Lugar muy bonito pero el estacionamiento esta a 2 cuadras por lo que es incomodo tener que esta saliendo hasta alla. esta como a 4 cuadras de la catedral

Todo muy bien, solo hay que poner cuidado en el horario de estacionamiento. Los domingos cierran a las 10 y debes sacar tu auto y vuelven a abrir hasta las 8 de la noche. Este fue el único inconveniente. Todo lo demás muy bien muchas gracias.

El hotel bien en general. Limpio, cómodo y buena ubicación. Pero… los horarios del estacionamiento malísimos!! El sábado cierran el estacionamiento a las 3pm (hora en la que hay que hacer el check in), por suerte nosotros llegamos antes y pudimos ingresar nuestro vehículo… pero el Domingo que dejamos el hotel fue una verdadera locura! El checkout es a la 1pm pero el estacionamiento lo cierran a las 10am y abren nuevamente hasta las 8pm. No fuimos informados de esto, así es que esto cambió todo nuestro plan. No queríamos manejar de noche, así es que al final nos cobraron $200 pesos por abrirnos el estacionamiento a las 5pm. 😞.

El hotel está bien ubicado , y es agradable pero el problema es que ofrecen estacionamiento condicionado , uno hace check in a las 3 y debe esperarse hasta las 8pm para que abran el estacionamiento de 8-10pm y lo abren de 9-10am para sacarlo , hay que tomar en cuenta que el hotel está en zona centro y por lo tanto no hay donde dejarlo y mucho menos cerca del hotel, es incomodo estar cargando con las cosas hasta donde se encuentra el carro , deberían buscar un estacionamiento más accesible en horario y las paredes son muy muy muy delgadas, se escuchaba hasta el estornudo del cuarto de a lado jeje

Good enough for price, if you ate not planning on spendi g much time in room other thain sleep, its pritty sparce, Cood location fo being close enough to town center Safe area. reception is helpfull and friendly. no AC in any room and parking is 4 blocka awey( we never used it.We parked down the block close enough.

Prometían estacionamiemto, pero no especificaban que estaba a tres cuadras del hotel y es muy incómodo estar acarreando el equipaje porque también es imposible estacionarse afuera del mismo. El hotel es viejo y las habitaciones huelen a humedad por falta de ventilación. No lo recomiendo.

En general bien, solo que el estacionamiento esta a unas cuadras y lo cierran a las 10pm, optamos por dejar el carro en la calle. Todas las actividades del centro quedan caminando.

Es adecuado para poder moverte en la zona centro, caminar, conocer museos y sitios históricos de la ciudad. Cabe mencionar, que el estacionamiento está a tres cuadras del hotel, en una pensión. El vehículo se queda resguardado y seguro, pero debes saber que a las 10 de la noche es la última hora para poder dejar el vehículo, lo que hace conveniente estar en el centro y caminar, pero si tú intención es desplazarte a otra zona de la ciudad, sería un problema. La atención del personal, es muy buena, educada y atenta. En General, te recomiendo este lugar para descansar y dormir, no son muchos lujos pero si mucha comodidad.

Me gusta la instalación y la ubicación. El que tengan lugar para guardar el vehículo. Ojalá fuera más cercano este estacionamiento.

Dirty room and bathroom.

The walls are a little bit thin but luckily it was quiet during my stay. My room and bathroom were clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is great just a few yards off the main Street in the city center.

Ceiling was falling apart, dirty sheets, it smelled bad, refrigerator has mold, the staff didn’t help me and They didn't want to cancel my reservation, or change to another room. I do not recommend that hotel and it is not worth the price they ask to stay

Transparent Review of the Property: Property Condition: This hotel is not the most well-maintained option in the City Center area of Morelia. It’s one of the more run-down properties available. The ceilings showed clear signs of water damage that had not been repaired, and several appliances were either dirty or had broken parts. The bathroom had visible mold, no toiletries were provided, and the showerhead was rusted with calcium and lime buildup. Additionally, we found small gnats throughout the room. Staff Experience: The staff was inconsistent in terms of friendliness. The morning front desk staff and room attendants were welcoming, and some of the waitstaff in the dining area were friendly as well. However, others seemed rushed and less approachable. Unfortunately, the evening front desk staff member was inattentive, unfriendly, and unhelpful. For example, on our third night, we requested an extra roll of toilet paper, only to be told that it wasn’t available, as "every room comes with one roll" and we’d have to wait until morning to ask the room attendants. However, in the morning, the staff clarified that this was incorrect, and we should have received the roll immediately. Location: The hotel’s location is a positive aspect. It’s less than a 10-minute walk to the cathedral, with plenty of nearby food and shopping options. The area always felt safe, and there was ample street parking, as the hotel is not directly in the City Center.

The hotel is well located (close to the Historical District). The staff was very friendly (note that they do not speak English). The hotel is run down, and in bad need of renovation. The pictures on the website are TOTALLY misleading. We went through 3 rooms in 6 days. First was dank and dark (not what I booked), second smelled of cigarette smoke, had no hot water and no fridge and was noisy (was street side, third room was nicer (spacious and quiet) but had a few cockroaches. The breakfast that is included is a continental breakfast which is adequate.

Bathroom was straight out of a scary movie. Extreme mold on ceiling, paint peeling all over the place. Tv and fan didn’t work.

The property was great is very clean. It’s an a great location. It was very pleasant. Stay at night. There is possibly a bar nearby, so it was quite loud and there was no hot water to shower with.

Everything was great for our 1 night stay..no ac but good fans. Complementary breakfast was good.... The only bad thing was the wifi which never worked.

Terrible habitación, causa claustrofobia, un ruido terrible hasta las 2 am, y sin poder hacer nada el personal del hotel, por que dijeron que cada quien hace lo que quiere en su habitación.

Ese hotel me encanta pero ahora encontré algunos detalles, deberían de poner cortinas black out, las ventanas no tenían cerrojos solo un alambre y por último hay que poner pantallas de mayor tamaño

The building is nice, very clean. I had a room with a balcony. It was nice. It is old, outdated and needs up keep- the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling. Rooms don't have a/c. They provide a huge fan that made lots of noise.

The hotel is surrounded by 3 nite clubs . You ill not get any sleep at all. My room walls were vibrating. Staff is kinda rude . Cleaning lady is amazing. However the hotel is old and its very damaged on the inside . Looks like jail

This hotel is close to many attractions in Morelia. Lots of good food and nice stores are walking distance from the Hotel. Since the hotel is more in the center of the Morelia the noise at night from local bars can keep you up on the weekends. Just FYI.

Was not so pleased as the hotel looked nothing like the pictures that I saw when booking. It was a little out dated and older condition. Location was also farther than I had expected but still walkable

Los espacios de las suites son convenientes para familias grandes y las camas tienen Kingsize a mi eso me gusta por que la mayoria de los hoteles tienen matrimoniales que dos personas dificilmente duermen comodamente.

Close to major attractions. Very nice staff. Aged building, wifi only available in one of our two bedrooms.

WiFi was slow, no refrigerator when it said on the listing, everything looked dirty, customer service terrible they just open the door like that imagine if ur naked or changing. Plus the front desk terrible they try charge me twice and check out was at 1 and they kicked us out 12.

I payed for a Jr suit and was given a standard room that was falling apart. When I asked the front desk lady she told me that they had given that room to someone else and they would not refund the difference as it was “ not that much that I paid”. She told me their was nothing I could do and the hotel Manager was not going to do much or give me a refund. I ended up booking another hotel and calling it a loss.

me fue muy mal me dieron una habitacion para tres personas cuando reserve para cuatro, busque hotel de ultima hora por que no cabíamos quedaron de hacerme devolución de mi dinero y no lo hicieron, muy mal

It was a decent place to stay! Comfortable and clean. And surprisingly quiet considering my room was on the street side! The doors covering the window were very effective. Staff was very pleasant. About 3 blocks from the plaza and everything I needed was close.

This hotel is close to many attractions in Morelia. Lots of good food and nice stores are walking distance from the Hotel. Since the hotel is more in the center of the Morelia the noise at night from local bars can keep you up on the weekends. Just FYI.

It's perfect! Boutique hotel, very nice and clean. The rooms are cool and creative, and close to the important places, great area. Staff is great. The additional breakfast is pretty small, but they have a restaurant with great food. Highly recommend!

Propiedad muy antigua. Remodelada, huele mucho a insecticida. Pero cerca del centro de la ciudad. Personal amable. Desayuno sencillo, pero se pueden agregar cosas por un precio razonable.

a pesar de ser un edificio viejo, mi familia y yo la pasamos bien, las cama muy cómodas y no se escucharon ruidos externos, lo único es que el desayuno de cortesía fue muy escaso pero eso es esperable en los hoteles

Hotel location is perfect! Spacious rooms excellent for families, the “Continental Breakfast” is nothing close to Continental in USA. They only offered coffee and tea, toast and hard fruit, every else is an extra charge ! even milk for the kids.

In all honesty, I would come back just more prepared. My final night was a terrible experience. Beware this place is close to a bar with loud bass. Couldn’t sleep. Also, they don’t sell you water only alcohol upfront. I had to go to the bar and ask them to sell me water $140 pesos for 4 small bottles!! When I came back the gentleman that let me in just laughed at me . When asked for my complimentary champagne for vip members they just brushed me off. Never received both for each night I stayed. Why advertise it ? Chilaquiles is a must. The servers were on a point !
