Hotel Mortagne

Very friendly receptionist. Location was beautiful and up to date. Pool table on the first floor, pool and sauna in lower floor. Bed was very comfortable. We got a deluxe room which was so very spacious and up to date. Our only issue with the room was an older lcd model tv, but it worked just the same. There was alot of restaurants in walking distance, as well as a gas station/couche tard/Tim Hortons across the street.

Clean room, very comfortable beds, great customer service, the pool & hot spa were icing on the cake.

The location was off the beaten path, but It worked for what we wanted. It was a lovely stay and the room, spa, and pool were spotless and clean.

The indoor pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay.

Hot tub and the room were great. Wish the pool was heated. The terrace was advertised but open during very specific hours and days.

This 4 star hotel is incredible! absolutely recommend , we stayed here 2 days, we had tbe deluxe king room i must say i wasn't expecting the hotel to be beautiful, Clean, fancy, and with soundproofing rooms. I will definitely will come here again . It has a pool, sauna, and gym and a restaurant but we didn't have time to try it.

The property was really good. It's a little away from the downtown area. But it was only 20 minutes from the Metro station. The staff was very helpful and it was a very clean hotel with a nice pool and jacuzzi we put enjoy. They just had some elevator issues while we were there so there's only one elevator running for most of the weekend that happens. It would have been nice if it had been fixed sooner.

The hotel is easy to find and had lots of parking. Unfortunately there isn't much to do nearby so you must drive or get an Uber. The food at the restaurant was better than expected. The suite was large but TV was so tiny and was very far across the room. Strange wrinkles in rug in the room and decor was very bland. Gym is tiny. Pool is tiny.

The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean and really close to some restaurants. There is also a restaurant at the hotel. Lots of parking spots. The staffs we're just okay. Not very friendly and welcoming. Our check in was not bad, the guys who checked us in was not very good at speaking English so he had to call his someone else which I think was his manager. He was nice, he answered my questions. But our check out was just okay. I thought the guy would asked how our stay was and be thankful that we stayed at the hotel but he didn't say anything, he just processed the payment and that was it. He said nothing after giving us the receipt. That was sad. I was expecting something better from the hotel staffs. But overall if we would ever come back to Boucherville, Quebec, we would still stay at the same hotel. Just hoping next time the staff would be a lot more welcoming and friendlier. Thanks Hotel Mortagne for a good stay. Our room was very nice, very roomy and very clean and bright. We stayed for 2 nights.

Cleanliness of the room was definitely not up to par. Checked in with stained sheets and bodily fluids on the comforter. Requested another set to find another set of stained linens…

Clean room

Staff was great, hallway and room look good. We had a therapeutic bath and could not adjust the settings on bubbles, we had to use our towels to prevent water from spilling all over the floor. Shower walls were dirty. The bed was not comfortable for us. By no means was this stay a nightmare, we just have soar backs at the moment and wish the bed was… well better. Overall it’s a 4/5 for us.

You breath in this hotel and they will charge you !! We got charge for getting water and thats not even the issue they get your cc info on the first date and they keep charging you for no reason . There is no cutleries or anything in the room . The tv is really bad and the phone doesn’t work so every time we needed smth we had to go downstairs . The sheets were also not clean and had a stain on them . They only do room services every other day so they entered the room while we were still there so we missed the chance of them cleaning our room . The guy at the Receptionist is very nice tho but there is a lady who works at night usually and she is rude .

The entertainment system (TV) was not cooperative. There was no Netflix, Disney+ or Apple TV. Was not even able to cast/mirror content from my phone/ipad. They have to change tvs and update their system.

Relatively new, nicely maintained hotel with a pleasant indoor fragrance. Only complaint is the thin walls—could hear the hair dryer on in another room.

Our room was outdated. It would have been nice to have more up-to-date room for the price.

Old room with carpet, smell old furniture. I did ask to change room and they give me one will floor instead of carpet but still old furniture. Need to refresh. I did noy enjoy my stay.

The rooms are clean and spacious, perfect with a family. The breakfast was very good! And the restaurant is open for breakfast until 2h00 pm, you can sleep in!

Nous avons eu l'occasion d'avoir une chambre rénovée avec une salle de bain décloisonnée! J'ai trouvé l'idée épouvantable! La douche à même la chambre n'offre aucune intimité et la toilette dans un espace fermé était très écho ce qui, encore une fois, n'offrait aucune intimité. Je déplore vivement ce design. Le reste de la chambre était correct quoique le décor ultra moderne soit totalement dépourvu de chaleur et de confort. Le lit et la literie seulement était confortables. C'est l'essentiel! Au rez-de-chaussée, le corridor menant aux chambres est peinturé tout en noir. Loin de donner du prestige et du chic, à mon avis, cette ambiance dégrade l'expérience, la rendant plus sombre, bas de gamme, voire même incitant au non-respect. Ce n'est pas le genre d'expérience que je recherche dans un hôtel. Il est clair que la clientèle visée est plus jeune, par conséquent, je ne m'y sentais pas à ma place, ce qui ne devrait pas en principe être l'image d'un hôtel haut de gamme.

The room are big and luxurious for the price.

Property is great, updated, chic and the check in process was great and streamlined. Ibrahim(sp?) was so nice and talked to us in both English and French without being snobby or anything because i don’t speak French but my travel companion did. The bed was firm and comfy and the shower was delicious.

Property was well maintained, clean and rooms were large.. area is remote but worked well for F1 race and price reasonable compared to others in downtown. Giving it three stars because for more than $500 per night I expect housekeeping without having to ask. We booked a family suite with a king bed and a queen pullout couch. There were towels for two in the room. Had to ask for extra blankets and pillows for the pull out. Front desk staff not particularly helpful with suggestions how to get to race. Overall, decent and would consider staying again.

We loved it. The staff was great. And the rooms were nice and clean. I would stay there again in my future travels.

We stayed at Hotel Mortagne for 3 nights over Thanksgiving weekend on a family trip. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The location was also convenient, only a short drive from Montreal, which made it easy to explore the area. However, we paid extra for a room with a jet tub, and unfortunately, it did not work for our entire stay. I reported the issue to the front desk on the second day and was assured it would be fixed, but each night we returned, the tub was still not working. The night staff were kind and offered to switch rooms, but this wasn’t possible since our toddler was already asleep. Even by the final night, the issue remained unresolved. I contacted Expedia for assistance, but the hotel declined to provide any compensation for the inconvenience. I was disappointed by the lack of follow-through and accountability. While the hotel itself is nice, the way this issue was handled really affected our overall experience.

Problem at check in

Great staff!

They charged me for 2 rooms on 2 seperate credits card. And when I called them, they keep telling me that I booked 4 rooms. There is some fraudulent activity going on here. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager, theyve told me no one is in for a few days.

Great location for the south east are of montreal

I would stay there again. Long way from downtown so I would book something closer to Montreals beautiful old town. Great for business as many large companies are close. 5 minutes from the Pratt and Witney campus

Nice property. Clean rooms. The restaurant/bar felt very under staffed and limited in their menu. Also Closed on one of the nights… Seemed very unprepared for F1 weekend.

Been here several time for dance competitions. Great staff, clean rooms and overall very satisfied with our stay. Although I do have to say the breakfast buffet is pricey for what they serve.

Property was very clean and well kept. We though the room match the cost. Very nice design and layout. Our only "issue" was the night we went to the bar to order take out for our room. We waited 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged us, then we ordered with two different staff. We were told 10 minutes. When we came back down to get our food we were ignored for 15 minutes. We went to the front desk for help. Front desk said they told us there was an issue with the kitchen. I said noone talked to us at all. We went back up to our room and about 10-15 minutes later someone came to the door with the food. It was wings and mozzarella sticks. Which we were told we can only order from 6 options though people in the restaurant were able to order from the full menu..

I stayed here the weekend of the Canadian GP. While the area itself is not very convenient if you want to go venture into the city, you can get to the metro or use buses fairly easily. I used Ubers and taxis, which does add up. I had a deluxe room that was really nice with some really neat customizable mood lighting - one thing I will mention that I didn’t personally mind because I was by myself but others might is that the shower stall is not in the bathroom and instead is right next to the bed. It is also clear glass. Just something to keep in mind if you are sharing the room. They also do housekeeping every other day unless you specify otherwise, which again, I didn’t mind. There was a microwave, a fridge, and a nespresso machine with pods (no tea) in my room. I didn’t try out many of the amenities but the I saw other people enjoying the pool and the little game room in the lobby with a pool table. I ate at the onsite restaurant once for breakfast on my last day - it was very good and everyone was so nice. Also a note that it is closed Sundays. Everyone at the front desk was lovely and so helpful with informing everyone the best ways to get to the racetrack, which was much appreciated as this was my first time attending. All in all I’m glad I stayed here.
