Check-in was speedy. We could pay immediately for our 2-night stay. Beautiful boardwalk made for good exercise after driving for 5 hours. Everything was close- gas station, post office, stores. However, Monday and Tuesdays very limited in the town for eating options. Make sure to reserve your tables for supper if you want to eat at the restaurant.

Hôtel désuet, entretien ménager laissant à désirer. Lorsque j'ai demandé à ce qu'on révise le ménage de la chambre, ils n'ont à peu près rien fait de plus sous prétexte de la Covid. Pour avoir séjourner dans d'autres Riotel, nous avons trouvé que l’établissement n'était pas à la hauteur de la qualité habituelle de la chaine.

Si bel endroit , un bain avec un cerne de résidus , 4 rangées , donc un bain mal propre très décevant et dégoûtant . Seul la dame à la réception était sympathique. Je ne retournerai jamais et je n’inviterai pas les gens à y aller .

Lovely to be next to water and staff were nice. Very overpriced and expected more from a Riotel, it was disappointing in the quality of the room. Cheaply renovated. Mold in bathroom!! 2 star trying to look like a 3 star. The restaurant next door was great and friendly. My room looked like a very cheap motel.

Photos look much much better than the reality. Older style motel with lots of odors in rooms of mildew, old smoke and other mysteries. Very very busy roadway. Noise outside. Would not feel safe walking around at night. We took one look at room and left!

Très petite chambre et assez vieillot. Pas insonorisé, les plancher craquent, on entend le voisin du haut prendre sa douche comme s’il était dans notre chambre, donc pas la place idéale si vous voulez être tranquille. Mais quand même un beau cachet et la vue est superbe. Bel accueil et propre.

Pour le déjeuner, nous avons attendu une dizaine de minutes à l’entrée sans salutation ou sourire et sommes partis sans manger

Notre chambre se situait au 3ième étage, où nous devions y accéder par une escalier en bois. Chambre très petite, aucun comptoir de salle de bain. Nous avions choisi vue sur la mer, et nous nous sommes retrouvés avec une petite fenêtre qui oui donnait sur la mer, mais nous devions nous lever et s'approcher de la fenêtre pour en profiter. Nous avions probablement la sortie de la hotte de cuisine pas loin car ca empestait la friture directement dans notre chambre. Accueil pas très souriant. Formulaire de responsabilité en anglais seulement (on est au Québec !!!)

L’emplacement est top, le bâtiment est joli mais l’intérieur de la chambre est très vieillot et l’odeur de désinfectant dans la chambre fait penser à un hôpital, pas agréable du tout. C’est dommage un petit rafraîchissement ferait du bien avec une touche tendance. Restaurant très bon, le chef est dynamique. Petit déjeuner un peu frustrant, il faut choisir dans le petit dej continental, croissant ou toast ou bagel ou pain au chocolat. Pas d’assortiment possible. Les pancakes c’est hors menu …

Overall good experience. Paid extra to have seaside room. Our view consisted only of a very small window facing the ocean. Tiny room, very clean and updated.
