Great location, walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops , 4 pools, huge Gym, sauna, Hammam, restaurants, yoga classes, wellness facility, market convenient store, and tennis courts. This resort has everything you need on vacation, I loved the low prices on laundry service. Excellent customer service and concierge service, and great valet service. The rooms little outdated but the balcony with its sea view makes it up. No beach the hotel on cliff only pools. Driving 15 min to Lara beach.

Wow! What an incredible property. So very well taken care of both inside and out. Staff are in abundance and so welcoming, friendly and attentive. Rooms are spacious and immaculate. Two large bottles of water are complimentary every day. Breakfast is vast, you will not be struggling for something to eat! I’d highly recommend include breakfast with your stay. There’s a few restaurants and a cafe within the hotel as well as a barbers, shops and a doctor. The gym would put all mainstream gyms to shame. Fully kitted out with the latest Technogym equipment and it’s huge! There’s also a sauna & steamroom, an indoor pool and four outdoor pools. Views from this hotel are of the sea and mountains. Room sea views are wonderful and the walk to the old town is just 50mins or 10mins by taxi. We used Ubers a couple of times and also walked. Main Street in front of the hotel has lots of shops, cafes, restaurants and a supermarket. Perfect location. Well done Akra! We’ll defo be back.

Akra Antalya is an exceptional place to stay. The staff are all friendly and welcoming and want to go the extra mile to make guests’ experience enjoyable. The pool and beach are wonderful places to enjoy the sun and breathtaking views of the sea and mountains, and the spa facilities and indoor pool are also excellent for any less good weather. It’s fantastic to be able to walk right into the old town from the hotel ( about 45 minutes taking it slowly, mostly through waterside parks) and there are lovely parks on the other side of the hotel too, with plenty of places to eat and drink in both directions. The hotel breakfast itself has so much variety, including loads of fresh vegetables and salads. We tried the evening buffet one day and were not convinced this was such good value for money. The reason for giving 4 instead of 5 stars was the fact that we were allocated the worst possible ‘deluxe sea view’ room, which should definitely not be in the same price bracket as the one we were moved to the day after arrival, having complained. Yes, you could see the sea and even a bit of mountain from part of the balcony, but the main view was of the main road, the bus collection point, and the bins. If booking a deluxe sea view room, insist on being in the centre or west section of the hotel.

The most amazing thing about this hotel is kids club. The caretakers are amazing. It is such a blessing for parents. Our airline lost our stroller but this hotel was able to provide us with a stroller free of charge. The checkout process was really fast and smooth as well. If I come back to Turkey, I will definitely stay at Akra Antalya.

The stand out accolade for Akra is to the staff. Regardless who you deal with, from cleaners, to pool staff, life guards, restaurants and Ege front of house everyone is so kind, always smiling and helpful so this made our stay a pleasure. And the beach, gardens and 5 swimming pools are a sparklkng blue,warm,safe , clean and gorgeous. Our room was spacious, the shower hot and powerful and the beds super comfortable. A wonderful stay.

Café da manhã incrível ! Nunca vi tão cheio de opções ! Por volta de umas 10 mesas de buffet com frutas, verduras, doces, pães, queijos, pratos quentes dos mais variados , omeletes Personalizados, todos os tipos de geleias e cremes , yortgut , frutas secas … até doces turcos ! Ficamos impressionados. Várias piscinas e 1 elevador que nos deixa direto ao mar ! Quartos amplos e confortáveis ! Tem todas as amenidades possíveis . Ótima estadia . Única ressalva : os gatos ! Alguns turistas alimentam os gatos no restaurante … e outra a limpeza … se cai um guardanapo no chão … lá ele ficará até a pessoa da limpeza passar… mesmo que inúmeros funcionários o vejam e passem por ele . ( eu não aguentei e peguei do chão quando o quinto passou e não recolheu … sei lá quem o jogou ) .

Lovely hotel with a great deal to offer in terms of leisure options. I had a sea facing deluxe room that was super big, but it smelled of stale smoke. I did not complain. I'm sure if I had said something it would have been dealt with, though. This is the second time that I've stayed in this hotel and the rooms could do with some sort of sound proofing as I could hear next door taking showers and walking across their floor in heeled shoes, so a good night's sleep was difficult. The bed was really comfortable so that was a shame. Checking in and out was a bit arduous as there wasn't a proper queuing system in place and was more of a free for all. Excellent gym. Beautiful grounds and pools. I did not eat or use the bars but it all looked really impressive.

We bought our stay with breakfast included, when we arrived they said it is not included! So we had to make other arrangements. Room cleaning was sporadic, we had to call almost every day to get the room cleaned! Facility otherwise was clean and comfortable

Nice hotel, highly recommended. My only issue was that the bathroom wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. The floor had black hair on it and dried soap from a previous guest. There was another black hair on a hand towel. Service and hospitality was great, though, and the spa was really nice. Excellent masseur.

Το μπάνιο δεν ήταν ιδιαίτερα καθαρό. Ήταν η πρώτη φορά που έπλυνα την τουαλέτα σε ξενοδοχείο. Επίσης ξύπνησα στις 7 το πρωί από την μυρωδιά του καπνού από τσιγάρο ενώ φαινομενικά το τσιγάρο απαγορεύεται στα δωμάτια.
Το μπάνιο δεν ήταν ιδιαίτερα καθαρό. Ήταν η πρώτη φορά που έπλυνα την τουαλέτα σε ξενοδοχείο. Επίσης ξύπνησα στις 7 το πρωί από την μυρωδιά του καπνού από τσιγάρο ενώ φαινομενικά το τσιγάρο απαγορεύεται στα δωμάτια.

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls hervorragend: grosse Auswahl, frisch, lecker und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Insgesamt ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!“

Odalarına gelince tertemiz ve her ihtiyacımız düşünülmüştü özellikle sabunların markası dikkatimizi çekti. Lovely hotel with a great deal to offer in terms of leisure options. I had a sea facing deluxe room that was super big, but it smelled of stale smoke. I did not complain. I'm sure if I had said something it would have been dealt with, though. This is the second time that I've stayed in this hotel and the rooms could do with some sort of sound proofing as I could hear next door taking showers and walking across their floor in heeled shoes, so a good night's sleep was difficult. The bed was really comfortable so that was a shame. Checking in and out was a bit arduous as there wasn't a proper queuing system in place and was more of a free for all. Excellent gym. Beautiful grounds and pools. I did not eat or use the bars but it all looked really impressive.

The stay was mostly good. Staff was friendly, but we did encounter some staff that were not courteous to Hijabis. The breakfast spread was phenomenal and the rooms were nice but compact. Pretty close to old town and Hadrians gate. The property caters heavenly to the partying crowd though. The first night there was a Deloitte office party going on with extremely loud DJ music that was very audible even on the 7tb floor till 12 am at night. They didn’t turn it down even when we asked. So expect loud music and revelers late into the night. The pool was great. Don’t order room service food cause it wasn’t that good. Overall, would recommend for a relaxing experience except for the nightlife. You can ask for a room away from the garden cause the sound was heard a little less there.

Everything about this hotel is phenomenal! We had a 2 connecting sea view rooms that were very convenient for a family of 5 with an incredible view. The amenities including gym and adjacent yoga and Pilates studios were top notch for a gym rat and they even offer free Yoga/Pilates classes for hotel guests! Very well situated with free valet parking (not sure if this one is just because of my Expedia status perks). I called reception twice for WIFI access and TV issue and they immediately resolved it. Breakfast Buffet is exceptional with a tons of choices for every taste. We loved our stay!

Akra Antalya is an exceptional place to stay. The staff are all friendly and welcoming and want to go the extra mile to make guests’ experience enjoyable. The pool and beach are wonderful places to enjoy the sun and breathtaking views of the sea and mountains, and the spa facilities and indoor pool are also excellent for any less good weather. It’s fantastic to be able to walk right into the old town from the hotel ( about 45 minutes taking it slowly, mostly through waterside parks) and there are lovely parks on the other side of the hotel too, with plenty of places to eat and drink in both directions. The hotel breakfast itself has so much variety, including loads of fresh vegetables and salads. We tried the evening buffet one day and were not convinced this was such good value for money. The reason for giving 4 instead of 5 stars was the fact that we were allocated the worst possible ‘deluxe sea view’ room, which should definitely not be in the same price bracket as the one we were moved to the day after arrival, having complained. Yes, you could see the sea and even a bit of mountain from part of the balcony, but the main view was of the main road, the bus collection point, and the bins. If booking a deluxe sea view room, insist on being in the centre or west section of the hotel.

I can not say enough about this resort. Beautiful views, very helpful staff and the thing that stood out most was the professional staff and their response to whatever was needed. They were fast and friendly on a 24 hour basis. The food was great as well. This hotel/resort was one of the best places I’ve been. Plenty of restaurants and lounges and in walking distance to shops and other restaurants. When in Antalya, this will be my go to place. Thank you for an amazing experience.

Son olarak odada bulunan tıraş bakım setinin ücretli olması kötüydü, çıkışta sadece bunun için 1940 tl istendi benden ve ödemek zorunda kaldım. Stayed here 5 days from 9 may - 14 may. Lovely hotel, refurbished and facilities are fantastic. Definitely 5 star facilities - great pools, great beach side bar , sun bathing area. How we, service levels are pretty poor. As a solo traveller they didn’t really cater for me at all. Left at restaurants for 20 mins + to order , room was not cleaned one day until requested, on arrival the hotel dont make it clear you cannot charge food, drinks to your room so you have to carry cash or cards everywhere. Or, you pay them £100 per night as a “deposit” it’s not exactly 5 star service. The restaurants also cater for external “locals” over guests which again is annoying given you’re paying a premium to stay there. Not one I’d revisit in all honesty but a really lovely hotel, just lacking in key areas like service and customer centricity , which for a 5 star hotel is pretty important .

I am very disappointed how the front desk and management at Akra treated me during my stay. I booked a Deluxe room that fit up to 3 people. When I arrived with my sister, the front desk charged me an extra 234.44 USD for a second person to be in the room. I also later realized that they charged me the $234.44 after originally telling me it would be $199.25 (180€). When we spoke to the front desk later to go over this overcharge and my booking details of a Deluxe room, a tall man with silver hair raised his voice at me and my daughter. My daughter came with me to talk to them because she was worried this would happen to other guests staying here during her wedding weekend. It was my daughter Julia’s wedding at Akra hotel on September 28. The manager stood to the side of the desk as the tall man raised his voice at us and he did nothing. He was not helpful and did not dissolve or resolve the issues. Aside from the front desk charging me (and overcharging the original extra charge!!!!) I also did not receive a bottle of wine and treats like all the other guests in the wedding block. When I called the desk about this, they only sent me a glass of wine. This is not an adequate replacement. After all the money my family has spent for this wedding, as well as bringing many guests to your hotel for multiple nights, I was shocked that this is how I was treated. I am disappointed in Akra’s management with this and am requesting to be refunded the 234 USD they forced me to pay back on

Amazing hotel. The private beach, hammam, and view of the sea from our room were highlights. Not very convenient location if you are walking however you can Uber to Kaleici for like 5 euros. Concierge and front desk were pretty useless for providing any sort of recommendations. They didn’t even know where I could find Turkish delight lol. I would go back.

Nice enough hotel and most of the staff were excellent amd very polite (when we were there). Rooms are a bit tired but acceptable. Lovely views and food was excellent. Sadly check in experience was poor as they said my credit card was declined, i had to call the uk at significant cost to find out it wasnt declined, turns out it was the chip on the card so i had to make a deposit with a debit card instead. Upon check out i was told i would have my deposit returned as we had not spent all of it. Several days later and no sign of it, the hotel is now ignoring my emails and dropping my phone calls and the online chat just tell me to phone or email as its not there department. Such a shame they are wihholding my deposit and refusing to talk to me which is the main reason behind this review. Terrible way to behave. Prices for everything in the hotel are also in lira but they take deposit payments in euros which makes things more confusing.

The stand out accolade for Akra is to the staff. Regardless who you deal with, from cleaners, to pool staff, life guards, restaurants and Ege front of house everyone is so kind, always smiling and helpful so this made our stay a pleasure. And the beach, gardens and 5 swimming pools are a sparklkng blue,warm,safe , clean and gorgeous. Our room was spacious, the shower hot and powerful and the beds super comfortable. A wonderful stay.

This resort has everything you need on vacation, I loved the low prices on laundry service. Excellent customer service and concierge service, and great valet service. The rooms little outdated but the balcony with its sea view makes it up. No beach the hotel on cliff only pools. Driving 15 min to Lara beach.

Wow! What an incredible property. So very well taken care of both inside and out. Staff are in abundance and so welcoming, friendly and attentive. Rooms are spacious and immaculate. Two large bottles of water are complimentary every day. Breakfast is vast, you will not be struggling for something to eat! I’d highly recommend include breakfast with your stay. There’s a few restaurants and a cafe within the hotel as well as a barbers, shops and a doctor. The gym would put all mainstream gyms to shame. Fully kitted out with the latest Technogym equipment and it’s huge! There’s also a sauna & steamroom, an indoor pool and four outdoor pools. Views from this hotel are of the sea and mountains. Room sea views are wonderful and the walk to the old town is just 50mins or 10mins by taxi. We used Ubers a couple of times and also walked. Main Street in front of the hotel has lots of shops, cafes, restaurants and a supermarket. Perfect location. Well done Akra! We’ll defo be back.

From checking in to entering my room every thing were perfect and iam very picky about cleaning and silence! So and the view were beautiful U will not be sad about this choice. The location is spectacular in eski Lara great restaurants cafes salons nails Massage shopping centre I just loved it

It’s fantastic to be able to walk right into the old town from the hotel ( about 45 minutes taking it slowly, mostly through waterside parks) and there are lovely parks on the other side of the hotel too, with plenty of places to eat and drink in both directions. The hotel breakfast itself has so much variety, including loads of fresh vegetables and salads. We tried the evening buffet one day and were not convinced this was such good value for money. The reason for giving 4 instead of 5 stars was the fact that we were allocated the worst possible ‘deluxe sea view’ room, which should definitely not be in the same price bracket as the one we were moved to the day after arrival, having complained. Yes, you could see the sea and even a bit of mountain from part of the balcony, but the main view was of the main road, the bus collection point, and the bins. If booking a deluxe sea view room, insist on being in the centre or west section of the hotel.

The sea view from balcony was amazing. Breakfast was great with many different food options. If you are not a big eaters like us then do-not try buffet dinner because it is a fixed cost of $45 per person. It really not worth it.

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. I will say this has been one of the most pleasant experiences from a hotel. Staff was very attentive to my requests, the food was incredible and cooks are willing to customize your meals according to your needs. Only issue I’d say is there is an issue with cats wandering around the outdoor dinning patio areas. People tend to feed them so it seems as if they are used to privileges.

Akra was a great place to stay. Excellent amenities and service was top notch. Tried buffet dinner at one of the restaurants which was excellent. Cocktails at the bars were very good too. The beach is only for good swimmers but the pools were well equipped and sufficient. There was a 2 litre limit for drinking water for each room and had to pay for extra. I was not expecting this from a 5star resort.
