Really nice hotel and amazing staff, especially Silvan and Sanaz, we had a small issue and they sorted it out within minutes. The gym and spa are AMAZING. I had aassage and the massage therapist was great. The coffee and cake place are great, the staff was really nice, same with the Grill restaurant. We are coming back again in May, we can't wait. Thank you 😀

Fantastiske rom, kortene for å komme inn på rommene var et mareritt. Måtte ned i resepsjonen 8 ganger i løpet av 2 dager for å fikse adgangskortet. Det gjaldt også veldig mange andre som var på hotellet. Svømmebassengene (1 ute og 1 inne) var veldig fine, men ganske kalde. De har jacuzzi, men denne var i ustand. De har steamroom, veldig fin/deilig. De har adventure shower, med 3 ulike vannspray funksjoner, dette var ganske fint. I tillegg var det sauna, men denne sto slått av/ikke til bruk. De har gym, denne brukes av både hotellgjester og offentlig. Maten i cafèen var ok, litt dyr. Alt i alt bra opplevelse, kunne vært bedre hvis alt var åpent og ikke i ustand.

The hotel is nice, but it is very far,from everything this means that getting out and about is very expensive as,taxis need to be used. The metro station is far from the property, you need to catch a metro bus to get to the station. Food places are limited there are 2 places around the corner and the hotel has its iwn restaurant ( the grill) which is more expensive than other food places. Spa and pool were very nice.

Rooms was extremely clean and fresh, very comforting hotel for a nice stay we stayed for 7 nights and I can not complain about 1 thing at all we had 3 rooms booked and it was easy checkin till the checkout we had no hassle at all the rooms was cleaned everyday room service was on point and the food and coffee shop in the lobby was amazing too. If I make a trip back to Istanbul again will definitely be rebooking here

As someone who travels frequently, I can confidently say this hotel — despite being a local Turkish brand — falls far short compared to international luxury hotels. I stayed at this property before and really liked it. This time around was very different. Our first room we checked into the iron was very damaged, mold in shower, and sheets were dirty upon check in. Our second room they moved us to we were told was an”upgrade” due to issues but it was literally the exact room just bathroom was different. The shower was completely black of mold in the corners and we found a bed bug crawling, I recorded it and showed staff. All they told us was they would “deep clean” the room. We declined and wanted a room change. We also told them about the mold in the shower and the Guest challenge manager told us that was in every suite and normal. That there was nothing they could do about it. I am appalled because I work at a hotel and MOLD is NOT normal and needs to be cleaned with tilex/bleach. I will not stay here for my next visit .

My overall stay was great. Lldya from Guest Services and the front desk staff were awesome and very accommodating. However, I had to go down to the front desk several times during my stay as the room key would not work and seemed to only be programmed for one day at a time. Also, the air-condition was never sorted out. The room was quite warm and it could not be adjusted, despite the Engineering team visiting the room twice to take a look at it. Also, the room was very clean, no issues at all with the cleaniness.

Beni en cok sinirlendiren konu da benden 3000 tl depozito alırken ,benden önceki yabancı misafirden 1000 tl istemeleri oldu, kisisine göre keyfi bir talep.

This review is from an American point of view. I gave two star only because the manager on duty tried her best but still problem was not resolved. First of all the reception are not friendly nor the breakfast crew. It’s October weather in 70s and the hotel turns on the heater saying the rooms have no control of it and we have heater running throughout the hotel since we are in winter now. I’m telling you 3 days we didn’t sleep my kids slept in there underwear we even had to open the window on 10th floor. It was horrible and uncomfortable and they wouldn’t refund us since we booked on hotels.com . We asked for milk for my 2 year old they said they didn’t get milk supply in!?! I mean don’t you have local grocery stores that u can grab some for the day and night. Overall we tried to check out and i wish i stayed with my original hotel that i usually go to (crown plaza Florya) - i don’t suggest this place at all- sorry

Booked hotel stay with breakfast paid. every time I go for breakfast staff walks after me in the dining hall and tells me i have to pay extra for breakfast because receptionist told them i don't have free breakfast with my reservation through Expedia when my reservation details clearly says I do. This goes on for every single morning. Access by walking to nearby stores and restaurants will take you to dangerous sidewalk through busy roads and highways while breathing in pollution from cars and cigarette smokes. You also have to walk through an overpass above a smelly canal, that is viewable from a hotel room window in front of the building. Restaurants on site charge high prices. I extended my stay another night because my next hotel isn't ready. They told me I can keep the same room at a great price but it will be a different price - but I can't book it through Expedia because they can only give it to me direct at the guy's special rate of $184 USD. I had no choice since it's last minute change. There were broken things inside my room that were never fixed. At checkout, I have an unopened water bottle with me that I saved from when I flew into IST given by Turkish Airlines. The receptionist asked me if I took it from the mini bar and I said no. Clearly, it is a different water bottle brand and size. She told me I can't leave the property yet until they have someone check the hotel room to verify if I used any. I waited 15 minutes and after she told me I'm clear.

Our stay was very pleasant. The hotel staff here is amazing. The amenities are great. One of the best hotel gyms (I have been to hundreds of hotels around the world). The main reception worker named Selin did a fantastic job getting us settled into our rooms, helped us with late check out and was very friendly and helpful.

Rummen var fina, bastu, pool, gym va klockrent! Aldrig haft så bra gym på hotell vilket är viktigt för mig. Frukosten var god och personalen var hjälpsam både i receptionen och gäst service. Men maten på deras restaurang som hette något med grill var ett skämt. Kan inte understryka hur dåligt det var. Kallt, smaklöst, lite mat etc... Kanske va tur det va lite för gick inte att äta.

The breakfast is near to 3 star hotel. The staff or the person who teach them how to talk or react with the customer is terrible . It was the third time i stay at this hotel and i find out some treble movement everywhere. Nothing around hotel unless you have car to go and thank i have expect the 20 minutes that i wait for checkout. I won’t ever come back to the hotel again.
