Pros: Very clean. Spacious gardens, tennis court, nice pool for young kids, rooms are large. A little out of town centre so a lot quieter, but still only 15 mins walk to Cenote Zaci. Lots of different birds singing in the gardens, it is pretty. Nice buffet breakfast. Relaxing place. One of the few hotels with a gym in Valladolid Taxi to/from bus station in town centre is 40 - 45 pesos Cons: Rooms need complete renovation, had no hot water in Room 102 (did not really matter too much, as the tepid shower was quite refreshing), smell from shower drain. Bed linen / pillows / mattress seem to be quite old. The gym only opens at 10am each morning In Valladolid, I think all the cheaper hotels are likely old and need renovation unless you want to pay premium hotel prices, so this is probably quite typical.

Ja idd, de kamers was brandschoon. Het personeel was vriendelijk maar niet meer dan dat. De kamer was netjes en je kon elke dag schoon beddengoed krijgen. Was een heerlijk rustig zwembad met sterk verouderde stoelen. De staat van onderhoud van dit hotel laat toch nog wel het een en ander te wensen over. Hier en daar tegels en stenen los. Op de kamer was geen koelkastje aanwezig.

La atención, limpieza y comodidad son excepcionales. El personal es muy amable y atento. Lo único que les falta es atención al gym, los aparatos no funcionan y no hay mancuernas, estaría genial lo pudieran mejorar.

Los baños del área de la alberca estaban muy sucios, las llaves de agua en la habitacion no cerraban bien y el baño tampoco funcionaba correctamente. En el restaurante habia insectos muertos en el baño y la calidad de los alimentos era mala. Su area de tenis estaba muy descuidada con la red caida y algunas partes del cemento levantadas.

El WiFi funcionó muy bien y me gustó el estacionamiento cerca de la habitación

Hotel promedio, la atención del personal de recepción muy malo, pero creo que así es en general toda la gente en valladolid... La habitación bonita, la alberca helada, en fin, no hay mucho que decir, hotel promedio, creo que por el precio hay mucho mejores opciones.

Schönes Hotel, 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Zentrum, ruhig gelegen mit wunderbaren Garten, großes Frühstücksbuffet (kostet ca 190 mx), Pool ist klein, sehr nettes Service, Valladolid ist super nett, wir hatten es als Ausgangspunkt für Chichen Itza. Betten waren etwas hart, Zimmer mit Balkon und Dusche. Tennisschläger gratis zum ausborgen. Restaurant den ganzen Tag offen, viele Cafés und Restaurants in Valladolid. Empfehle die Markthalle für Snacks oder Frühstück

Es un hotel con mucha vegetación, la limpieza es excelente, muy cómodo para varios días de estancia, todas las habitaciones cuentan con balcón. Cuenta con estacionamiento propio y la comida del restaurante es buena. La alberca está limpia. Si lo recomiendo.

Habitación impecable, personal muy amable.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel avec nos deux enfants. La chambre était très propre tout comme les parties communes. Le personnel était très gentil. Nous avons profité de la piscine et même du terrain de tennis. Le petit déjeuner était varié et très bon. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir !

Lo que me gustó es que está bien ubicado, tiene amplio estacionamiento y cuenta con una vegetacióon muy bonita que se ve desde las habitaciones (tipo selva) que te hace sentir que estás a las afueras de la ciudad. Las habitaciones son de buen tamaño y se nos hizo cómodo en general. Lo que no me gusto es que mucho del equipamiento e instalaciones en general se ven muy antiguas (no antiguo de reliquia sino como viejo). El hotel cuenta con mucha madera la cual incluso en los cuartos huele a viejo (después de un rato te acostumbras y no lo sientes, sino hasta que vuelves a entrar al cuarto después de salir)... Al llegar nos encontramos en que el dubet olia a orin, lo que me hace pensar que no lo cambiaron. Pedimos el cambio y salimos todo el día. Cuando regresamos no lo habian hecho y lo volvimos a pedir. Nos dieron la atención e lo cambiaron (todo lo demás si estaba limpio desde el principio)... Esta es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos ahi, en la primera el aire acondicionado estaba viejo y hacia un poco de ruido, pero esta vez ya era nuevo y sin problemas.... En general, pienso que el hotel necesita mucha inversión en el mobiliario asi como un mantenimiento un poco más detallado de muros y caminos exteriores los cuales se ven con algo de verdin.

The room smelt of damp, hard pillows, cold running water in the shower, staff didn't speak English. A hotel that clearly once was nice but is now run down and needs a refresh. Definitely not worth it's 5 star status, realistically it's more like a 2 star.

This hotel is simple but the rooms are comfortable and clean. I like the way the propertyis set out, lots of green areas around and cute little pathways everywhere. We really enjoyed and I would stay here again!!

The cleaning staff would constantly turn off our AC (although we'd turned it up when we left) so the rooms were stifling when we'd return from our excursions. Front desk staff (outside of Danielu - who was lovely!) did not speak English, but were happy to help via google translator. Pool was nice and cool and the rooms were clean and sufficient. We did not eat at the restaurant, but the staff there overcharged me for a bottle of water (the front desk didn't have any for sale regardless of their signage) and then cheated me on the change~ So I guess that's a thing - the taco restaurant across from it was delicious and we found a bodega in town for future water purchasing needs.

Excellent séjour dans ce joli hotel, décoration classique style espagnol, magnifique jardin luxuriant, bien entretenu. Et surtout, hôtel TRÈS CALME! Enfin nous avons vraiment bien dormi dans une ville du Yucatan. Chambre grande et joli balcon aménagé. Bonne literie sauf les oreillers . Serviettes de douche un peu petites. Produits de douche de qualité, bien présentés. Bon accueil. Personnel d'entretien souriant et très aimable. Prix correct. Situation un peu excentrée (600 m du zocalo) donc calme garantit.

Reasonable, room was spacious, restaurant service and food was excellent. Plenty of free on site parking. Large balconies and lush landscaping. Did not use pool or tennis court, but others did. Shower water was only lukewarm, but bearable. Main square is a 10-12 minute walk from the hotel.

Es una propiedad bonita, mal cuidada, las almohadas y cama terribles, no vale lo que cobran.

What makes this hotel special is the excellent service. Margarito is my go to guy at the restaurant because he goes above and beyond what is asked of him.

Hotel 10/10, excelente la atención del personal del hotel, lo recomiendo. Lo único que pediría que cambien los aires acondicionados ya que son muy antiguos y ya no enfrían, sin embargo por la temporada que estuve no fue muy malo ya que no hacía tanto calor en la noche, sin embargo le pongo 5 estrellas

Nos gusto mucho estancia en el hotel ,cual tiene todo lo que ocupamos - espacio, tranquilidad y muy buen trato de parte del personal, especialmente de parte de srta.Zeferina.

Easy to get to using google maps and ample parking

Nice hotel on the edge of the city, 10 minutes walking distance from the main plaza and bus station. Very friendly helpful staff. Got me an inhouse COVID test for my flight out. Good cafe for breakfast, did eat lunch or dinner there though the menu liked good. Poor WIFi like most Mexican Hotels. Eco-jungle grounds with birds.

Hace unos años vine con una amiga y mi hija que estaba más chiquita y nos dieron una habitación amplia y con 2 camas amplias. Esta vez, siendo 3 adultos y mi hija de 14 años, nos quedamos un poco apretados en las camas. Lo más frustrante es que no hay habitación estandar con minibar y mi papá tiene diabetes, necesita tener insulina y yogur para cualquier bajón de glucosa en las mañanas. Y no había donde dejar la insulina y el.yogur en la noche, ya que el restaurante amablemente la mantuvo hasta las 10:30pm y abre a las 7am. Si mi papá amaneciera con la glucosa baja, tendría que comer algo de inmediato y es difícil darle otra cosa temprano más que yogur o fruta (no había en el Oxxo y no logramos comprar algo así). El personal es muy amable y la comida y la atención en el restaurante estuvieron muy buenas. Hay una gran variedad en el menú y la presentación y sabor son muy buenos. Solo había 2 toallas en la habitación y solicité 2 más a la señora de recepción, pero quedó de enviárnoslas y ya queríamos bañarnos para dormir y no llegaban. Mi marido tuvo que ir de nuevo a la recepción y estaba otra persona que no parecía saber del pendiente. Fue amable. Nada más que hubiera sido perfecto si hubiera solución mejor para la insulina y si hubieran sido más atentos al número de huéspedes y nuestras necesidades. Solo fue una noche. El hotel está bonito, el espacio en la regadera está amplio y es en estilo colonial.

Tout est bien même si un peu loin du zocalo. Seul le restaurant ne nous a pas impressionné. Nous n'avons presque pas manger notre repas. Le pire de tout le séjour.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel avec nos deux enfants. La chambre était très propre tout comme les parties communes. Le personnel était très gentil.
