Best Western Plus Cambridge Hotel

The room was dated and drab

Stayed in the first floor where the lobby staff are loud into all hours, clearly someone living there who was up talking really loud in the halls. Room was dated no sleep

The hotel price is very high for what it is. There were some tiny centipedes in the washroom, the bed wasn't very comfortable, there was mould in the shower, and the rooms are very outdated. If this were a cheap hotel, I would probably be okay with that. But given the price I paid, I expected at least a cleaner, more comfortable place.

Everything was great … nice breakfast … the hot tub did ruin a couple of bathing suits

Toilet was clogged. Tub had hair in it when we arrived. No hot water night one. Hot tub destroyed the colour of my childrens bathing suits - making them unwearable. Chlorine levels clearly not regulated.
