Very clean room! Quite impressive. Short-staffed at the desk, and the dining room is small but good breakfast offerings. Pool area needs work. Hot tub is out of order, the towels need to be replenished more often and the bathroom is a far walk.

Our experience was good except the rooms are not soundproof, and so noisy children can be a disturbance. There is no elevator. Breakfast room is pleasant but attendant during our second stay seemed overworked and unhappy. Many food chains and restaurants are close by.

This hotel has gone down hill. The water was off for most of my second day of stay - not being able to flush the toilet was wonderful. The pool was gross and water was dripping from the ceiling everywhere in the pool. The bed was awful, if we sat on the end of the bed, the head of the bed would fly up due to inadequate support. The heat was off in the room when we arrived and the temperature was 60. When I went out and returned, housekeeping had come and only made the beds. No garbage was removed, and they also turned the heat off again and when we returned it was 60 degrees once again. The staff was kind but not overly helpful or empathetic to the horrible stay we had.

Service was great. Very friendly and informative. I booked this hotel because I read that there was a hot tub, restaurant and bar. They no longer had any of these. Our room felt a little damp but not sure if it was because we were on the ground floor or if it was because of the a/c unit. The room was a good size and clean, the pool great and again the staff were great so our stay was pretty good. Would have been better if they had the things they advertised.

Hotel is not well kept. Room was of average cleanliness. Pool had bugs and moss at places staff said it’s common to see bugs coming through windows. Breakfast was poor quality. Initial room allotted was not cleaned we were given another room after complaining

Service was great even with kids hockey tourney on same floor. Hotel is tired and needs a refresh. Pool was cold, hot tub broken, low ceilings in hallways and evidence of roof leaks in room and common areas.

Place was nice and convenient. Desk clerk friendly. However bathroom was not cleaned. I showed photos and room cleaner was called twice and no one came to clean it. So we could not and would not use the shower. For $255 a night, I expected cleanliness

Friendly staff at front desk and breakfast was great. Our bathroom was not very clean. Hair in tub and floor and nail clipping found on floor. Carpets in hall way are old and smelly. Our room had conjoining door on each side so we had 2….we were not told at check in. This hotel is not Ramada standard.

Stayed twice while travelling to and from Ontario. Both times, the room was well-appointed and clean. We liked that they direct you to park closest to the doors that are nearest your room. Overall, a good choice.

Clean and well laid out, but the building looked "tired" in some areas, and needed an update. Doors to the rooms were chipped and missing large pieces of lamenate at the bottom. The hallway carpeting was looking a little worn as well.

The floors inside and outside the room were very dirty. I know it was only a 3 star but they were bad. We dropped some water on the room floor and when we wiped it up, the towel was black from dirt. It may have been vacuumed but there was not mop on that floor for months. The carpets in the hallways were also filthy. And finally, out front of the hotel as we pulled up were staff members smoking. I have no issue with the needing a break, but not in front of the main doors.

July 2025 - we stayed here on our travel back home from the East Coast. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were lumpy. The pool area was big and appeared clean. The breakfast was good for those without dietary restrictions - limited gluten free and dairy free options. The location was good - it was nice to be down the road from a few restaurants after a long drive.

We checked in late at night so we didn't use any facilities like the gym or pool. The AC was very loud and the beds were quite hard. You could feel the wood on one of ours. The breakfast was standard for complimentary it was good, fresh, and hot. Overall a decent low budget rest stop on our way to Montreal

When checking in , the lobby was full of children and families. Assumed it was a tournament which happen at this time of the year. We requested to be away from the busy area if possible. The clerk seemed to be struggling to manage but said we would be away from the group. When we walked to our room there was a hockey game going on in front of our door. I called down and told the clerk that it was not okay as we had a long travel day. He threatened to kick us out of the hotel and said “ this is Boxing Day, I’m not dealing with this “. He then said he was going to hang up and if I wanted I could call back in five minutes and “try again”. I have travelled extensively my whole long life and have never experienced this. My hope is that this young man will have a well needed break or holiday as he clearly was not managing well. We stayed the night as we were exhausted. The clerk in the morning was very nice as was the breakfast room staff. Unfortunately, the anger and outburst of the clerk has left a bad taste so we will not return to that location in the future.

Some of the employees were very rude and abrupt with us (one upon check in and once whilst we were talking to other guests of the hotel). When you book with them they don't tell you that you have to have a credit card only. You can't even prepay for the room. The manager said normally they take a extra $400 deposit if you want to pay for it with a debit card. They said just because you have a family I'll make it $200. Making it seem like we didn't have the money to give a $400 deposit...The beds are not comfortable at all, they were very hard and unsupportive. Needless to say we didn't feel like our stay was a good one at this hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay here! I legit will be back. Staff was super helpful and knowledgeable about where to go and how to do things. I really appreciated the branded toiletries they offered. Dove soaps and body washes. Heck there was ever a sewing kit! Thanks for the stay will be back soon!

Access to second level rooms was not ideal or communicated, there was no elevator and the front desk employee did not communicate an appropriate door to park at to easily access my room. I walked from the front desk to my room in the third wing of the hotel which was not close at all. Not to mention I waited close to 10 minutes for the front desk employee to appear and check me in.

Gabby was absolutely warm and welcoming, it was easy and fast to check on. There was another staff memeber as well when we entered at about 4pm at the front who was dusting thr light's, she was absolutely amazing as well, she spoke and engaged my 4 year old. We had a long day of travelling and she helped capture my child's attention. I am very grateful as it calmed her down and burned some of thr extra energy.

We found the front desk clerk to not be very friendly to the point we almost thought she was rude. Sorry I didn't get her name. At check out she didn't ask how our stay was or offer a receipt. I had to ask her to email it to me. We also found the carpets to be dirty.

A convenient location off the highway, restaurant within walking distance, along with a mall nearby too. I was encouraged to bring my bicycle into the room overnight and was happy to do that. I'd consider staying again.

This is a great location - close to the border, walking distance to many shops and restaurants and not too far from the highway. The staff are friendly and professional. I really like the spacious and non-carpeted floors in our room. The room felt well cleaned upon our arrival. For our visit, we were travelling with our puppy and would have appreciated the yard being mowed. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay at the Ramada in Cornwall and would stay again.

Excellent property overall. The only real concern was the breakfast. Hot food was cold and was not allowed to take any to room . My travelling partner had mobility issues making going to restaurant difficult. Asked for exemption and told that there was none. Only hotel I have been in that has this rule. Otherwise a wonderful experience

The bed was borderline painful to sleep in. For some reason the heat was on in my room when I went in (it was 31c outside). They internet is almost unusable and you can hear everything down the hall, including barking dogs. Also, it bothers me that they wouldn't let me grab some breakfast to go. I ended up stopping at a drive thru because I needed to get on my way.

Room was as expected - however their complimentary breakfast was the second worst we’ve ever had…. They need to do something as it’s by far below other hotel chain. The staff was using bare hands to put bread in dispenser and their scrambled eggs were stone cold. Very sparse offerings.

Room was ready early and it was one of the best rooms I have ever stayed in. The hot tub was not working. There were dead bugs in the pool (both times we went), the nearest exit door would crash so hard each time someone used it that it would sound like a bowling pall was knocking over pins on our ceiling even through night making it hard to sleep. The free breakfast was just terrible. There was no coffee, the pancakes were very hard. It stops at 9:30 but they don't even let the people who seated eating before 9:30 go back for seconds they rolled away 50 sausages and all other remaining food at 9:30 on the dot. Bizarre. When I went to check out at 11AM, there was nobody at the front desk. I waited for a couple minutes. Nobody at the front desk at 11AM? Strange. This hotel does not have an elevator.
