O hotel tem uma estrutura muito boa. Acesso direto à praia, boa piscinas e várias opções de bares e restaurantes mas deixa muito a desejar no atendimento. Poucas cadeiras de praia e poucas na piscina que não cabem todos os hóspedes. O atendimento nos bares e petiscos tem filas grandes e lento fazendo perder tempo.

The Resort is a bit outdated but loved how hard everyone one is working to keep it clean and preserved. I will have mention this resort does not have umbrellas by the pool, snd its almost impossible to be near the pool with absolutely no cover. The food was delicious and personal working in the restaurants were very polite and helpful. Unfortunately the majority of the bartenders specially at the swim up bar had a horrible attitude and made the experience uncomfortable.

Over all the property was nice, however every single night between midnight and 2am the resort has the truck to collect the garbage, these guys were unreasonably loud everynight waking us up and im not a light sleeper, the food overall was decent and they have a great beach but with hardly any seats, theres no casino anymore, and the kiddo zone isnt a shared pool for families your kid can only play in there if there 4 so in my opinion ive been to resorts near by with similar deals than have offered abit more

Reservei dois quartos de frente para o mar, com duas camas de casal. Visual deslumbrante. Entretanto, um dos quartos veio só com uma cama de casal, e não resolveram a situação. Funcionários super atenciosos. No geral, local limpo, faltando apenas um melhor trato com os banheiros de uso comum. Piscinas maravilhosas e grandes, mas apenas uma tem bar dentro, e lota. Falta guarda sol. Os restaurantes são bons, os que exigem reserva, o nível sobe. Bares muito bom também, com bebidas diversas. Mirantres bem localizados. Atrações diárias no hotel. Espaço kids. Hotel em reforma de modernização, com chance de se tornar um real 4 estrelas.

I stayed on the 6th floor and only one elevator was working, which did not always open on the 6th or 1st floors. It was a little frustrating and time consuming. The pool was extremely hot; the pool water did not cool you from the heat and humidity. I rarely give such a poor rating but I needed to say it.

O quarto é bem limpo, cama muito boa, as comodidades são boas. Localização é longe do centro porém tem ônibus q para na frente do hotel se for o caso. A praia é perfeita. Única coisa q eu não gostei é que os restaurantes com reserva são quase impossíveis pra reservar, e mesmo vc dentro do restaurante deu o horário de fechar eles não querem mais saber de te atender. Espreguiçadeira da praia impossível pegar , pq são poucas tem umas camas de praia porém 1400 pesos para alugar. O hotel tem 3 categorias , não vale a pena vc pagar a mais senunca tem disponibilidade pra te atender pra reservar

This property was beautiful but when I got in my room I was heavily disappointed. It looks nothing like the pictures. Everything in the room is old. My room was dirty when I checked in. My sheets were dirty. The bathroom was dirty and the materials were old and my bathroom was flooded while I was asleep the first night. The curtain fell. The remote control didn’t work, like the Netflix and YouTube buttons didn’t work. The food In the property wasn’t that good. Man It was a nightmare. The view and the nice workers soften the blows.

Las habitaciones necesitan mucho mantenimiento además de una limpieza buena, huelen mal, había cucarachas, los espejos sucios, los vidrios de los balcones súper sucios, mucha basura en los balcones. Los minibars sucios había sodas abiertas aguas a medias 😔 Además no son las habitaciones que expedía muestra, son habitaciones en mal estado lo que nos dan llegando al hotel.

Si estás pensando en reservar una estancia en este lugar, te recomiendo: Tomar en cuenta las reseñas de este hotel, y leer los comentarios, antes de tomar una decisión. Especialmente en las habitaciones. Rente dos habitaciones con estancia de 5 días, no habían pasaron ni 12 horas para querer salir corriendo de la habitación y preferir dormir en una hamaca. Las Habitaciones se encuentran infestada, y necesitan ser fumigadas; Encontré bichos por todo el cuarto e incluso en las camas, piso, televisor y hielera y teléfono. (cucarachas, termitas y polilla en las puertas de madera y clóset de la habitación). Las habitaciones necesitan de una limpieza exhaustiva, ya que puedes encontrar sociedad, desechos, moho, óxido y bichos sobre: (puertas, camas, paredes, piso, refrigerador, artículos de cama, tasas de baño y lavabo, colchones, tina y paredes de baño). Las habitaciones necesitan Reparaciones: (goteras, grietas, humedad) Son un riesgo para la salud). El edificio necesita reparaciones, hay goteras por todos los pasillos, que resuelven colocando toallas en el piso y retener el agua únicamente. En el techo, puedes ver grietas, incluso partes del techo se pueden caer en cualquier momento, debido al agua acumula por las goteras; Lo que hace un riesgo tanto para huéspedes y los trabajadores. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. There was a cockroach in the sports club, and one ran across out balcony. The bathrooms in the sports bar and at the pool were absolutely disgusting. Even as a guy, I went back to the room to go to the bathroom. The food options were limited, and bars didn’t open till 11am so that was also a bummer. I was actually here 13 years ago, and my review was pretty much about the same. Definitely needs an overhaul and make things easier to find and more accessible.

I came to this resort last year and every thing was great when it came to the rooms, staff, cleanliness, accommodations. However, this year was the complete opposite unfortunately. We booked 3 months in advance for 18 people and when we arrived they put all of us in different buildings even though we requested to be in same building. The rooms were requested as double beds and they were almost all king beds. Then the rooms themselves were very dirty in each building and they had cockroaches and just very dirty and falling apart. The paint is chipping inside and out. The staff wouldn’t put our families in the same building and it was very hard for the older people to walk from one side to the other because of this. We would have to keep asking for towels and toilet paper and water and most of the time they wouldn’t bring it to us until we asked 2 times. The buffet was a whole other nightmare. They wouldn’t let us sit together or close in tables and the quality of the food is just terrible. Even the restaurant foods are all the same as buffet and everything is watered down and tasteless including the foods and drinks and desserts. On top of that we weren’t aware the casino had closed down and turned into a restaurant and other shops were only for exclusive members. We were really disappointed in this resort this time and won’t be going again especially when both times we were 15+ people

Stayed in the pyramid to celebrate my best friend birthday. However, there’s a few things that need to be addressed. Rooms are outdated, tub filled my entire stay and the wifi sucks. Restaurants are buffet style which was not what I expected. Staff tries to convince you to buy excursions at a reasonable price in exchange to sit down for a “90 minutes presentation “ with the intent to get you to buy a time share. The property is also under construction. The pools need to be cleaned up more often. Their transport system needs to improve as they will not send anyone to pick you up unless they verbally speak to you even after you’ve paid in full and have confirmation e-mail from them. I had to call twice and spoke to four different people in addition to an email to the supervisor in order to request a refund. I won’t be returning here.

The room was okay, it wasn’t great. Shower valves were loose and would come off. Showers also leaked a lot of water when showering. Coffee machine didn’t work. Overall staff was great once checked in. The check in process is the worst. There is no order and you could be there first but because they take such a long time to check in the staff would call the other people that have just gotten there instead of guest that have been waiting longer. Each check in must of taken 30 min or longer. The property itself was very nice. Nice pools and bars. Buffets were amazing.

The room was good. The hotel was a maze and it was confusing which restaurants were available. Overall it was ok. We were there for a cheer competition. If I could do it again I would have paid for the Pyramid instead of Oasis.

Room wasn’t that bad but lots of places were leaking from the ceiling. The elevator was smelly and takes very long to come, the food was ok 3 out of 5, lots of the restaurants were closed not really an all inclusive deal. I paid extra for Ocean view and shouldn’t be called ocean view a whole building was covering the ocean front of our balcony and I was on the 6th floor, the beach of this property was very small

Overall, I had an excellent experience. The staff was friendly and the outdoor areas — pool, restaurants, and common spaces — were beautiful and well maintained. However, the interior felt a bit old and in need of maintenance. Some areas smelled slightly of humidity, and when it rained, water came into the hallways. There were quite a few mosquitoes, and many indoor areas, including the casino and some restaurants, had no air conditioning, making them hot and uncomfortable. Still, the service, food, and outdoor atmosphere were great, and I’d stay again if these issues were improved.

DO NOT, BY ANY MEANS, BOOK THIS HOTEL!!! Pros: Pool area is great, the beach beautiful if not for the sargassum. Kid-friendly, decent nightly entertainment. The rest of the experience was BEYOND disappointing. -Check-in was a nightmare: slow, rude, unaccomodating staff that hate their job. The supervisor was the worst! Their policy - NO group check-ins (i.e. two separate rooms under same reservation). They are to be done room by room. I helped my mom check in, then made ME get back in a long line to check in. - Property is outdated and not well-maintained. Common areas smelled bad, mostly around the pool bars. -There were roaches in our rooms. -Only two elevators for a large building, one was broken half the time. The other made clanking sounds and stalled often on the 4th floor. Took forever to get to our rooms. -AC issues = multiple room changes. - The food was average. - The staff is dismissive and careless. They appear to, and behave as if they are overworked and underpaid. We asked about their poor attitude and one staffer confided that they are forced to work double shifts w/out additional compensation. If they don't comply, they are threatened with termination. After hearing this, we were more understanding. For $400 a night I expected a lot more Cleaning was at best 6/10 effort Getting supplies like towels / sundries took over 2 hours sometimes to get to you English is limited so when they don’t understand you … you are dismissed Food was substandard at the buffets .. and vegetarian options are limited There are certain sections that are restricted for specific sub hotels and we were very abruptly asked to leave or we would be charged for it I’m not sure if it is Mexican culture but their customer services leaves much to be desired … This place is at best a $ 100 per night and leaves much to be desired …. My recommendation is stick to the major hotel name brands …. Cancun was amazing however I would spend my money elsewhere.

The staff was amazing!! Everyone was so nice and friendly making us feel special! I loved the pool area and the beach access, super convenient. The restaurants are good, but feels everyday was the same menus. Our bedroom was ok, but our mattress was terrible. It had a hole in the middle, making the edges higher and nothing comfortable. One thing that made us super happy was the server Eduardo at the “La Cantina” he was 10/10!! Extremely attentive and even noticed that my fiancé wasn’t feeling good and offer him a tea instead having coffee or juice that would upset his stomach even more. He was awesome!!! I would came back!!

Prepare yourself for Check In staff that are extremely condescending. We had VIP bracelets and preferred the regular Check In staff when our keys didn't work constantly randomly throughout out stay. Each day, I as waited for my transportation in the morning I witnessed the bell reception greet some people with great excitement and others more like a hassle unwelcomed. It was hectic. Time share presentations is to blame. The potetial buyers were first priority meanwhile other real paying guest were arriving too early from their international origins and thus causing disruption.

Great location, beautiful hotel just a bit outdated. Very clean rooms and bathrooms, mini fridge was not working, took 3 days to get it replaced as well as the iron. Beds were clean and comfortable, for an all inclusive Resort food can be a little better. However, over all was a good time. Pool was incredibly good, family oriented activities, live music outdoors was great & a Cigar Lounge onsite which I loved because I’m a cigar smoker.

The property is very beautiful. It is very large a lot of great amenities a lot of different activities to keep you occupied during your stay. The food lax seasoning there weren’t many options at the all-inclusive restaurants. The beach was not easily accessible. There was a drop down to get to the shoreline not recommended for young children.

O quarto é bem limpo, cama muito boa, as comodidades são boas. Localização é longe do centro porém tem ônibus q para na frente do hotel se for o caso. A praia é perfeita. Única coisa q eu não gostei é que os restaurantes com reserva são quase impossíveis pra reservar, e mesmo vc dentro do restaurante deu o horário de fechar eles não querem mais saber de te atender. Espreguiçadeira da praia impossível pegar , pq são poucas tem umas camas de praia porém 1400 pesos para alugar. O hotel tem 3 categorias , não vale a pena vc pagar a mais senunca tem disponibilidade pra te atender pra reservar

Property is very in a prime location. Buildings are outdated but still in very good condition for the age. Food quality was very good across the board. Many different options, anyone with can find something they will enjoy eating. All the staff was kind and attentive. Very family friendly with segregated adult only areas which very nice for young childless couples. Over would recommend friends and family to stay there

Honestly, I was quite disappointed with the stay. There were only two good restaurants and they had no reservations the entire time we were there. The food at the buffets were awful and wait times at other restaurants with mediocre food were over an hour. The elevator was broken and we were on the 6th floor so lots of stair climbing. When we tried to check out, they said we rented a cabana and never did and we had to spend over 30 min disputing this charge that was not ours. Really wish we could get a refund for at least one night!

This has been my second time staying at Oasis, my family and I were not satisfied. When I booked this hotel it said all inclusive which is not, most of the restaurant you need to paid to have dinner and the ones that are available you need to wait for almost 2 hours to have dinner. Only the buffets were available which is always the same food. I would definitely to go to a different hotel the next time I'm in cancun.

Best ever. Above and beyond all expectations. Food at the buffet sucks. Grounds are imaculate. Lots of good entertainment and fine dining restaurants that have a dress code so bring your nice clothes. Cabanas rent for $45 a day and come with a waiter. Drinks.... seem watered down cuz the ice melts so fast. The outside bars alcohol is as warm as it is outside temperture so you're not gonna get ice cold drink. It's all inclusive but these people work hard to serve you. Tipping is appropriate. The fine dining restaurants you're going to want to bring $5's for lunch, $10's for dinner and $1's for drinks. I wouldn't give it if they didn't earn it. Dinner reservations for the whole week can be made the first day you're there and they do get booked days in advance. I was there 7 nights and couldn't get into the black hole. Room service menu has few options and no alcohol. Seems like you can't get a drink anywhere before noon. No breakfast memosas. Disappointed menudo wasnt served at the buffet or anywhere, not even on Sunday. Back to the alcohol... bring an insulated bottle to keep your drink cold and they'll mix it in there for

It's all inclusive but these people work hard to serve you. Tipping is appropriate. The fine dining restaurants you're going to want to bring $5's for lunch, $10's for dinner and $1's for drinks. I wouldn't give it if they didn't earn it. Dinner reservations for the whole week can be made the first day you're there and they do get booked days in advance. I was there 7 nights and couldn't get into the black hole. Room service menu has few options and no alcohol. Seems like you can't get a drink anywhere before noon. No breakfast memosas. Disappointed menudo wasnt served at the buffet or anywhere, not even on Sunday. Back to the alcohol... bring an insulated bottle to keep your drink cold and they'll mix it in there for

Room was clean . Needs an upgrade . They charge extra for everything. The all inclusive only gives you a few Restaurante’s to choose from once you’re there at check in they offer you 19 restaurants to choose from for an extra $575 for a week for two people which you have already paid $1275 for the week so that’s extra . They don’t tell you that those restaurants are just good samples …. Yes you read right …, it’s just bites of what you choose on the menu and if you want an alcoholic beverage with your meal is about $25-$35 per drink ….besides the two buffet that you have access to with the not upgraded package those are obviously all you can eat ….. plus you don’t have access to them whenever you want is on schedules . No waiters around the facilities . You must go to the bars or restaurants and order what you want and must wear a tshirt and shorts or formal wear to get in also you can not come from the pool to eat because you’re wet and won’t let you in . Even the coffee shop the rules apply to all facilities unless you’re by the pool bars . The beach lung chairs have NO COVER UMBRELLAS. And if you want the beds or cabanas you have to pay $75 for the day no matter what package you bought . You can’t use all lounge areas with pool / beach view only a few because they will charge you and in that case yes there’s a waiter to serve you but only if you pay $75 extra per day. Overall is ok but won’t stay there again because of all the extra charges For 2 $1850 for 5 nights

The hotel was generally okay, but they repeatedly asked us if we wanted to reserve a tour or if we needed to spend more money on things during our vacation. The expectation was to enjoy our time and not be bombarded with questions. They also inquired about various other aspects, such as whether certain items were served buffet-style or if other restaurants treated us as if we weren’t worthy of their services, as if we hadn’t paid for everything, including our stay at the Oasis Resort. We still tipping . Also the show and the bars closed very early is more family resorts that anything else.
