Good parking, clean room, renovated

Parking was great.

I like that there are a lot of restaurants close to property and parking spots. The room had everything I can ever need.

They need a working vending machine or to sell water /pop in lobby

Great for bikers. Easy parking. Great location.

Good for sleeping at reasonable price. Only amenities are two microwaves and an ice machine in a separate location on the premises.

Don't let the rates fool you. This is a clean, nicely renovated 2 storey motel conveniently located.

Couldn’t get in early….garbage left in the room from previous guest…small flies were present & jept reappearing…couldn’t get live tv channels

Room 33 needs an air dehumidifier. The room was very damp, but it was clean and comfortable. It just needed something to take the atmospheric dampness away. I don’t know what would’ve caused it, but I did address it with the reception.

Most impressed by our stay. The room was spacious, spotless and bright. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows substantial…making for a good night’s sleep. Would return there in a heartbeat!

The room (unit 8) that was given to us smells awful. It smells like the carpet hasn't been cleaned ever since.

We had a great stay! The room was clean and the location couldn’t be more convenient. The only thing we noticed was that our room wasn’t serviced the next day — the beds and towels weren’t refreshed.

The beds were comfortable until we noticed blood stains in our bed that were not ours. The bath tub would not drain and filled while showering. Not good when three people have to shower. We called to have this fixed however no one came. We also let them know about the blood stains and they said they cleaned our room but all garbage's were overflowing. Not the service we are used to and have stayed there before but now will not be back.

Highly recommended. Rooms are newly renovated. Usually petrified of noise from neighbouring rooms in a motel. Nothing! Great sleep.

Looks old from the outside but the rooms have been somewhat renovated. Beds were comfortable but Sheets and pillows should be upgraded though. AC unit very loud and the bar fridge doesn’t work that well. But it was a convenient location and the price was good.

Rooms are clean, the only problem is no microwave in the rooms have to go outside to go upstairs to a little room if you call it a room to use a microwave. This is very inconvenient. Don’t think will not be back.

My wife and I have stayed at Rodeway three or four times now and the location is great. It's what we love. We stay in Hunstville at night and travel into Algonquin for day hikes. The hotel is perfectly located on the main road in Huntsville making exits to the park nice and easy. When we return late in the day, it's a quick walk to where the restaurants are. As a Motor Hotel, all of the rooms have a door to the road. On the second level, you can sit on a chair and relax with a pint before heading downtown, with a view reminiscent of sitting on a nice porch. I like this a lot. Our room appeared to be recently updated with new furniture, which was good and bad. It was large and looked nice! There were 2 main drawbacks this time: 1. Since the Olympics were on, checking in on Team Canada was a must...and at first the TV didn't work. I eventually figured out the IR repeater for the one remote wasn't in the spot it needed to be. A little bandage tape and it was ok. Could be easier, but that's minor. 2. The bed and pillows in the updated room are terrible. I'd highly suggest the hotel at least replace the pillows. They were about as good as sacks of dirty laundry would be. Good pillows would make the firm bed tolerable. As is, there were campers in a tent with a bedroll that got better sleep than I did. I'll likely still return. The location is good, and Rodeway is better than two other hotels within a stone's throw. I might bring a pillow though.

Rooms are recently painted. Beds are hard so we didn’t sleep well, but the staff is fabulous and the rate for what you get is reasonable

They don’t have a microwave in the room and you have to go outside and upstairs to go to the two they have for all of there guests. Inconvenient

Motel was clean, the hosts were very accommodating and pleasant. The towels on our bikes in the morning to wipe off the dew was a nice touch.

The hotel is conveniently located a walkable distance to the main strip of restaurants and bars. The accommodation was simple, clean, quiet, and affordable - just what we were looking for. We stayed in a room with two Queen beds and the room was spacious and beds were firm but comfortable. Soap, shampoo and shower gel are provided, but conditioner is not. A few maintenance improvements are needed: the pull taps on the sinks were very stiff and need to be lubricated. They would be hard to work for someone with arthritis. And the shower head was leaking. Overall, we would happily stay here again.

Older well kept motel. Room was clean but a little shy of towels. Could put a few more in a double room. Bed was comfortable, pillows not so much. You can easily walk thru the downtown core with many restaurants to choose from. We had breakfast at “The Family Place”. Excellent and a 2 minute walk away.
