Very nice room with a king bed and sofa plus two other chairs. Parking is convenient and lots if restaurants in the area. Winning at the casino also helped.

We only stayed one night but were very impressed with the renovated bathrooms. The room was quiet, clean and the bed/pillows made for a good nights sleep. The staff were friendly and engaging which is a rare treat these days. The Ellis’(Regina) PS. Loved the coffee machine in the lobby ☕️

they should say that the beds are quite high. A short person cant get up on the bed without a step stool and somebody older definately would not be able to. liked the hotel but would not stay there again. I am short and had to sleep in the chair

We had problems controlling the roon temperature in Room 211. There is no wall thermostat, it would get too hot. We did not like the fan on continously, too drafty. I shutb the hvac unit off and we opened the window about 1 inch. It was not too bad but in the morning it was too cold so we closed the window. It would then get btoo hot so we would repeat the preformance. We could see by the entrance door where an electrical box had a blank cover on it?? probably where the thermostat should be??

The hotel is very clean and most of the staff were great. Our room was excellent, new carpet and nice bathroom. We had a problem with our reservation and the hotel billed us even though we prepaid for the room. Took a bit more than i thought was reasonable to get it sorted out. I am still not confident that the extra charge won't post to my credit card. Even though the property was excellent, I am not likely to stay here again.

No fault of the hotel but power was off. Waited until 8:00 then checked out and went to Quality Inn instead. We definitely need power and could not stay so we will request a refund from Expedia. Reception desk at Comfort Inn was very helpful in helping us find an alternate lodging.

Upon arriving the front desk associate was very helpful and welcoming. The room was very spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. We were in the new wing. It was very quiet. The breakfast was delicious, there was scrambled eggs, sausages, pancakes, cinnamon buns (homemade, I think) and all the other stuff you find at breakfast. The hotel manager came through and greeted us. It was a wonderful experience. Would definitely stay there again.

Upon arriving I was told that pet rooms were all booked up/not available and that Expedia books all Moose Jaw visitors with pet rooms. To me, this wasn’t my problem. The woman at the front desk was accommodating however we found ourselves with two double beds when we paid for 1 king size room. This comfort inn and suites was much older than the one in Medicine Hat. We were hoping that there was consistency between them, we were wrong. Breakfast was very good. We will not be booking this hotel again in Moose Jaw.

Pros: the hotel was very clean and breakfast was well stocked. Based on the number of cars in the lot it was fully booked but was very quiet. Would have rated a 5/5 if it weren\'t for 2 big issues... Cons: the misfortune of being checked in by Gayle. This was the 5th hotel we checked into on this vacation and had impeccable service at all the others on check in and check out. She must have known and was determined to change that because she was single handedly the worst check in experience in 30 years of travel. Rude, demanding, sarcastic, and to sum up her attitude "didn\'t give a f#$k". My family was shocked I didn\'t absolutely lose it on her. All I can say to management is give her job to someone with a desire to work. Someone with zero customer service experience would be an improvement. We arrived shortly after the 3pm check in time and we\'re told our room was still dirty and as Gayle scrolled through her list of rooms she said nope dirty, dirty, dirty. You can\'t check in. And that was that. She did eventually put us in what appeared to be an accessibility room and the room was fine but there was a line of people behind us who likely had to wait until their rooms were ready. Not sure if this was Gayle being difficult and not willing to do some extra room shuffling or if they were extremely short cleaning staff. Either way not a great way to start our stay after 8 hours of driving.

Pretty standard Comfort Inn for the most part, layout-wise. Very very clean however, as well as quiet. Convenient location, especially if it's just a layover on a longer road trip. Quite close to Mac the Moose if you were wanting to see him. I wouldn't say walkable, but very very short drive. They partner with several local restaurants (including Boston Pizza and Moxie's) to grant a discount if you show your server your room key.

Our king suite was really spacious and comfortable. As we were visiting family, it was nice to have a little sitting area. We also enjoyed the automatic pancake machine in the breakfast room. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The price was very reasonable, check in was fast and the person at the desk was very nice, however the property is older, a bit shabby, run down and dated. If you can afford $25 more to stay at the Ramada up the road, it has better access to basic services, nicer amenities, and is much more modern and up to date. It also has a much better breakfast included.

Everything could be improved a little bit. Everything was okay. The hotel was loud. The breakfast was subpar cinnamon buns super dry. Shower was half assed. Toilet was so low felt like a child toilet.
