NO VUELVO JAMÁS. El servicio fue muy malo, el personal prepotente. La habitación se supone era vista a la ciudad y me la dieron con vista a ningún lado, y su respuesta fue que ni modo de regresarme el dinero porque era con expedía que si quería lo tomara que porque era la última habitación que tenía, era la única habitación que tenía llave normal en vez de electrónica, la TV no funcionaba tuvieron que ir a arreglarlo y ellos mismos batallaron, la llave del baño se salió cuando abrimos la regadera. Al hacer check out pregunté qué se podía hacer porque no nos dieron la habitación que se supone que nos tocaba y nos respondieron que no tenían idea de por qué en la app aparecía vista a la ciudad si ellos no garantizaban eso.

The staff there are great, very personable and accommodating. The facility does look like it has had some remodeling since the last time we were there. Unfortunately, we received a few mixed messages. We came in on the day before & we were told that there was availability & if we booked a room, we would be able to receive early check in. However, after booking, we arrived and were told that we could not have early check in after all. That's fine, we went around town & came back after the 3pm check in time. After checking in, we dropped off our luggage and went to grab some food. When we returned to the room, unfortunately we discovered that the room that we were given had roaches, multiple roaches. Within 20 minutes of being in the room, we killed several roaches on the floor, roaches climbing down the wall, and even baby roaches in the kitchenette area. My husband took the dead roaches down to the front desk to make sure that the staff could see & they seemed surprised. They moved us to a different room & expressed thoughts that maybe we had roaches in the initial room because our room had a balcony area that was near trees. The second room that they put is in was a little bigger, but facing the street so the ambiance wasn't the same. Thankfully we did not see more roaches but the bed wasn't comfortable & the water in the shower didn't get very hot. Overall, great staff but the accommodations left much to be desired, specifically after having to deal with multiple roaches.
