeiter sind auch super freundlich und sehr bemüht. Ein Dank geht auch an das Animation Team, besonders Volkan, Mustafa und Görkem. Wir planen schon unseren nächsten Urlaub in diesem Hotel.

The breakfast and the food in the evening were great. Enjoyed it everyday. The facilities, the beach, the swimming pools were also great. De beach didn't score high point with me. It didn't give me the feeling of being on a beach. It was too much customised. The rooms were clean. The activities were unique and it has been presented with a huge energy and enthousiasm. But the staff behind the bars near the pools were not so nice and were always looking angry. No laughing, not being friendly at all. But the overall staff in the lobby, dining room etc were great.

Great resort for kids. The kids and teen club were amazing, with so many activities. Water park for kids and adults was a lot of fun. Very clean and well taken care of. The staff was very nice and always helpful. My only suggestion would be to have more variety in meals. The food was good but pretty much the same every day.

Nothing worth the price or 5 star rated stay in All inclusive resort. Specially the food and buffet was very bad, food are cold and Old, On dirty tables they put new sets of cutlery for next guest. Staff very rude and unhappy, they do not get any food since the resort keeping the food to serve next day. Rooms are clean and nice, renovated, Pools cold but still clean and nice. Variety of food and restaurant very bad.

we were rather tired of the same/similar dining. Fruits were available only cheap one. Service and room itself is not bad. SPA and massage were too expensive. Hotel charges seems to be rather higher and would be reviewed.

Super clean rooms beds and bathroom with daily house keeping. Room comes with excellent Air conditioner daily filled mini bar fridge, safe, balcony, and tv. Bathroom is outdated. While air conditioner was on once we used hair dryer power panel switch turned off due to circuit overload, called front desk and they sent someone to fix it immediately. Main restaurant has amazing top quality food varieties for breakfast lunch and dinner, but it gets extremely congested with guests at dinner time and becomes very hard to find any empty tables. We used hotel's local doctor services which provided proper treatment but at double the price compared with doctors outside the hotel. Ala carte restaurants were very good but must be reserved few days ahead. 3 Pools and beach many bars and cafes operate around the clock. Daily theater programs and Night entertainment musical bands were amazing. Front desk very responsive to any requests. Checkin checkout luggage delivery to and from room was very smooth thanks to the staff. Family friendly and I would visit this hotel again.

Très déçu par mon séjour. Les chambres sont petites, mal entretenues et sales, ce qui ne donne pas envie d’y rester. Elles mériteraient un sérieux rafraîchissement. Les repas servis étaient également décevants, sans goût. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel en l’état.

In general a very nice and good hotel. Great and helpful staff. Plenty of different tasty dishes on the buffet. However the coffee was not good. But all in all a good all incl hotel.

Very nice hotel with everything you need within the hotel itself. It is very clean, and the food is very good. The only downside is that very few staff members, apart from the reception team, speak English, which makes communication difficult. The photographers can also be a bit annoying at times. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.
