Property was fine. We have stayed here many times before and would recommend it. Parking can be a issue, particularly if you want to plug in. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was cold initially. The drapes hang over the heater vent impeding heat circulation. Keep up the good work.

Good value. Hot breakfast available. Located at the southern end of Brandon, so a car (or a bus ride) is necessary to go downtown. The hot tub (whirlpool) was a big plus.

The staff were friendly, easy to check in and out, everything was clean and the free breakfast was great. We enjoyed the pool, it wasn’t anything fancy but we had it all to ourselves and it was great for young kids.

The pool & hot tub were so dirty it was disgusting. The room was clean, however the shower knob was filled with black mold. There were kids running up and down the halls. We had to complain twice. If you are looking for a clean quiet hotel to lay your head this is not the place.

The first room we were assigned to smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. We were courteously transferred to another room. This room also smelled of cigarette smoke but not as strong. Disappointing to us when we were booked into a nonsmoking room.

Clean room. The carpets are very old so the room had an oder. Staff was very good. House keeping was fantastic. Check in was weird as it had to be done through an app and charged me $1.29. Overall it was a decent experience for the value.

diapers in hallway, no cleaning service when requested, complained and didn't seem to care or fix it. Needed new sheets on room cleaning and made it very obvious - ignored. Had to go seek sheets at front desk who didn't give a flying f that no one gave clean sheets - gave wrong sized and two bottom sheets. given wrong time for breakfast - very annoying when traveling with a young child who missed breakfast due to this. Go elsewhere. not worth the trouble. I was visiting an ailing family member and the added stress to this trip made things worse for my family.

Showing its wear. No soap in the bathroom, hair in the tub and on the floor. Garbage under the desk area, so not a good cleaning job. Stains on the carpets throughout the room and hallways. We actually pulled back the bedding to see if the sheets were clean because we thought that maybe they forgot to clean our room but that wasn’t the case. Just terrible house cleaning.

Room was dirty, all along the walls were very dusty/dirty. Washcloth had blood on it ( fresh) dirty around the drain in sink ( looked like coffee stains). My wife starting looking for bedbugs, that bad. The sink was outside the bathroom and the toilet was more suited for a toddler, very low to the ground. If you flushed the toilet, the drain in the tub gurgled. I went to front desk to complain and they gave me new towels and said they would clean room tomorrow. My wife said she didn’t want anyone coming into our room, so forget it. We were in Brandon for a family reunion and our cousins were in one of the suites and it was spotless and the same price! We have stayed at Days Inn before and we’re very disappointed with this one. Try somewhere else

The hotel on the outside looks modern and very clean. Parking lot was full so a bit hard to find a spot, but it was on the weekend. Staff were super friendly and very helpful. Room was very clean and neat and all the furnishing looked modern and up to date. Didn't like having the sink outside the bathroom - its noisy to use when others are sleeping. King bed was comfy but the pillows had no give to them, which made sleeping uncomfortable as they forced our heads up awkwardly. The noise was also an issue, both outside our door and from the floor above us. The gap between the door and floor is significant letting in all the noises from the hallway. The floor above us creaked when the people in it walked around. We weren't up in time for breakfast so can't comment on that. Price was good and staff were great, so we might stay there again, but we'd bring our own pillows and ear plugs.

We stay for one night but stay was very pleasant. I have to say big thank you to hotel staff specifically hotel manager John for being extra courteous and helpful. I forgot my laptop in the room and not only staff called to notify me, but John also took extra care to ship to me in different address.

We had a wedding to attend. Tried to check in at 1pm was told the rooms weren't ready and wouldn't be ready until 2:30-3pm. Unacceptable! The groom called the night before and made sure that his room would be ready for an early check-in, to get ready for the wedding, but it wasn't! Never again!

The location is good as it is on the outskirts of the city away from traffic noise. It is very close to a paved walking trail, which was great. I really enjoyed the 24 hour access to the fitness equipment as I could go at times it wasn’t so busy and that suited me. Good variety of food for breakfast. Staff are always willing to assist with a smile.

The room was clean and comfortable. There were a lot of young people staying at the hotel, but noise from the halls and pool area was not an issue. The breakfast area was clean, but the food offered was not appealing, and the coffee was not great. Very convenient to several restaurants nearby.

It was a good stay. Everything went fine. Only issues as breakfast this morning. Were there shortly after 8 am. No yogurt left. Not alot of bread products left. Area needed cleaning. No staff cane around the 20 minutes we were there.

Older hotel but clean. The beds are comfy. The breakfast was good. Has 2 waffle irons! Only downfall for me was I couldn’t eat anything but boiled eggs. Does not have gluten free options. Front Desk staff was great!

the room was very clean but very dated (early 2000s decor and fixtures and mostly very basic ) I appreciate the cleanliness and the nice staff but this property is in need of a full refresh. There were lots of signs of wear on doors and walls. The main bed was newer and comfortable but the pull out sofa bed was terrible. We booked the suite as we had family with a toddler so we could have the kitchenette and paid over 250$ cdn for a sunday night -a bit high in my option for a room with no updates . The breakfast options were very basic.

Beautiful, reasonably priced hotel in a good location, close to shopping and restaurants. Rooms were spotless! Breakfast was excellent and breakfast room was comfortable, bright and clean. Would definitely stay again or recommend to anyone wanting a quiet, well-run place to stay.
