Best Western El Cid

Upon check-in, I had paid for a spacious room with a bar. To my surprise, the front desk informed me that all available rooms had been booked. They offered me the most undesirable option, a room devoid of windows, devoid of a view, and confined to four walls, and it was remarkably small with full of Roaches. I paid for a comfortable room, not for a subpar one. Furthermore, the front staff asked to upgrade my room for a larger one and that to pay the difference. The service provided was horrible, and I was thoroughly dissatisfied with this hotel. Disgusting

Really helpful and friendly staff and easy secure parking. Pool is ok. Rooms are very charming and well used. Great air conditioning. Would definitely stay here again.

Building is old, beds are noisy, TV didn’t work properly, we had to call maintenance three times to fix it. Also swimming pool is always freezing, imposible to use it.

Solo que nunca pudimos ver TV porque estaba desprogramada la TV pero todo lo demas excellent volveré a venir lo recomiendo mucho

Habitaciones súper limpias y muy atento el personal ! Sugerencia el restaurante debería abrir más temprano!
