POSITIVE: -The room was fine, nice view and clean. -Breakfast was good and plenty of choices. -Valet parking is available but be aware, when we asked for our car, the brought us a different one!! :0. Wondering what if, they gave away our car to someone else, scary. -Location is far from the main tourist places, but the metro station was 3 minutes away at the back of the hotel and enjoyed the experience of public transportation. NEGATIVE: -We "dared" to ask for help on a phone call from a waiter in the breakfast room, and immediately he was surrounded by his colleagues and called out by his manager, because "he was not allowed to speak on the phone..." C'mon he was helping us. Cheers to the waiter that went above and beyond to help us. Staff was fine, but they are expecting a tip for doing nothing. Asked for a massage by the spa, tipped the massagist and then a lady that was next to her serving coffee asked for a tip too.... offered 5 dollars and she said no thank you that is too low. Anyways, I did what we had to do in Istanbul, the location was fine, close to the

It was wonderful experience My feeling is that it was a 5-star hotel and turned into a giant 4-star hotel Outdated facilities.. The room is old.. Faded colors.. The Turkish bath, swimming pool and sauna facilities need repairs and renovation.. And the staff in this facility (-2nd floor) are not as courteous and attentive as the main reception and luggage department.

Problem with my room on my first night but the assistant front office manager Mr aykut atik solved everything and made sure my stay was perfect. It is a large hotel, with a 15m long pool. Gym is huge ( for fitness lover it is perfect). Good breakfast. All in all it is a very good hotel

Sehr sauber, Personal hilfsbereit bei Wünschen Lösungsorientiert. Kostenloser Upgrade- wir haben ein grösseres Zimmer bekommen als gebucht. Mit den Karten kann man nur auf sein eigenes Stock oder zu den Bereichen wo jeder hin kann. Also ist es nicht erlaubt in den Etagen anderer zu „schlendern“ was ich extrem gut fand. Spa Bereich auch Top. Empfehlenswert!!!

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were all very pleasant and professional. Our room was on a corner with huge windows on both walls, the bed was comfortable, and the room and bathroom were very clean. A plate of fruit and half a dozen water bottles were provided in the room. Very nice stay and I would be happy to return if I'm back in Istanbul.

The check-in process was exceedingly slow and took almost two hours. Second, the room's cleanliness was awful and horrible. The carpet was not brushed or vacuumed in five days. The toilet light was also not functioning. Numerous large spots on the primary window. Air conditioning just provides fan-like circulation, no coolingat all. Although we have stayed in numerous five-star hotels, this one is by far the worst. The location is awful because there is no other way to go about without a taxi. No public transit is available near the hotel's location. The most suitable substitute is to stay close to the centre so you can utilise the subway instead of a taxi to get about Istanbul.

i had a room 1202 the room was nice we checked in next day at 8am the room was cool as the windows were open but as the day went it got hotter so turned the air on but did not work so called the front desk and noone came to repair for a long time . Finally the someone came and did something and aid it is fixed but it was not . I had booked this for 3 nights . one with Expedia and other with a tour company .finally at ( pm asked to change my room which i went to see before moving to make sure the the A/C works and i did so i agreed when i went to the room it was already occupied . So they gave me another room again with no air . So please check your room before you move .

The King Single room is very comfortable and adequate for a family of 4 with 2 children. The hotel rooms are modern and clean. The stafff members are attentive and prompt. Would recommend this hotel for families. Breakfast buffet is also excellent. It is a bit of drive from the IST airport and places of interest, but still doable.

Helt greit sted hvis en vil sove der. Men mye kunne vært bedre. Frokosten manglet toast. Syntes det er rart at hotell ikke kan holde standard i type brød de serverer. Det var heller ikke god nok frokost for stjernene hotellet påstår de har. Nesten umulig å komme i kontakt med resepsjonen på kvelden. Vi måtte ringe over 20 ganger før noen endelig tok ansvar å leverte klesvasken som vi ventet altfor lenge på. Restauranten i hotellet hadde heller ikke god mat. Vi bestilte burger en kveld, og det var ikke god kvalitet på denne burgeren. Til og med fast food butikk leverer bedre kvalitet på burger. En Annen kveld bestilte vi beef steak. Og den var heller ikke godkjent fra vår side. Vi overnattet 4 kvelder i hotellet. Det er helt greit å sove i hotellet. Men hotellet er overdrevet i antall stjerner de har fått. Mat og service burde ha vært mye bedre.

Its an OK property that obviously caters for group bookings There were about 80 people to check in, and with 5 staff behind the counter, only one person was checked in at a time. Torturous! I had several mornings with no hot water. Not all the facilities are working. The shower area next to sauna has been disabled The toaster at breakfast broke down, and wasnt replaced for 3 days There is not enough elevator capacty in B block, so wait times can be high. Staff will allow use of the service lift when very busy. Its not a bad hotel, just a 3 star. It could be better.

Only two nights for champions league final - very helpful and friendly staff - spoke good English - plenty of choice for breakfast - had a great stay - arranged private transfers from airport and back which we had arranged by email but plenty of yellow cabs available - highly recommend

The hotel is nice but the area isn’t great, especially for walking or public transport. H1 bus takes you near it from IST airport. The building is fairly modern but there large gaps between windows and their frames letting air and noise in. In our room the gap was as big as a finger width. Breakfast is ok. Coffee prices in the lobby are ridiculous! Don’t use the taxi from the hotel as they overcharged us twice. House keeping staff were very nice.

I really enjoyed my stay at this magnificent hotel. The service was exceptional, the breakfast buffet was fantastic with lots of choices to suit all dietary requirements and the taxi service from this hotel was excellent. I’d especially like to say special thanks to Esra, Guneyit, Ahmet and their colleagues for their brilliant hospitality. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anybody visiting beautiful Istanbul.
