Best hotel in Edson by far. Staff are very friendly both in the restaurant, hotel and bar. Breakfast was very good. Pool was fun for the kids!!

The room was sparkly clean. Beds were very comfortable, and the room facilities are very good as well. There is a mini fridge, microwave and a spacious counter to prepare meals. There is plenty of coffee in the rooms as well. Breakfast is served and they have 3 options to choose from, with one option either coffee or juice, we wanted juice so paid for it, not much though. It is not buffet. But the restaurant area is very nice and clean. Because we were delayed in our arrival the reception desk called us to make sure we were going to make it, so we thought it was a good gesture. There is plenty of parking. They have a nice size of a pool and a hot tub as well. We didn't get a chance to use it, but it is very clean as well. They also have coffee at the reception area.

Clean room, Comfortable bed. Pillows needs an update. Bathroom was excellent. Toilet is a bit close to the wall, but good !! Pool WAS AMAZING !!! We had a blast (2 Adults and 3 Kids) ... great depth.. warm water but not cold. Waterslide was amazing.. SO TALL. Loved the fact it was on a timer. Being the only family there this weekend, made the pool time much more enjoyable. Felt safe, Parked my truck - no issues, but also helped that RCMP, Firefighters we sleeping there as well :)

Situated well and easy to locate. Dining on site or fast food nearby, drug store and grocery across the side street. Nice esthetics, pool and hot tub looked inviting, and staff were friendly and efficient. Hot restaurant breakfast included with the room.

We’re always a bit anxious when we book somewhere to stay. They look great online, but are often not so great when you get there. This Best Western was really nice. It was clean and everything was well maintained.

We had a lovely stay. My only complaint was that I couldn’t close the window blinds completely for more privacy. It only had a sheer curtain that closed all the way. The other two darker curtains were only decorative.

The only thing that was not great - we stayed on the first floor (120), and there is tile right outside our door. In the am you could hear people walking on it - a few people had heels and that is what woke us, otherwise would have been 5 stars. Shoutout to Hungry Harry' Pizza - huge menu and quick delivery, after 10pm not much is open! Might be the best cheese pizza I have ever seen, great chicken shawarma and lazagna too!

Elsie on the front desk was super __ we had driven from Jasper in a blizzard so we're so pleased to arrive safe & sound . This hotel needs to be upgraded to Best Western PLUS & their hotel in mt Vale taken off their " chain "

Ein einfaches gutes Hotel, welches wir für eine Übernachtung auf der Durchreise gebucht haben. Die Mitarbeiterin beim Check-In war freundlich und bemüht uns das Zimmer früher zur Verfügung zu stellen. Wir bekamen ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss, welches sehr groß und sauber war. Das Zimmer war etwas hellhörig, sodass man die anderen Gäste Nachts und früh Morgens sehr gehört hat. Überwiegend wird dieses Hotel augenscheinlich von Fernfahrern genutzt. Für eine Nacht war die Geräuschkulisse jedoch erträglich. Das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen lies dies jedoch schnell vergessen. Man hatte eine Wahl zwischen mehreren Gerichten. Das Essen war sehr schnell fertig und die Portionsgröße sehr groß. Das Restaurant ist wirklich zum empfehlen.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is nice to have a pub on the property. It is very quaint and inviting. The only negative was the breakfast. While it is an extra to have breakfast included, we found the eggs were very greasy and the scrambled eggs were dry and overcooked instead of fluffy and scrambled. However, the service at the restaurant is exceptional.
