Uno de los elevadores se descompuso y aunque la atención del personal fue excelente, fueron momentos difíciles.

Overall, this is a very average hotel, you get what you pay for. The rooms are nice, however the beds are not the most comfortable. Water pressure and temperature are great in the showers! The pool is nothing extravagant, but it’s nice to relax and have for when you want a quick dip. Beach access is super easy and there is always someone on duty watching the ocean in case something happens. The staff are extremely friendly and will always offer a helping hand when needed. Although a small detail, the elevator is a bit rickety and they are tiny with no air circulation, not a good combo with sticky, salty skin and humidity. Overall, again you really get what you pay for.

The 2 elevators were slow with minimum capacity of 2 people. We upgraded room to a king suite with jacuzzi on the balcony, the jets on the jacuzzi did not work and the mattress was brick hard. The view was outstanding, the staff was very friendly and there is a lot of shops and dining options close by. I like this part of Mazatlán but I would choose a different hotel if I could do this trip over . My 6th trip to Mazatlan, I would

Location was great! Easy to catch a ride to different areas of the city. Two pools but ony one was open. Beach access and area was great!

A favor tiene que esta en buena zona turística, cuenta con cocinita, tiene una playa muy amplia y tranquila lo mejor del lugar, en contra que solo tiene un elevador, una alberca generalmente esta cerrada y el horario de estas es muy temprano.

Great location, beach front, walkable to shops and restaurants. Staff are friendly and helpful. Wifi was on and off at the beginning of our stay. Beachfront can get noisy when the bands start in the afternoon and the hotel gets very busy when cruise ships come in. Older hotel but very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed our stay!

Clean and friendly staff.

I’ve been here before. Staff is always nice. Rooms are clean. Beach is great. Lots of restaurants and bars close by. The lady cleaning my room was so nice. Definitely would go back.

We have insects and cockroaches in our room. Also, the AC was not working. They moved us from two different rooms. I wasted more time moving around then having a pleasant small get away. I also got over charge by one of the waiters and had to talk to the supervisor to get my right check

Los meseros excelentes. El personal, muy amable. La comida riquísima y a un precio adecuado. Sin embargo, para el costo, deja mucho a deber. La nostalgia de ser el hotel al cual llegaba de niño fue lo que me hizo reservar. Dos veces tuve que hablar para que me apoyarán con el agua caliente. La primera vez, la señorita (muy amable, eso sí) me dijo que debía marcar a la hora que decidía bañarme si mi agua no salía caliente. Yo creo que el agua debe salir caliente sin necesidad de estar solicitando que salga a la hora de bañarme. El retrete tenía una fuga en la parte de abajo. Cómo se imaginarán, despedía agua y olores a excremento. Utilice una toalla para limpiar (en mis vacaciones). Tuvieron que despegar la tasa y volver a pegarla. El jefe de mantenimiento fue muy amable y resolvió el problema al día siguiente. Ya era la tercera vez que tenía un inconveniente en una estancia de tres días. El año pasado me quedé en el Mazatlan Inn por un precio similar. Creo que tuve mejor experiencia allá. Espero mi comentario ayude a mejorar esos aspectos. Me quedo con la nostalgia y mis buenos recuerdos que tengo de niño, cuando siempre me hospedaba con ustedes. Calificación personal 6 de 10.

We had no hot water and very low water pressure. Came back one afternoon and are room smelled like an outhouse on a hot summer day. We had to move to another resort and have all of our clothes washed to get the smell out.

Facility was dirty filled with cockroaches! Toilet in our room was not working and there was no hot water!

I had two separate maintenence issues. Both times, when I called the desk they had someone there immediately and the problems were resolved. Property is older but kept up. Best location in golden zone, close to many restaurants as well as they have one in the hotel.

A lot of money for an old hotel with no water pressure and old beds with uncomfortable mattresses. Waited 5 minutes each day for water to turn warm but just a very light flow from shower. Pool location parking and towel service fantastic. Great water temperature and large jacuzzi. Easy beach access. Ordered upon arrival but service so slow did not use restaurant again. Cleaning service fantastic. Kitchen appliances and utensils ample.

Couple of different days we tried reaching front desk for assistance however the person did not understand English therefore had to wait until next day. We were first put into a room with 1 big step down to enter, then 2 other steps to get into a bathroom. Definitely not suitable for 2 seniors. I feel that we should have been told about this very unusual floor plan because there were other rooms available w/o this dangerous floor plan. I feel the hotel should have supplied a coffee pot with afew filters & even some plastic glasses to drink from. We ended up moving into a room with a kitchenette so we’d have room to move about as the original room you could barely move around in. The kitchenette one cost us 3000 p extra but at least we had lots of room. I would give a very positive review, both rooms we were given had ocean view, which was awesome. The restaurant had very good service & good food.

The first room they showed us, we rejected. It was very old , broken furniture. The next one had been updated with the same layout, but had to pay extra to stay in it. Also the beds were very hard. Other than that they kept it very clean everyday and was ok

We were trying to relax and watch Netflix and it didn’t work. The Wi-Fi also we try to connect the 2 devices to the wood and never worked which it was frustrating for my girls.

Had booked 13 nights through Expedia. Arrived at the front desk and they claimed they had no record of my reservation. We knew something was up when even when presented with the printed confirmation they had no record of the booking. Of course they had the room available and after a long wait we were led up to our room by a porter who insisted on carrying our suitcases on his ginormous handcart. These were bags that were easily rolled. We took up the whole elevator. Room was ragged with really shoddily built shower, low water pressure, inconsistent temperature, a none private balcony, band aid on the floor, ultra tiny beds (full-size not double), worst mattress and pillows we’ve ever encountered, no wash cloths, questionable locks on the main door and balcony, etc. To top it off there’s no safe in the room. Reviews made it obvious room theft was a issue here. Place was so sketchy we found a rental house and checked out the next morning. When leaving the room with our suitcases the maid who was obviously waiting for us to leave for the day asked if we were checking out. We said yes and she quickly pulled out here phone and went into our room. The staff actually stalled the elevator hoping we’d miss checkout and be charged another day. Stay away from this place and Mazatlan. We were short changed and ripped off everywhere. This place is only suitable for a cruise port stop for us now.

The staff in the hotel were very friendly, helpful and went out of their way to help enjoy our stay. Give respect and you'll receive respect 10x more. We'll be back next year for sure

My friend forgot her watch! The staff returned the watch, when we came back to pick up our luggage.

Pool area and beach ok. Check in a nightmare. One night emergency staying, and they did not show any flexibility in one mistake i made while booking, that includes expedia agent.the hotel tried to change a lot of extra money fir the check in.

The only issues we had was our Expedia reservation was not available. We had to wait about 45 minutes for them to figure it out. And the beds are not comfortable. Otherwise the food was delicious

I really enjoyed the swimming pool. I did't have a good time checking in, lady who attended me gave a hard time!!

This is an older hotel that has had some upgrades It is right on the beach I’m the golden zone walking distance to all kinds of shopping and dining Rooms have kitchenette that’s nice . Can be noisy during day with Mariachi bands playing for people in the beach No fault of the hotel Yesterday we had 5 groups all playing at the same time within a short distance

We liked the location of the property. So many restaurants near by and lots to see and do. The only downfall is the Bandas playing on the beach. They are so loud and we really couldn't call it music that they were playing. They made sitting on the beach almost unbearable. It was so loud that there was no way you could have a nice relaxing afternoon on the beach. They should be restricted to playing away from the beach. Not sure where they should play but definately not there. Also when we asked for chairs to be brought down to the beach we were often told there weren't any but yet when people from the cruise ships came to the beach they found all kinds of chairs for them. We paid to stay at the resort but felt that we didn't matter.

Las Flores got an excellent location it's just like having a private beach, facilities are very nice and clean,fast and easy to check,in,and out very friendly staff, definitely i would recommend this hotel

Everything was walking distance and very convenient.

Amabilidad desde la recepción, seguridad en la reservación, el restaurante cuenta con vista al mar con buen servicio y amabilidad en el personal que atiende, playa exclusiva del hotel la habitación muy bien con vista al mar, cuenta con dos albercas, en si lo recomendamos mucho nuestra estancia fue placentera, esperamos volver pronto felicidades!

No me agradó nada su política de no dejar introducir alimentos y/o bebidas a la alberca o a la playa era forzoso consumir el menú del hotel, la recepción de la tele un poco mala

Overall, the hotel was quite good and located very conveniently. However, we tried food in the hotel restaurant ONCE but would never do it again - not very good. Also, there were always kids in adult pool. I excuse the customers because the pool water in the kids pool was frigid.

Property was awesome. Only had a few things that sucked. We lost most of our groceries first day cause fridge was missing freezer door so the whole fridge ended up freezing everything. The patio door didn’t lock we ask for it to be fixed but it didn’t solve the problem. The facility is really clean and not overly busy except when cruise ship shows up. A lot of regulars go down early and reserve chairs and hate when people are allowed to do that cause a lot sat vacant all day. The staff are awesome and the food at restaurant is really good.

Fue muy agradable la estancia, precios accesibles en el restaurante, buen servicio y sabor....una pregunta, pedí factura al al realizar mi check out y no pudieron generarla , me podría ayudar?

Over charged twice for food, make sure to ask for receipt otherwise you’ll never know. The larger pool was always dirty filled with plastic and cigarettes and on one occasion there was vomit. All the alcoholic beverages were either bitter or tasteless. Cleaning services was great I stayed in a suite and always came back to clean sheets,towels, and dishes. Over all not that great of a stay.

No coffee in rm, no exhaust fan in bathroom, only one dining area. Staff courteous & friendly
