The property had an issue with the elevator making noise all night and we were right next to it. The staff were apologetic and gracious. They moved us and upgraded us to a suite for the next night and refunded us $40. The breakfast buffet had very good selection. The outdoor hot tub area was very nice however the pool needs some serious work,,looks spooky. I would stay again

Breakfast good food. Staff friendly. Parking lot on the small side. Hotel was full and had to park on the street. The mountain views are amazing if on the top floor on the west side.

This was a nice little hotel away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The property was a bit dated, and some things in our room showed that. Our room had a kitchenette in it- the fridge built into it did not work; rather than remove it, they just stuck another fridge in the room near the TV stand. Bathroom had very wore out baseboards, and our toilet seat was on its last legs- barely hanging on to the back of the toilet, and very squeaky. I will give a huge commendation to the staff- very helpful, welcoming and warm. The breakfast was great- so many options for food. It was hot, well stocked, and if something was running low, the staff member working in the kitchen was very quick to refill it. During “off” hours from breakfast, there was a very well stocked coffee/tea bar with hot chocolate as well. One thing I had never seen before was the cups of noodles they had available for any guest at the hotel to take as needed. This was a great option for us when we were late getting back to the hotel and needed something small to eat before bed! The cookies and chocolates as well as bottled water upon check in was a nice touch too!

This was a good stay. Our only complaint is that an EV charging station is listed on the website. There is NOT one, this was the main reason we booked this hotel. The staff was lovely.

The hotel has everything you need and more - pool, hot tub, fridge and microwave in room, coffee always available, clean rooms, comfortable bed. I would stay here again.

I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff greeted us with a smile and the rooms were ready to go when we got there. The door hot tub is an oasis and can be sat in on the coldest of days. We appreciated the call when we forgot something in the room.

The bathroom walls and ceiling were peeling, the floor boards were coming up, and the wifi was horrible even though we ere in the closest room to the lobby. I cou,d not get any work done with the horrible connection. And all for over $300 a night.

I had the room right above the front Entrance and every time when it open and close, that make big sounds and I didn’t have good sleep all night. Nothing changed even after I complained.

At check in was asked for $25 deposit to be returned the next day. This was done at checkout instead. Was asked if housekeeping was needed and my answer was yes. Room cards did not work the following day and no housekeeping. Had to wait 15 minutes to have cards reprogrammed. Fresh towels were delivered to the room later. Not the best service I have had the past. Would not recommend.

Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful as we had arrived in the early morning. They offered different options to do around town during the day. Providing bottles of water and a package of cookies was an added bonus that was appreciated. Decent free breakfast got our morning off to a good start.

I was down in Cochrane visiting family and have stayed at this hotel several times now and the experience has been consistently excellent. The front desk staff are all friendly and efficient at check in and out. The breakfast is quite good offering something for everyone from eggs , bacon, sausage. Several choices of cereal, pancakes, fruits , yogurts and a great selection of breads and bagels. My room was roomy clean and had a fridge and microwave which is always handy. Locatis great offering several restaurants and a Tim Hortons close by.

This was our 5th stay at this hotel, the location is excellent for access to the mountains rather than staying in the expensive resort towns, the breakfast is excellent and service and staff are there to make you feel comfortable.

The property itself was fine, as was the friendly staff. My issue is that when I booked a pet friendly room with expedia, it is misleading. Expedia shows the room that I am booking as a Kingsize bed. When I got to the hotel, the room had changed to a 2 double beds room, for the same price. I do not know if this is a hotel problem or an expedia problem, but we have encountered it several times when booking a room. Very frustrating. As for the Days Inn though, it was a good stay,clean room, in an excellent location. There is a beautiful pond area behind the hotel, and a dog park just down the street. Several restaurants are within walking distance, and gas stations conveniently located as well. Quick and easy to get onto Hwy 1 west from there.

Good place to stay. Friendly staff, clean room lots of parking, and nice breakfast. We got a room on the first floor facing a beautiful park, however, lots of people were waling by so you might want to keep the curtains closed. A little bit far from Calgary but ideal if you are planning to visit Banff. Also, they have nice dinner options in Cochrane.

Stayed one night. Super comfortable. The hot breakfast was very good. The price was a third of the cost of Canmore and yet not far from the mountains. A great place to stay on your way to Edmonton or elsewhere on the Prairies from British Columbia.

We stayed as a family and had a really great experience. The place was super clean, and the staff were all friendly and helpful, which made us feel right at home. The service was great, and the breakfast was a nice bonus—lots of tasty options that worked well for both the kids and adults. It was a comfy, relaxed stay and we’d definitely come back if we’re in the area again. Totally recommend it for families!

There is just insufficient space to write the review I would like as the two nights we stayed were just great. The grandkids enjoyed themselves as well as the daughter and son in-law. The free breakfast was the best I’ve had in all my years of travel.

Bathroom had broken tiles, rust on the light fixture, obvious patch on the side of the tub. Could not configure the air conditioner unit to properly cool the room. The hot foods at the breakfast were cold, waffle maker was out of order, egg pucks were gross and the apple juice was severely diluted.
