no elevator. ongoing TV problems, door keys did not work even after asking for 3 new ones.

My stay would have been better if the facilities were in working order. The guest laundry was out of order for about a week.

The main stairway carpet is very worn and dirty...replace is the best option!!

Great Accomodations for the price! We wish they had an elevator though- ask for a main floor room if you have mobility issues.

The hotel was clean and good.The problem was no elevator to the floor above, so if you are a senior like us, you are in serious trouble taking your luggage upstairs as we were on the second floor. Also,we checked out and then went for breakfast.After breakfast, my wife asked the clerk where the washroom was and she said there was none downstairs so she had to ask the clerk to give the key for our room so she can use the washroom.

No elevator to 2nd floor. Breakfast is ok.

Parking was great. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast had great options!

It was nice to have 24 hour access to coffee, water and juice. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was disappointed that the fridge had no freezer and their on- site laundry wasn't available.

Bathroom had mold on ceiling. This is the only hotel in Fort Erie and it's maintained that way from the looks of it.

Well worn hotel. Strange to see an indoor hotel without an elevator. There were blood trails on the bedding and pillows that looked like there might have been bedbugs although I couldn’t see any current activity. A bit of mold on the bathroom ceiling. I had to go back to check-in desk as neither room key worked. The clerk thought I didn’t know how to use a key card. Otherwise a standard low budget hotel with mostly workers as guests. Small crowded breakfast area not worth waiting for.

Friendly staff, good selection at breakfast, clean comfortable room

The room did not smell good at all and it was very damp you could feel it on your feet on the carpet also house keeping needs to clean better my 2 year ild kept finding things on the floor under the bed base covers bath tube did not look very clean and could not tell anyone at reception because she was out side smokeing when it was close to check out

This is the worst hotel ive ever seen! The first room they gave us was dirty and the wall paper was falling off the walls, i complained and they gave me a different room that was even worse! The bed had a huge purple stain on it that was right through down to the mattress, it looked like someone got sick all over the bed! The room was dirty and smelt like beer! Stay away from this place unless you want bed bugs!

Arrived well after dark. Road to motel gave the vibe I was entering a horror movie . (Not an issue Comfort Inn could control) upon arrival the only light in the parking lot was that from the street light on the road near the parking lot. Mentioned it to desk the desk clerk. She didn’t seem to concerned. The carpet to the second floor was filthy. Many spots and traffic pattern. No one there seemed to be concerned about anything. The motel was nothing like the commercials. Soap dispenser was empty. No Kleenex. Door hinge didn’t close. Had too pull it shut. I will never stay at a Comfort Inn again. I’d post pictures but I don’t see anywhere to post.

There was haïr in thé sheets and crumbs on the floor

The rooms were spacious and clean. The best part of this stay was the breakfast! So many options and tasted so good. The staff was very friendly too. I travelled with family and we all have young kids and the staff were amazing with them.

The hotel is a bit tricky to get to but offers good value for money. The lobby is attractive, and our room was large though somewhat short on lighting. The breakfast offered more options than typical at a budget property.

Room was okay but AC was noisy, pillows uncomfortable, layout wasn't great, ie: only one bed could see the TV. Best of the limited options in town unfortunately

Everyone was great. Only thing I would say was the room was very dark evei with lamps on. I would suggest a ceiling light. We will stay there agay

Location is great if intent is to cross the border. Not too busy when we came, however staff decided to have a whole bachelor party stay in the room right next to us when we’re sure other rooms were available as the hotel was completely empty. Understand they’re enjoying but staff could have been a little more considerate of others if they knew what the occasion was as the party checked in a whole day after we did. Secondly, staff knew our room was occupied yet housekeeping still came inside WHILE we were sleeping and did not even say “Housekeeping” nor did not inform us they were coming in. Terrible. Called from desk to inform them and no apology whatsoever from housekeeping or front desk.

We travel with our well trained dogs. Paid $180 extra for them to stay with us. One is a certified service dog. At no time were they left alone in the hotel. In the Niagra area, you can take your dogs everywhere with you. After the first day, we arrived back to our room and the bed wasn't even made. When I asked what had happened, I was told the staff reported there were dogs in the room. I corrected that error and was assured the note would be taken off our record. Second day, returned to same problem, now tod there were VICIOUS dogs in the room. At no time were any dogs left in the room with either my husband and myself. They even went to dinner with us. Worst service while traveling with my dogs ever!

Tricia was absolutely amazing. She helped accommodate my mother with a ground floor room, and her friendly face was a pleasure to see. However, the breakfast was not very good.

The woman at the front desk had horrific customer service skills and attitude from the moment we entered the door. They refused to fix the issue and blamed us rather than trying to make the situation right. The .manager that showed up was worse than the desk clerk and refused to listen.

The location was a bit isolated, but hotel was clean and comfortable. Front desk employee was loud and off-putting. She insisted I had made two bookings, and slammed down the proof of reservation receipts. She kept making a very big deal about it, and seemed to enjoy the drama. There was no evidence of a second booking when I contacted my bank as well as the booking third party. The employee insisted I needed to have Expedia call her to cancel the booking, but that it wouldnt be charged either way. It seemed like it was a system error or a duplicate booking, and I didn't understand why it was such a big deal, and why she couldn't just cancel the second booking on her end. The whole thing felt awkward and unnecessary. She also made a very inappropriate joke to my husband about not breaking the bed, or we would be charged for damages. It was a strange and frankly stressful welcome to the property, and we wanted to avoid her for the rest of our stay, which made things uncomfortable and prevented us from seeking help or suggestions about the area. She came off as very unprofessional.

Super friendly! Very aware of our reservation and ability to accommodate a couple special requests. Desk staff very knowledgeable of local amenities and able to give excellent directions

Amazing staff. Allowed early check in and parking for 2 vehicles. Room was freshly cleaned. The air conditioning worked amazing and kept our room comfortable all night. We took advantage of the free breakfast. They were very kind and understanding that we were going to a bills game and therefore allowed for early check in on the spot. Would definitely stay here again. Perfect route to the border and everything!

The lady at the front desk was totally amazing. She was very helpful and gave us great tips on what to do in the area. Would definitely visit again and hope to see her there again.

After we found the motel (down a road that looked like it was going nowhere) the prize was a delightful place to stay. Check in was quick and friendly. 24 hour hot drinks and water was great and breakfast was good. Shopping and restaurants were close and easy to get to. I would definitely recommend this motel if you are staying in Fort Erie. .

Our stay at the Comfort Inn was great. The only complaint I have is the parking lot and road leading to the hotel is full of potholes. The staff and room were great.

This was the perfect hotel for our needs. Very close to the border (we were going to a concert at Outer Harbour - Terminal B). The room was a bit dated, but clean. Breakfast was available and looked decent. I really appreciated the late night staff member who was able to check us in at 12:45am. The entrance to the hotel was yes a bit unorthodox, but nothing Google Maps couldn’t handle. Would stay here again!

It is a little far from the city center but it is very good.

Easy to find location off the QEW. Have stayed there twice now. Very clean rooms, decent breakfast and friendly staff. For the price you can’t beat it

The staff at this location have been very friendly and helpful both times I\'ve stayed here. It\'s very nice to be greeted cheerfully upon arrival. The free breakfast is a nice offering and the location is super convenient if you\'re headed to Buffalo. The rooms are a good size, nicely maintained and very clean. No smells in the hallway. Fairly quiet. The mini fridge and microwave are very useful. The low star scores are based on first impressions. I think a lot could be done to make the arrival experience more positive. The first time I arrived, I thought "I"ve made a mistake, there\'s no way I\'m comfortable staying here!" until I entered the building, met the staff and saw my room. The hotel is located off of a small dark (at night, not well-lit) street with many potholes. Then you turn onto what feels like a dark alleyway with a \'trucks turn around here\' sign, minimal lighting, pavement that\'s in bad shape and off to the side is the back of the Comfort Inn building, so you see the dumpster and the HVAC system and no clear front door. It\'s not very welcoming. You have to drive around the building until you get to the front. The view from the front is highway - which is fine, that\'s probably why you\'re staying here - the location is great! Anyways, if you don\'t get put off by the lacklustre first impression of your approach to the hotel, I think you\'ll really enjoy your stay. I did, that\'s why I went back a second time and I won\'t hesitate to stay there again!

Just a bit far from the falls

One of my best stays in the whole Niagara region. The location is fantastic. Super close to the Peace bridge but still very quiet. Staff are fantastic. The rooms are comfortable and clean. And the area is great because not too many people ventures south of Niagara Falls so it's still very civilized.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The best part of this stay was the breakfast! So many options and tasted so good. The staff was very friendly too. I travelled with family and we all have young kids and the staff were amazing with them.

Average. Room didn't have adequate lighting. After getting the blinds down, light wasn't enough. The room needed more lamps. Also, the breakfast area was too small to accommodate the guests.

Needs to be a larger area for continential breakfast, very crammed. Hotel customer service was great and so was our experience, priced well and free parking and continential breakfast was very nice. Continential breakfast has one of the best selections we have seen

The breakfast area did not have enough room to accommodate more then 14 people. It was extremely hot in there. We did not get to eat breakfast the first morning, however we did have a chance to eat the second morning. Still very hot and not much room to sit. They where painting the outside of the building, it looked nice

Quiet, clean and friendly staff. Nice breakfast selection and coffee always available. Didn’t like ground floor with no closing curtains on windows, just white sheers.

The breakfast is not great, no warm food whatsoever, you can only make your own waffles and everything else is from the fridge you can microwave. The seating is very limited. The bed sheets felt itchy maybe the detergent they use. The training room is very useful, wish a bit more space for it and more machines, but overall better than nothing . The rooms are quite so it was nice .

The breakfast bar was great and the waffle maker and breakfast sandwiches was unique.
