Gran Hotel Diligencias

No me gustó que el sábado.por que tenían evento cerraron el acceso a la alberca para los demás huéspedes, definitivamente no volvería a esa hotel

Hotel bello atrapado en el tiempo solo el único detalle es la alberca no está climatizada y estaba helada!!

Old the gym doesn't work

Bueno estuve por 3 días: Considero que su punto más débil es la atención al cliente, llegamos el día viernes 4 por la mañana y nos dijeron que no podían guardar el equipaje y tampoco contaban con habitaciones de cortesía y que la entrada era a las 3 Posteriormente a las 3 me dieron una habitación que no solicité, y me argumentaron que era porque según tenía vista, pero la única vista era a la alberca. Y pues evidentemente era una habitación súper sencilla con camas matrimoniales, se molestaron porque les dije y me dijeron que no tenían mi habitación lista y me dijo que me esperara 30 min más El restaurante es malo, realmente es caro para el bufet que sirven, y de comida solo mariscos “quien comería mariscos todo el día” Te piden que recicles las sábanas y las toallas todos los días, qué ilógico. El clima súper bien y la habitación deja mucho que desear, todos los muebles son viejos, el colchón cómodo y huele a humedad. La tina es un riesgo por lo alto, y por la forma en que está, ya que realmente si te puedes caer, yo me resbalé. Son muy exactos para la salida y no hay nada de tolerancia, al grado que las recamareras te van a tocar desde las 12:30 para saber si te vas a quedar otra noche o ya te sales Creo que no es recomendable un lugar así por el precio que uno paga. Tampoco vía WhatsApp te atienden de buena forma, y siempre se sacan las cosas con que le voy a decir al gerente, y el gerente nunca está. No hay SPA, no hay GYM, no hay servicio a la habitac

Everything was good except the room I stayed at AC wasn't great, it wasn't properly cleaned. Pool area was disgusting bird poop everywhere. Staff was great.

It once was elegant but now need to upgrade! Friendly staff. Excellent location, in front of the Cacólos, where there are several restaurants and a historic or Church. Must eat at Gran Café Portals! The make in is a short walking distance. (The location is what makes it worth the money) Parking located across the street, safe and secure. Gym small, no a/c, most of what little equipment they had was broken. No service at poolside.

Habitación muy limpia, buen estado de mobiliario. Estacionamiento excelente con valet, buffet del restaurant excelente, personal de recepción trato amable y cálido, en general excelente.

The staff was friendly and helpful, especially at the end of our 3-night stay by arranging our early morning taxi to the airport. The room was clean and large with a table and two chairs, and a king-sized bed. The hotel is right on the main square (el zocalo) so we could go out and hear live music and see dances. Unfortunately, as with many old buildings, there was an awful smell of the sewer emanating from the bathroom. It seemed to be strongest in the morning. But, short of knocking the beautiful hotel down and rebuilding, there is probably very little that be done to improve the smell.

Habitación muy limpia, buen estado de mobiliario. Estacionamiento excelente con valet, buffet del restaurant excelente, personal de recepción trato amable y cálido, en general excelente.

LA RECEPCIÓN MUY BUENA; EL TESTAURANTE MUY BUENA ATENCIÓN, PERO LOS CUARTOS SON VIEJOS, CON GOTERAS EN LOS BAÑOS Y CON CUCARACHAS SALIENDO DE LOS LAVABOS

El hotel estéticamente es precioso. La ubicación es buena, en el corazón de la ciudad. Lo malo: el hedor a drenaje en el baño es terrible, la habitación apestaba. Tuve que ventilarla por al menos una hora para que desapareciera la mayor parte del hedor. El internet no sirvió el primer día, y la televisión funciona sobre internet. Así que tuve que usar los datos de mi celular para darle red y que funcionara. El personal es muy amable, servicial en todo momento, eso es muy bueno. El desayuno buffet no es la gran cosa, por el precio se puede obtener algo más sabroso por fuera, pero la comodidad de tenerlo ahí, no está mal. Solo me quedé por una noche. No me habría gustado estar más por el mal olor del baño

Aunque el hotel se encuentra en buena ubicación, es evidente la falta de mantenimiento de las habitaciones, la habitación tenía humedad en el techo, rejillas de ventilación sucias. La limpieza se ve demasiado superficial, área de ducha con demasiado hongo, lavabos sucios. La atención de Bell Boys es muy buena.

Habitaciones limpias y amplias. Muy buena ubicación. Sugiero actualicen colchones y almohadas, ya que las camas y almohadas son duras.

This hotel's charm is its history and is understandably old. It has a great location and many dining options as well. Also, it has AC which is definitely needed in Veracruz. The hotel needs some updating. The AC vents had tons of dust, shower was completely clogged, and the sheets were stained.

La ubicación es indiscutible en esta propiedad lo mejor del centro histórico Lo que me gustaría que mejorara la calidad de las camas ya que están muy duras si cambiaran colchones por unos mas cómodos y suaves seria perfecta la estancia.

Great location in the heart of the city, but the plaza is noisy until the early hours of the day (1:00 AM).

Great suite at top of hotel overlooking plaza, great spot to enjoy the music and views of port. Old hotel, bathroom in this suite, old, but view and space was amazing.

Property location is near by restaurants and shops. The room was big.

The Hotel smelled very clean. I had a nice view of the plaza and church near by. One has to walk 1 to 2 blocks from the hotel to get a cab or public trans. The staff was very efficient, quick check in and out. Overall very nice.

Beautiful clean place. Big rooms with plenty of space, good service, beautiful pool. Only “complaint” Rooms are a little dark, and beds are very very hard.

La habitación (máster) estaba muy deteriorada: muebles viejos, sillones sucios, goteras en el techo (se mojo uno de los sillones y la ropa que tenia sobre él), los canceles de los balcones les faltan partes por lo que no cierran bien y lo peor de todo es el aire acondicionado (al prenderl, genera un ruido insoportable para perder dormir)

The hotel has a nice atmosphere, with friendly staff and rooms that match the expected quality for the price. However, I did encounter a few issues during my stay. Upon check-in, I accidentally dropped my money pouch containing approximately 300 Mexican pesos inside the elevator. I realized it was missing within two minutes and immediately retraced my steps to the front desk to report it. Unfortunately, no one turned it in. Additionally, I typically receive my invoice via email for billing purposes, but despite requesting it twice, I have yet to receive it. There were also a few maintenance concerns: the room curtains did not close properly, leaving a noticeable gap, and the cable TV was not functioning upon arrival. While the maintenance staff was able to fix the issue, it took about 30 minutes. Despite these setbacks, the hotel is overall acceptable.

This property should NOT be advertised as a 4 star hotel, it is not. It's a shame, because the building is historical, the rooms need a remodeling, not enough outlets, the shower is scary. Now, the staff in the parking garage super attentive, as well as the maids, but the guys at the front desk are super rude, specially the young kid working generally at night, I checked in on Friday the 2nd around 8 pm and the young gentleman at the front desk it made it seem like I was inconveniencing him and he could not wait to sit in the corner checking his phone. The next day I needed a taxi in the morning and the second guy at the desk said they may not come in because they're doing work in the side streets, even though there's still access to the hotel, customer service for these two guys is not their thing. I would not go back to this property.

Todo el hotel muy bonito y excelente su personal

El lugar es cómodo pero tuvimos un detalle, la chapa no servía y nos tuvieron esperando afuera de la habitación por más de dos horas, mojados de la alberca, perdimos la cena y al final nos cambiaron a una habitación diferente sin todas las amenidades de la otra, sin una disculpa.

Me hicieron un cambio de habitación sin previo aviso, al realizar el check in, el muchacho nada servicial, su actitud bastante mala, ni los buenos días o tardes daba, esta ocasión fue una mala experiencia..

Hotel en pleno zocalo de la ciudad, muy cerca del malecón de Veracruz! Un lugar muy bonito, agradable , seguro y tranquilo! Lo recomiendo mucho!

The hotel needs updating; some parts are lovely, others need revamping. Our room itself was lovely. On three sides of the hotel, the streets were under massive construction so it was very noisy and at times unsafe: open manholes nearby difficult to manuever around at times. That would have been helpful to know ahead of time. Housekeeping staff were lovely & helpful.

La calle de acceso se ha cerrado y ahora es exclusivamente peatonal. Los taxis te abandonan a tu suerte con todas tus maletas a la vuelta de la cuadra

El hotel excelente y muy amables todos, el agua de la alberca muy fría y las calles alrededor era difícil el acceso por obras, eso hizo difícil el entrar o salir

Toda la propiedad es execelente la atención del lobby quienes nos atendieron fue impecable la atención del bar el estribo por la mañana fue muy buena y la que nos atendió por la noche fue de lo peor no fue la adecuada pero el resto fue excelente y por último el restaurante el buffet y los meseros fue de la mejor atención gracias

Las 5 estrellas se las ll va x la excelente ubicación! Restaurantes alrededor, bancos, farmacias, oxxos, caminando se llega al Malecon y a La Parroquia a pie, al Mercado de Artesanías,vetc. El clima de la habitación falló pero la arreglaron. Se salía agua de la tina. Amplia recomendación el bufete del Hotel. No alcancé a entrar a la alberca pero se miraba muy apetecible.

everything was perfect during our stay but their room service was a little off putting. they wouldn’t do normal room service. you still get the option to do room service but it was only seafood and they didn’t do it all day everyday. it was very limited.

Desde que llegamos el servicio fue súper bueno, los empleados muy atentos y corteses, nuestras dudas fueron despejadas; los alimentos muy ricos, higiénicos pero un poquitín caros.
