It is pet friendly, easy to just drive up to room and not bother anyone by walking through hotel with the dogs. Close to the highway. We stay here quite often.

Motelnwas in pretty good shape for an old building. Lots of hot water and great shower water pressure. The breakfast was continental with the basic cold options and toast, bagels and hard boiled eggs. All very good. The pool was not open till 10 am so not usable for guests traveling through. This hotel is not a vacation spot to stay for days except for the pool. Imagine telling a child they cant use the pool in the morning before they have to sit in the car all day in a car seat. The reason given was to clean the pool area. They should be doing this cleaning at lunch time, after check out and before check in. This is not acceptable and i wouldn't stay there again because of the pool closure.

The hotel is old and dated. We stayed here on our way east and back. The blow dryer didn’t work in this room, both rooms actually. The amenities: the pool wasn’t open the first night the 2nd it was and our girls enjoyed it. The restaurant is permanently closed is an inconvenience when we arrived at 9pm. Would we stay again probably not.

Possiblement cet hotel a déjà vécu des jours plus glorieux. Pas d'ascenceur, déjeuner inclut sans oeuf, bacon ou autre menu chaud, tel qu'offert dans les Wyndam que nous avons visité par le passé. Belle piscine intérieure mais spa jet non fonctionnel. Besoin d'être rafraîchi ... mais bien pour une nuit de passage, sans plus.

Been here in past was excellent. Booked only a few days before we came because of the big pool and hot tub. Very disappointing that the hot tub was not in service. Should be aware of this when booking otherwise I would have went somewhere else. We know it’s a bit more pricy here but didn’t mind because it clean/ has huge pool and hot tub. Very disappointing that we paid so much for no hot tub. Would have went somewhere alittle more affordable for us even if it had no hot tub. This was our last stop on way home from vacation was looking forward to soaking in the hot tub. Instead we’re in our rooms watching a movie

Great spot to stop with my son on the way home from Montreal. He loved the pool and hot tub. We had a nice breakfast, the lady hosting and preparing the eggs was phenomenal and offered to prepare eggs for someone even though breakfast was done in a meer minutes. I would stay here again. It was a great spot. Beds were more comfortable than some other spots weve stayed on this trip

Did not like the smell in the hallways and in the room. The entire facility is in need of updating. It is looking pretty tired. Our room and washroom were clean. However, we had no hot water for showers at around 7:30-8:00 am. There was hot water later but we were packed and ready to leave.

The rooms smelled horrible and the door that faced the parking lot (and main road) didn’t have a working lock. Can’t stress how bad this place smelled. Cigarettes galore!

Dirty room, hair in beds, bugs on walls The facility looks old from the front office but seemed ok. Upon receiving room key we were told to drive around back. Around back looked like we were sleeping in a garage below an old detached building. There was a couch tossed in a bush next to the building, AC was set at 60degrees to cover up odor and slows bug movement ! I was shocked a facility of any level thought this was ok. I pulled back the sheets to find human hair in both beds, there was sticky stains on the wall between the beds, and a stain on the bed sheets closest to the door ! As I turned to shut off the light and load my kids up bugs started crawling up the east wall….. yup we were outta there asap ! Very very disgusted with this location. Night manager offered a suite, of which I declined after seeing what they thought was acceptable in the first room. Do not stay here especially at the price….. 50.00 per night flop house or half hour rentals kinda room.

Staff were really nice and super accommodating. We check in into the first room and try to adjust the temperature and the heat didn’t seems to work. We didn’t think much about it until it was -18 outside and we were freezing in the room. I went to the reception and the young man offer us a space heater or to switch us room. Which was impossible since we had children sleeping already. We took the space heater which work some what ok but it wasn’t the best. The next morning we ask to be switch room. Which they were super nice to upgrade us for free. We then check into the next room. Which the heat was separate from the base board of the other room. It was warm and super nice. During the night the heat of that room stop working again which it was -21 that morning and we woke up because of how it was cold. The hotel definitely need to figure out their heating issues since at this point it would have been hotter to sleep in my vehicle. The pool was nice and heated which was a plus. Breakfast was ok it’s definitely does not include big breakfast like other hotels but for the price it was reasonable.

This is the second time I stayed on this property, and while the staff and cleanliness is excellent, it is very dated, has no central air and the walls are paper thin, I could hear conversations from the next room, and someone had two exceptionally loud barking dogs

Travelodge needs updating. Old carpet, old tub surround with bad chalking. No microwave, no coffee machine in room for early morning convenience. No convenient plug outlets for phone charging. Window air conditioner was very noisy.

Fine for a night and get what you paid for. Would stay again for a short stay or stop over. Clean, quiet, older basic hotel. Cons: the "pillows" are more like small cushions, and that was my only real big complaint for comfort. The very basic breakfast was lacking most anything, but good for a snack.

It’s old need up grading cobwebs in our room. Dusty. But we it was ok. The breakfast was below average. The staff was great. The pillows are too small and the bath towels small and not great quality. It’s just an average hotel.

Extremely overpriced for the amenities. Room very outdated and was closed up and smelly, no more regular sized pillows available so small ones on the beds only. No room refrigerator available. During the night there was lots of noises, banging and such happening; when we left there was a smashed ceiling light in the stair well leading to the parking lot.

Rooms lack any form sound dampening. I could hear every sound on room above and same for neighbours. Bed wasn’t very comfortable at all to the point I tossed for the total of 5 hours staying here. Being close to hwy is a disadvantage here as the truckers come down the hill and engaging the engine brakes makes the whole room echo with the noise. Impossible not to be disturbed staying here and this is my second stay confirming the last one ever for 200 a night.

Poor service at the front desk. Only one of the two people were dealing with a customer while the other shuffled papers, literally from one spot to another for 5 minutes. Was moved three times until we were given a decent room. (Broken bathroom light, housekeeping didn’t clean room). After driving for over 14 hrs, it’s really hard to have to have to deal with these issues one after another. It’s a tired place. Everything needs to be upgraded. Old dirty carpets, eating area, foyer, rooms…

Booked pretty last minute. Rate was very good. Pet friendly. The check in was fast, the front desk attendant was very courteous, informative, friendly and accommodating. So many amenities here but unfortunately we were so tired we didn’t get to enjoy them this stay. Most definitely will stay here again. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and also loved that there is fridge and microwave in room. Oh yes, and that we could park right outside our room. Nothing fancy just practical and sensible, Thank you!

Stopped for a night in the middle of a 15 hr drive. Room was perfect for what I needed it for. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was basic but definitely suitable for a quick bite before getting back on the road. Parking lot was safe and well lit as I was a female traveling on my own.

Property ideally located off the highway. The night of our stay, their restaurant was closed, meaning we needed to drive into the centre of town (which was why we picked this location to avoid the need to) very few options were open to eat at. We would have been better stopping at a highway rest-stop to eat before.

Fine for a night and get what you paid for. Would stay again for a short stay or stop over. Clean, quiet, older basic hotel. Cons: the "pillows" are more like small cushions, and that was my only real big complaint for comfort. The very basic breakfast was lacking most anything, but good for a snack.

Stopped for a night in the middle of a 15 hr drive. Room was perfect for what I needed it for. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was basic but definitely suitable for a quick bite before getting back on the road. Parking lot was safe and well lit as I was a female traveling on my own.

Not what we expected. Don't be fooled by the front entrance picture. This place is dated. The breakfast is not good. Cannot believe thus place is offered on Hotels.com. Hotels.com shame on you. Hotels.com should send people out to monitor their offerings.
