Hotel is in bad shape. Huge potholes in the parking lot. Inside smells. Only front door works. Nothing redone in many years. Everything in the room needs redone. Carpet fraying, wallpaper bubbling, chips in paint, beds are very old and tired etc.

The accommodations at this property where nice clean seemed to be recently renovated. Very nice walk in shower. The condition of the driveway and parking area was not good. Many big pot holes and broken concrete. However that did not negatively impact our stay. The property is located close to the highway, and there where many dinning option in the area.

Went in and had to change 5 rooms because there were huge holes in the bathtubs the beds were a mess and the ppl that were there staying were loud and rude. The staff was ok. Had to walk all the way around building to get to car because they didn’t have certain doors working around the building. It was baaaad.

Rooms are neglected… restaurant and bar are closed… no food go breakfast… no hot water for shower and staff doesn’t know what to do about it. I’d like a 50% refund.

It's a good location for restaurants and shopping but the parking lot is full of large potholes to avoid. Also the carpet in my room had a large tear it in right in the middle of the room. The room was clean and fully functioning.

The staff was super friendly upon checking in. Breakfast could have used some more variety with muffins and more fresh fruit options. The hotel definitely doesnt match the photos - the chair in our room had all the leathering peeling, carpet was bubbly and just felt a bit run down. The lack of entrances was what really did it for me as we were at the end of the hall, with a toddler so bringing up all our stuff with no elevator and at the end when there was an entrance at the same end as us but was not to use really sucked. For the one night it was fine, but wouldnt go back or reccommend to anyone.

No elevator, parking lot was empty, but staff said no availability on the1st floor. For the advertisement for Continental breakfast you were given a paperbag with a yogurt, granola bar and a small juice box. Coffee, apples and bananas are available all day.

Building seems to be falling apart . Felt uneasy with the state of place. Hoping to go to bar like it said on website.. bar closed no restaurant. Plastic hanging in the hallway to block off travel?? No hot water.

This property is disgusting, my wife actually wanted to sleep in the car rather than this filthy dirty room. Hair in the bathtub, spider webs hanging from the ceiling, and a patio door so rusty you couldn't even open it. Even the white towels were yellow. This place is a disgrace and Wyndham should be ashamed

Stale cigarette smoke smell in the room. Warn and tattered carpeting. Rust stained bathtub. Stained bedding. Would never stay there again. I told the person at the desk about the smell in the room when we were checking out. His only reply was that it was people in the room beside that had been smoking so he kicked them out at 4 am. It was stale smoke. It was NOT from the adjacent room.

The staff at checkin was very friendly but the room has paint peeling off the walls and someone scratched graffiti into the wall. The curtains are torn. There is mold on the tiles in the tub. The carpet is dirty and the heat doesn't work.

Filthy bad customer service. I told the front desk that when I pulled back the sheets to go to bed there was dirt and I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in the room. I slept in my car. There were cigarette bars on the blankets there were splatter marks on the lampshade there were holes in the wall. There were stains on the sheets the shoes look like they hadn’t been washed. The shower curtain was filthy. There was yellow Stains on the “clean” towels. I was told that absolutely nothing could be done until I called the next day and I was told I would be giving a call back. Still haven’t been contacted. This might appear from some pictures as a hotel but it is a filthy dive of a motel that is not somewhere. I would suggest anyone to stay.

The room was very dirty. There was what seemed to be puke stains on the carpet. There was this strange smell throughout the hotel and the room. Not worth the price. Do not recommend this hotel. For the same price there are better options close by.

I recently stayed in this room and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The room was not clean properly , and I noticed yellow stains on the bedsheet, which was unhygienic and unpleasant. Additionally, the fan was making a terrible noise, making it uncomfortable for me to sleep at night.

Biggest issue was the heating system. Couldn't set it so the fan would run on low continuously. It was either off or on the hurricane setting, really noisy and hard to sleep with it on... Asked for a small radiant heater instead but they didn't have any...

room heater operated properly but was very loud. Felt like I was trying to sleep inside a jet engine. Bath tub had several strips of duct tape applied under the spigot, maybe to hide rust or wear. It was off putting. Staff were good, but overall the hotel was better on the outside than inside.

Run down room, the sink didn’t work, the heater sounded like a 747, there was a party with speakers and music across the hall, the room’s fire alarm went off in the am to wake me up with no smoke or fire. Almost comical it was so bad. A refund would be appreciated, I was in town for a sporting event the next day and had to transport my son at midnight for on another hotel because it was so loud.

I did not expect stairs in the room going from the bathroom area to the bed area, especially in a ground floor room. Terrible paint colour in the room, damaged/scratches on the walls. Large visible water (I hope it was not urine) stain on the couch. Old worn out carpet. Poor lighting in the parking area.

front desk not staffed, people couldnt check in no one was around for over 4 hrs. had to ask the cleaning lady to to tell the mgr we are in the room and waiting to check in. Stay away from this hotel, its the cheapest for a reason. FYI no breakfast just rotting fruit on the counter at front. Coffee thermo empty all morning and day.

front desk not staffed, people couldnt check in no one was around for over 4 hrs. had to ask the cleaning lady to to tell the mgr we are in the room and waiting to check in. The customer service given by Abel the manager was atrocious! We were placing a gentleman for two nights into the hotel, sponsoring his stay to remove him and his dog from a domestic situation. They were refused the reservation we booked for him, and then the manager hung up the phone after screaming at me rudely while trying to sort the problem. Not only did they refuse the stay, they are refusing a refund. I will never have a kind word to say about this manager or this franchise if they continue to allow this repulsive behaviour.

Can I leave a zero star review? I booked a room to stay at for a wedding, I unfortunately can no longer attend said wedding. I've have been calling for weeks trying to tell them I am unable to attend and would no longer need the room. I kept getting the runaround that nobody can help me, the person I need to speak with isn't in, etc. I paid for the room, $189. I understand hotel policy, however, I have been trying to give them plenty of notice about said situation. I finally got through today, and was told I will be charged for the room again, so $400 later, I am penalized for trying to give them notice for over a period of weeks trying to give them notice. I am not in the position to afford this fee when I've been trying to contact them to attempt to avoid this situation, and possibly this review. Customer service is definitely a weak spot on their end.

Paint on doors was well scratched. Coffee table was very well scratched. Rug on floor was torn. Couch was well used. This staff is very helpful. This hotel needs some fixing up. The parking lot is a mess. Full of pot holes and dangerous for parking. The pictures on Expedia are very old. In the Expedia ad it says there will be breakfast. It was yogurt, apples, banana’s and some coffee and tea. Very disappointing.

This motel was so very stingy on cups, service, breakfast. The worst continental breakfast EVER! Coffee and juice and yogurt and fruit. No toast or muffins or cereal or anything. Seriously. Excuses were made. When i asked them to service my room they got me towels and emptied the trash bin, the one and only trash bin in the room. Did not even empty recycling. Am warning all, do not stay there. The price wasn't fantastic for this crappy motel.

No elevator, parking lot was empty, but staff said no availability on the1st floor. For the advertisement for Continental breakfast you were given a paperbag with a yogurt, granola bar and a small juice box. Coffee, apples and bananas are available all day.

Rooms are clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel could use a makeover but for the price its good. No bad smell or mold anywhere and they have an Indian restaurant which I enjoyed one night. Food was excellence. If you're not into Indian food it's a good place to get a cold beer. There are lots of other places next door for food.

The hotel is under renovations on the first floor and the rooms are being redone. The second floor smelled of stale cigarette smoke and old mildew and looks very old and run down, and the carpeting is worn and filthy looking. The lobby and hallways are very dimly lit which adds to the grungy feel. The hotel's name is missing from the building making it difficult to find. It may be better once the first floor renovations are completed and those rooms become available. The current second floor rooms are sketchy.

This place is so disappointing. People should know before they book that it is undergoing substantial renovations, and it looks really sketchy. We pulled up and it looks like it's falling apart. There are huge holes in the covered entrance (like multiple holes that are 3 feet by 8 feet). Initially, I thought it had caught on fire, but I think it's just being pulled apart. It doesn't even have the hotel name on it, so I initially drove right on by. It's wrapped in Caution Tape. You walk in the front door and there's no AC on the ground floor because of the renovations. Thank goodness the AC in our room works. We are on the second floor because they are renovating the main floor, but they have only renovated half the rooms on the second floor. We, of course, have been given an old room, paying the same price as the nicer, renovated rooms. The curtains are falling off the valance, the paint on the mirror is all rubbed off, the bath tub looks dirty on the floor of it. We get one small thing of shampoo only (the bottle ended up being empty); no conditioner, so pack some in your suitcase if you need it. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice. He explained that "breakfast" would be served on the 4 foot long table beside the front desk with the empty fridge. This place is definitely showing its age. I just wish I knew it was under renovations when I booked it. I was not prepared for how much of a mess it is. It definitely isn't worth what we paid.
