Beautiful home. We stay in Carlton Landing every summer. This was our favorite home. We will most likely book this home again next summer even though we like to switch it up.

Loved it! Great kitchen with everything you need. Very nice grill. So many nice bathrooms. Beds were really nice and great location. Easy walk to pool, coffee shop, and pizza place.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was great. Communication between the property management and I was less than adequate. Had no clue we had an uninvited guest that was staying in the apartment over the garage. Would have been really nice to know the owners rented that out instead of seeing the guy peering into the kitchen. Communication could have been more forthcoming and a bit more friendly.
