Really enjoyed this hotel , it’s a small Rixos and more personal. The sports activities that are included are run well and really enjoyed them. The drinks were excellent and genuine unlike Rixos Seagate in Egypt which is meant to be premium. Spa doesn’t have a jacuzzi which is a shame. I liked the entertainment but was mainly all bands so could do with a little more variety. Room was nice and had sea view which was lovely. Beach for me was disappointing as all stones so beach shoes are a must but the Rixos area of the beach was nice. Land of legends was included along with transfers and that was good

This property offers worldclass service. All the employees are very professional, helpful, and polite. The food is topnotch. It tastes amazing and is very safe (no food poisoning). The hotel has a great location and malls and other shopping avenues are very close. Taxis are available in the hotel and are very reasonably priced. Overall, this hotel offers a luxury experience. Highly recommended. Ps. A large pool with multiple sections is available. The beach is a few minutes away by walking. There are great bike lanes right outside the hotel (for scooters too).

Wonderful hotel, excellent service, starbucks included in the all inclusuve. Excellent food. Only negative is the beach which is pebble, not sand and there are many steps to get there. There is a public elevator, but not working when ws were there. Otherwise super. I woild defeinately stay again.

We had an excellent stay at Rixos Downtown Antalya. The staff were extremely helpful, always friendly and attentive, and the room service was fantastic, consistently prompt and high quality. The hotel and grounds are spacious, peaceful, and beautifully maintained, giving plenty of room to relax without ever feeling crowded. The gym facilities were very impressive, genuinely better than many other 5-star hotels I’ve stayed in. I also really enjoyed the complimentary Starbucks coffees, which was a great added touch. The heated pool, although slightly on the cooler side, was still very pleasant and relaxing. The food throughout the hotel was amazing, with plenty of variety and consistently high quality. The private beach, despite being a short 5-minute walk from the hotel, didn’t take anything away from the holiday, in fact, it added to it. It was incredibly peaceful, and the high-quality food available directly on the beach was fantastic. The location of the hotel was another big bonus, with Antalya itself being a truly lovely city to explore. And of course, the free admission to Land of Legends was unreal, a major highlight of the trip. To top everything off, the WiFi was excellent, fast and reliable throughout the hotel, which made the stay even more convenient. Overall, a very pleasant and memorable stay. Highly recommended.

Hotel was really nice, specially staff was very courteous and helpful. Services and activities offered were great too. I would strongly recommend it to people traveling with kids given the variety of food and amazing pool areas. Bars and dining options were great too. Shuttle services to land of legends and beach were very good. Few things that could have been better are room service and laundry options, in our 4 days stay, i could tell that room was never vacuumed. Also as a hotel with pools and beach, a self service laundry area is always helpful specially if you are in the pool the night before your air travel.

On Arrival we were welcomed by a huge cockroach in the bathroom sitting on the wall Infront of the bathroom mirror This was a room with a disabled bathroom I had booked for my father. there was a constant smell of sewage and damp coming from the bathroom drains. The cleaning was superficial the smell remained throughout the duration of the stay. We had booked breakfast on our last day before check out but the staff advised we leave early to catch our plane from Antalya airport. The staff could have ordered us a regular taxi but instead advised on the ental car service costing us 65 Euros We left at 6.30am as this was the time given to us by the transfer service ( breakfast was at 7am) I asked the staff if we could get some snacks as mum is diabetic and needs to eat something before taking her medication before we leave we had already paid for the morning breakfast which we couldn't have because we were advised to leave early at 6.30 am The staff said no snacks could be made up Our journey took 30 mins to Antalya airport and we were early waiting around in the airport for an hour and a half before our flight I wish the staff could have advised us better and not rushed us to check out so early My parents could have had breakfast before taking the medicine We later learned a local taxi would have charged us 20 Euros maximum to get to the airport but the hotel rental car service charged us 65 Euros

The only good part of this hotel was the friendly and smiley bar and kitchen staff. Other than that, I was disappointed. The management’s attitude towards the street cats(which are in the hotel area) was upsetting staff told me feeding them was not allowed by the management which felt wrong in a country where they are part of daily life. My room was also not properly cleaned upon arrival. I would not stay here again, or in any Rixos hotels

Temizlik, ilgi, alaka çok iyiydi. Lumin uygulamasından iletişime geçtiğinizde tatil asistanları hemen cevap verip, ihtiyaçlarınızı karşılıyor. Restoran personeli çok güler yüzlü. Otel içindeki asistanların yüzüne bakmanız yeterli, hemen yanınıza gelip bir isteğinizin olup olmadığını soruyorlar. Ortak tuvaletler bile her zaman temizdi. Çok memnun kaldığımız bir tatil oldu.

The hotel is very beautiful, and overall everything was okay. However, the room cleaning was disappointing. The cleaners didn’t clean the room properly, which is not acceptable for a five-star hotel. Also, the staff were not very friendly, which affected the overall experience. I hope the management can improve the housekeeping and staff attitude in the future.

Eine sehr attraktive und luxuriöse Lobby hat das Hotel. Das Essen ist super! Das Service ist ebenfalls top. Der Zustand der Zimmer ist altersbedingt leider schlecht bis sehr schlecht. Für den Preis hätte ich mehr erwartet. Der Außenbereich war zu meiner Zeit leider eine kleine Baustelle. Aber im Großen und Ganzen ist das Hotel okay.

Clean room, Amazing sea view, we had small proble with the air conditioner but they fix it immediately. Staff is helpful and professional. Pool and cafes are nice. Food is diverse. Spa didn't try it. Alot of activities basketball,football, Table tennis, tennis. Beachfront is good, service also good. Shuttle bus to land of legends is available. A La Carta resturant i tried Sense, food was delicious nice atmosphere. A small problem is that there are alot of cats annoying while eating. But the staff tried many times to get rid of them. If i can add something to the hotel i would add Billiard Tables. Overall the hotel is perfect i would definitely come back.

Great 5-star accommodation if you are enjoying all-inclusive. Just enjoy the amazing views of the sea and mountains from your balcony, take a sauna a few times a day and relax by the heated pool area with free drinks. Some areas could be restricted from small children that play around, e.g. the second-floor Lounge Bar after 8 pm or so.

Das Hotel ist leider in die Jahre gekommen, Instandsetzungen wurden sichtbar schlecht ausgeführt. Das Servicepersonal im Restaurantbereich war ausgezeichnet, das Zimmerpersonal unterdurchschnittlich. Der kleine "Supermarkt" im Untergeschoss war Wucher. Schade, dass ein Hotel in dieser Preisklasse noch auf solche Zusatzeinnahmen angewiesen ist. Nochmal Rixos kommt für uns nicht in Frage.

Not everything smoothly, but the hotel crew was extremely helpful and worked really hard to resolve the issues. 1) We booked a junior suite. Do NOT book a junior suite in this hotel, unless you also want to book the connecting room next to it. As we found out, all junior suites in the hotel have a connecting door to the neighboring room which is not soundproof - you can hear all the talk in the other room. After 2 nights we got a terraced suite instead, which is a bit smaller on the inside but has a much larger terrace, and most importantly cannot hear any neighboring rooms. 2) Vegan options - overall we were quite happy. Sometimes by default there were not that many options, but when we asked someone they were always super helpful. At one point, the chef made an extra portion just for us, leaving out the butter. Overall, we were quite happy with the experience and the helpfulness of the personal.

After I ran the Runtalya half marathon, I went up to my room tired and full of sweat, at 10 münutes before noon but my room key card was turned off and I could not get in to my room. When I asked house keeping, they refused to open my room and told me to go downstairs to Reception. Staff kept asking me what time I was going to leave. Very unfriendly and very unwelcoming.

Wasnt a pleasant stay. Alot of the staff find it hard communicating in English. The first day i went to the pool me and my 2 year son wanted a beach bed but was told there was none available only to walk back round and see beds offered to other guests. We happened to be the only black guests at the time. I felt more was done to accomodate other ethnicities. The all inclusive only allowed access to one restaurant and the others had to be paid for which is not what ive experienced at other all inclusive resorts. Certain alcohols were also not included in the all inclusive. I booked a private car to take me and my son and my freinds children to the zoo which i was told my the hotel staff was a 30 min drive and quoted 180 euros, it turnt out i was misled and it was a 10 min drive. It was quite a bad experience and probably would not stay at this resort again and wouldnt go to turkey again. The only positive thing i would say was the weather was quite nice.

4 gece 5 gün konakladık ve girdiğimiz andan çıktığımız ana kadar muhteşem ağırlandık. Herkes çok kibar, güler yüzlü ve temiz giyimliydi. Ama plaj özel olsa dahi halka açık olarak denize giriyorduk ve plaj otelden biraz uzakta. Maalesef o kısımlar çok temiz değil ve Rixos kalitesini hissedemiyordunuz. En sevdiğimiz husus asla ama asla aç kalmamaktı. Sürekli yiyecek ve içecek sirkülasyonu var. Karnımız sürekli şiş gezdik açıkçası.

Dette hotellet har alt. Kort vei fra flyplassen, kun en liten taxi tur. Fine rom, god mat, god og hyggelig service. Flott bassengområdet og egen strand kun en liten gå tur fra hotellet, det var mulighet for transport til stranden. Vi benyttet ikke dette da det er en fin gåtur. Stortrivdes her, anbefales virkelig.

Rixos Downtown Antalya exceeded my expectations. The staff were welcoming and professional, the rooms were spacious with beautiful views, and the food was excellent with plenty of variety. The pool, spa, and location near the beach and Old Town made the stay even better. A perfect mix of comfort, luxury, and great service — highly recommended!

Very welcoming and nice staff The views are amazing alond with facilities Drinks and fruits are grear Room is big clean and nice The only negative is the food which is not 5 stars at all , so many times we couldnt eat anything and one night we found hair inside the food. The a lcarre restaurtants are better sense and the meat restaurant

Superb hotel but expected as it’s 5* No complaints at all and loved the concierge support from Zuzu and the team. My only slight disappointment is the food is always good but it’s not great - a lot of it - especially the meat and fish goes dry - and never is it 5* - it’s a decent buffet but not a good restaurant standard.

The hotel was very dated and the food options were very limited. Expected a lot better from a premium brand hotel. Upside was they tried to be accomadating and seated us in different areas due to cats roaming through the food area

Excellent Hotel with all the facilities. food (Indian food for dinners cooked by chef Baldev was very flavoursome), variety of drinks, spa (masseuse Natalya, a young & strong Balinese women who did an excellent deep tissue massage, feedback from my wife), music, sports, waiters, bar staff everything was superb. Oh yes, don’t forget to tip them

Stayed 2 days at Rixos downtown. Ceyla M. has been amazing and very kind throughout our stay and has been a great help. We wished we stayed longer. The food was amazing and service was first class. We will definetly be visiting this resort again.

Clean room, Amazing sea view, we had small proble with the air conditioner but they fix it immediately. Staff is helpful and professional. Pool and cafes are nice. Food is diverse. Spa didn't try it. Alot of activities basketball,football, Table tennis, tennis. Beachfront is good, service also good. Shuttle bus to land of legends is available. A La Carta resturant i tried Sense, food was delicious nice atmosphere. A small problem is that there are alot of cats annoying while eating. But the staff tried many times to get rid of them. If i can add something to the hotel i would add Billiard Tables. Overall the hotel is perfect i would definitely come back.

We had an excellent stay at Rixos Downtown Antalya. The staff were extremely helpful, always friendly and attentive, and the room service was fantastic, consistently prompt and high quality. The hotel and grounds are spacious, peaceful, and beautifully maintained, giving plenty of room to relax without ever feeling crowded. The gym facilities were very impressive, genuinely better than many other 5-star hotels I’ve stayed in. I also really enjoyed the complimentary Starbucks coffees, which was a great added touch. The heated pool, although slightly on the cooler side, was still very pleasant and relaxing. The food throughout the hotel was amazing, with plenty of variety and consistently high quality. The private beach, despite being a short 5-minute walk from the hotel, didn’t take anything away from the holiday, in fact, it added to it. It was incredibly peaceful, and the high-quality food available directly on the beach was fantastic. The location of the hotel was another big bonus, with Antalya itself being a truly lovely city to explore. And of course, the free admission to Land of Legends was unreal, a major highlight of the trip. To top everything off, the WiFi was excellent, fast and reliable throughout the hotel, which made the stay even more convenient. Overall, a very pleasant and memorable stay. Highly recommended.
