This property is a little older and it’s age is starting to show! Some renovations would surely be welcomed! However, the rooms are clean, staff is friendly, and there is a good restaurant right across the street! I never worry about the safety of my motorcycle! The complimentary breakfast is actually very good! It’s a decent portion! My favourite part is the little gazebo in the back. We always have a few drinks out there after a long day on our bikes!

The room was very clean and quiet, the complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus. I knocked it down by 1 star as I was not provided a voucher for the breakfast, had to ask for one later, and while there is a small gym, was not able to power on the treadmill and and elliptical is in need of repair.

Lots of available parking all monitored by camera. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, big tv, clean and very soft towels. Free breakfast included at on site restaurant, freshly made to order not a continental. They have 3 buildings, if possible ask to stay in the main building with the lobby and restaurant.

It was a comfortable stay with suitable amenities. The room was quiet with respect to other guests. The AC was too loud to use for very long. It would have been nice to have a lamp on both sides of the bed. While the room was very clean, the hallway rug was quite stained and the hotel entrance needed cleaning attention as well. Some areas are a bit dated. The staff was friendly and attentive. The restaurant was very good as was the included breakfast. Along with ample parking, the location was good..

We got an upgrade to our room as they didn’t have the room we booked online, our suite was spacious, clean and comfortable for the night. The girl working the front desk was helpful and nice, would stay here again.

Very clean and the on site restaurant was great for dinner and the included breakfast. Asked the front desk attendent if they knew where they was an EV charging station. She didn't know or give suggestions on where to look. Later when we went out we found one right in their parking lot. Feel that's something she should have known. Bed was very firm but not hard. Pillows were ok. Bathroom very small, cannot stress this enough. Room AC was very noisy and didn't quite get cold enough. To be fair though, I like a really cold room, so not sure any hotel could get it cold enough for me. Still, if i was every in RMH austin and needed a hotel, would stay there. Cleanliness is huge for me and it was that.

It was a fine stay for a couple of nights. Nothing fancy and could use some upgrades, but not much to complain about either. I was in room 118 and I would say that room isn’t great for people who like to sleep in. It’s directly across from the cleaning staff’s main room. They start at 6am and it can be very noisy between the staff talking, machines running, etc. This room was also directly beside a sidewalk where people were smoking/hanging out. And so it felt weird to leave my curtains open during the day as people were looking directly in. The beds are also EXTREMELY firm. As in hard as a rock.

Loved how quiet our room was. The room was large and the bed very comfortable. (Liked that there were ample pillows for us (4). Hate when the 2 of us have to share 3 pillows!) The breakfast was very good. If we are ever in the area again, we'll likely consider your hotel.

The building is definitely showing its age but the rooms were up to date for the most part. Breakfast was great, hot and made to order. Not the typical hotel microwaved eggs on a steam table. You can hear noise from the hallway in your room pretty loudly. Overall was good though. Would stay again

Excellent stay. All the staff from front desk to restaurant to breakfast staff were amazing. So friendly and informative. Definitely would stay again. Only thing I would have to say is that the pillows could be a little better quality.

Check in took awhile due to staff shortage and volume, but front desk clerks very polite and helpful. Room was clean and quiet. The bed was very firm. The restaurant has many tables that are not in service for breakfast (staff shortage also?), so the line up for the complimentary breakfast is long and moves slowly. Also, apparently this is the only restaurant in Rocky that provides a sit down breakfast, so many others also come here. All in all a good stay, and I would recommend this hotel.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Requested a quiet room and that’s what we got. Room was clean and homey. Pillows could use a redo. Beds and bedding good. Liked having a fridge, microwave and table and chairs to prepare some light meals. The included breakfast was more than adequate. Choice to upgrade breakfast for a differential. We enjoyed our stay here!

Great staff. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was firm which is great. Our room location was not ideal as various HVAC noises made me wish i had earplugs. For our purposes the location was great for a home base for weekend hikes. I would stay there again.

The restaurant was closed. The hotel did offer breakfast vouchers to a variety of fast food chains. The reason we had chosen to stay there was the restaurant was open on our last stay. With having dietary issues, food is always an issue. No other complaints.
