Never made it to pool. Stayed in accessible room 101...with walk/roll in shower. 1. Needs an anticipation mat. Very slippery is you stand for shower. 2. If you sit for shower...the hand held is too short to get a proper showering.

The room definitely needs a deep cleaning. I cleaned the shower myself to remove some of the mold. I also removed a lot of mold from the bottom of the patio doors. Upon arrival I received a text telling me to respond if I needed anything. The body wash was empty and I requested more towels (I stayed 2 nights) but there was no response. The in room jacuzzi was amazing and the staff were friendly.

The dust in the Ac is disgusting! Overall is not bad place ! The sauna is never hot !
