Ya me habia hospedado y esta era la 4ta vez que iba y no me gusto para nada cambiaron muchas cosas , la comida la repetian bastante estuve 5 dias y solo 1 hubi mariscos , antes daban hotcakes o oan frances en el almuerzo ahora no , solo hubo 1 dia musica , el domingo no abrieron la barra de la alberca y tenias que ir hasta el restaurant , ni un solo dia prendieron la fuente , no es malo pero en general quitaron muchas codas que me hacian hospedarme ahi

I’ve stayed at this location over 10 times in the past 15 years. I love to visit! The staff is super friendly and very attentive. It has the best pool in all of Ixtapa. It’s small but very clean and has everything you need for a nice relaxing vacation. Looking forward to returning next year!

The group of friends that I travel with have been going here for the the last 35 yrs. There have been many wonderful new friends made here. The Resort has remodeled and added new amenities to their services. The only negative I have is: The entrance to the lobby is up several steep steps and there are no hand rails--the facility is NOT handicapped friendly.

El telefono del cuarto no funciono, y solo me dieron una llave de la Habitacion , el interent no funciona que porque estaba saturado, poca presion en la regadera, no repusieron las dos botellas de agua en la segunda noche, hay solo un elevador y mucha gente, 17 escalones para llegar al Lobby, el desayuno Buffete con pocos platillos

Ingreso rápido. Personal atento. Alimentos bien. Habitación limpia y albercas, en general limpio. Solo en baños comunes cercanos a la alberca son pocos para todos, por eso están sucios. El gimnasio necesita mantenimiento. La playa bien y los camastros. En general recomiendo al hotel.

The stay was overall pretty good. The pool has a very nice view to the beach. Food is decent considering it a buffet style restaurant. Bar service is good. Bar hours could be extended in my opinion. Pool bar closes at 5:30 and restaurant bar closes at 10:30. If you are looking for a very relaxed stay, this is it. Not much action going on like at other all inclusive hotels. The beds could be better. Only 3 pillows for a king sized bed (could’ve use the fourth one to have doubles). The shower was clogged, I assume there is too much sand we all wash off, it took time to drain between each shower. Service was excellent! Everyone we encountered was very helpful and attentive. The beach area was also very well kept. You get what you pay for.

Esta todo muy sucio, los colchones y las cortinas tiene hongos, saturan las habitaciones y eso provoca que todo esté exageradamente lleno, albercas, restaurante, las medidas contra el COVID son nulas, pero lo más lamentable es la higiene de las habitaciones.

The first two nights I couldn't sleep because of musty smell and the Room was spoiled. Besides, for an all inclusive resorts the Food is very basic. Also the Swimming pool had slime, not very clean. The wifi signal is poor.

Great location and the best pool. However, they treat you like grade school children. They pretty much expect you to be in your room by 10pm. They lack entertainment. The food was bland and the the security personnel is arrogant all they do is watch you and scold you for any bad movement. Example: they wouldn’t let us use the outside power outlets to connect our portable speaker.

The hotel was nice clean had plenty of options to do. Pool for the kids large ifinity pool with bar. Very nice restaurant on site with buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner. Close to the center of town and beach front 1st floor room was great and quick access to everything.

Very clean and the people there are very friendly and nice! I don’t really care for the fountain running all the time, but that is personal opinion! It looks nice, but noisy and sometimes makes the walkway slippery.

Ya me habia hospedado y esta era la 4ta vez que iba y no me gusto para nada cambiaron muchas cosas , la comida la repetian bastante estuve 5 dias y solo 1 hubi mariscos , antes daban hotcakes o oan frances en el almuerzo ahora no , solo hubo 1 dia musica , el domingo no abrieron la barra de la alberca y tenias que ir hasta el restaurant , ni un solo dia prendieron la fuente , no es malo pero en general quitaron muchas codas que me hacian hospedarme ahi

La atención por parte del personal es excelente, siempre atentos, amables y respetuosos. Logras sentirte en un ambiente de confianza y las instalaciones están siempre limpias y seguras. La seguridad siempre está pendiente de los usuarios y atiende de forma inmediata las emergencias. La comida es muy rica y hay variedad de alimentos. Definitivamente su personal es parte de la buena experiencia del hotel. La alberca del hotel es increíble.

Muy buen hotel. Las instalaciones están limpias y confortables, el servicio es bueno, el personal es atento y amable. La alberca está muy padre. El servicio de barra libre es de calidad. En el desayuno buffett les hace falta más variedad.

La habitación es muy limpia aunque en el baño se regresa mucho el olor del drenaje del extractor y al área de la alberca le falta camastros con sombra por que hay gente que se duerme ahí con tal de apartarlo durante la mañana

We were at the Posada for 2 weeks. All inclusive. The food for a buffet was the best I think in the 20 years that we have been at Ixtapa. We have stayed at several other hotels, but we prefer the Posada. It feels more family then the others. A lot of the staff have been there for years and remembered us. We like that the hotel is small and we don't spend time waiting for the elevator. The staff are all friendly and the hotel is very clean. Highly recommend. There are two pools and since the hotel is small it is not crowded. At many of the hotels the beach chairs are practically touching each other. I really think you would like this place.
