the room was clean, however is sounded like a family of 15 were staying above us and they ran laps around their room for HOURS, it was so loud. The hot tub jets weren't working and the pool was freezing.

Basic pool and hot tub but my kids loved it. We also loved the hdmi cable they leave hooked up to the tv as most hotels we’ve been to make it difficult or impossible to connect a console or laptop. The most disappointing part was arriving and finding out the gym is closed the days we are there. I wouldn’t have booked a hotel without a gym so maybe an email or some sort of advanced notice would have been nice. Decent place but I’ve certainly stayed in better for the same price.

This Hotel is very clean and modern. The bathrooms are HUGE for a hotel. Our view looked over the mountains. We loved that is was right on the main road so very easy to find and get back to. Radium Hot Springs is minutes away and so is Invermere, Fairmont and many hikes. The pool was very clean and located right off the elevator so we didn't have to travel far to use it. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room, hotel and staff was fantastic. Hotel is located in a great location, walkable to great restaurants and things to do, and convenient parking.The pool and hot tub really badly needed to be cleaned.

I had an issue during check-in, as I was initially given a room that was already occupied. After this was brought to attention, the receptionist’s attitude was not very pleasant, which made the situation uncomfortable. Check-out, however, went smoothly. There were mops and brooms placed next to the receptionist desk in the guest standing area, which did not look appropriate. The floor carpets in the common areas also appeared dirty. The room itself was acceptable, but overall the property did not match the way it was presented in the pictures online.

Room was clean and comfy, the staff was great. Only concern was my son had left his hat in the hotel room (100% sure on it) but had to call the hotel a few times to keep checking and they said it wasn’t there. The hot tub was also dirty so we let the staff know.

Very bad Internet, almost no internet at all... AC didn't work, we asked in reception to fix it, they said unplug and plug again, we did it and it was better just for short time, then it stopped working again.( at that time was more than 30°C outside).

We were really looking forward to our stay at this hotel, but unfortunately, we left feeling tired and disappointed. Our room was located directly opposite the lift and the ice machine—arguably the worst spot in the building. While we understand that staff can't control guest behavior, the constant noise from people coming and going, plus frequent foot traffic in the corridor, made it nearly impossible to relax. To make matters worse, the ice machine runs continuously and is incredibly loud. Between that and the lift noise, getting a decent night's sleep was out of the question. We asked to be moved to a quieter room, but were flatly told "no" with no explanation or effort to help resolve the issue. On top of all that, our room didn’t even have a remote control for the TV. Overall, this was not the restful, enjoyable experience we had hoped for. If you value peace, sleep, or basic amenities, I would strongly suggest requesting a room far from the lift and ice machine—or considering other accommodations altogether.

We had to make a last-minute reservation for the long weekend, and most hotels were fully booked. This was the only place with rooms left, so we ended up booking it at a high price. Unfortunately, the experience was terrible. The mattress was completely saggy, which gave me back pain, and the pillows were so uncomfortable that I almost got a headache. But the worst part was the noise — the rooms have absolutely no soundproofing. I was woken up multiple times by footsteps from the floor above, conversations from the neighboring room, and people walking in the hallway. It was chaotic and exhausting. Also, the TV wasn’t even a smart TV and couldn’t be connected to my phone. Honestly, I would rather go camping than stay here again. Definitely not coming back.

This is the second time we have stayed at the Prestige in Radium, we absolutely love it there. The front desk is always so welcoming and ready to help you with any questions or problems you may need. Cleaning staff are always on top of everything and always have a smile on their face. Rooms are always comfortable and clean, the in house restaurant serves a mean breakfast check it out. We love Radium and are very thankful for the Prestige for always giving us a wonderful stay.

This hotel had every convenience - even a spa. The check-in was fast and since the building is very long, there were multiple points of entry/exits provided, which is very appreciated when travelling with a dog. The room was so clean and the bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The sheets were so crisp! And I never use that term to describe sheets lol. The pillows were soft, yet supportive. Again, I was really impressed with how clean everything was. The building is very well maintained and it is very clear they care about ensuring comfort and convenience for their clients. The restaurant was very good and the prices were not exorbitant as they tend to be in tourist destinations. The servers were genuinely friendly and you could tell the kitchen put a lot of love and care in preparing the food. There was a hockey convention staying while we were there and we heard nothing. The privacy and lack of any noise was very impressive. After staying the previous weekend at a different hotel in Edmonton, that had paper thin walls, and rowdy patrons at all hours, we really appreciated the quiet. We love Radium Springs and will only be booking with Prestige from now on.

Front desk guy DAkota not friendly and abrupt. He should learn how to be friendly to all. You can see how his behaviour and his tone changes from one costumer to next. Room service was not done even though it was requested. When you’re out most of the day, you want to come back on a nice made bed to rest. When we requested it done, we were told that’s it’s too late now because the cleaning staff had gone home. That was 3pm in the afternoon. Probably not staying there again.

This hotel is strategically placed on the main corner of Radium. Easy access to many cafés, ice cream shops and restaurants. The Konrad Kain restaurant attached to the lobby has excellent food! Staff are very friendly and dedicated to best service prior, during and leaving a stay. 10/10 stars.
