If we had the opportunity to come back to Istanbul we wouldn’t stay here. I’m sorry. Small gym, problems on cleaning the rooms, when cleaned it still the floor was dirty. Stairs and corridors dirty with trash and garbage bags spilling from the garbage. WiFi connection weak or does not work on room 225-226. For a five star hotel still has a lot to change and get better. High prices for bad service.

The hotel was fine but not a 5☆ compared to European standard. The rooms facing the road is very noisy and had to change room to the back of the hotel. The bar area is nice and the rooms are spacious but dated. Some of the hangers were broken. I would consider it a good 3 ☆ hotel. Theres nothing near the hotel except the metro.
