Nice to have a view of the st Laurence river from our balcony, kitchen had everything we needed

Was nice clean all equiped only the pillows wasnt enough comfortably& No light in the parking for the cars

Reception was courteous and quick. Room were excellent and clean. The parking was not lighted at night and breakfast were limited.

Clean rooms & halls. Helpful staff. There were a lot of weeds/ brush on one side of the building. Would recommend for anyone visiting this area.

Quality Suites is on Rte 138 river side. Older bulding, great location - views of the St. Lawrence and Ste. Anne Basilica. Good check-in, clean place and room; we had 3rd floor room closest to river - elevator and stairs available. Room has basic amenities; rooms set-up a bit funky but worked. Close to Ste. Anne basilica, pier, village; short drive to Mt. Ste. Anne. .

Lactose free options. Staff was very friendly. Room was like a mini Apartment with balcony and water view.

Check in was brief and unwelcoming. Room was okay. Outside patio area was weedy and unkept. Breakfast that was included was terrible and there was no housekeeping done even though we were there for 2 nights. I would have expected to have at least our bed mzxe and covfee replaced considering we psid almos $500.00 for the 2 nights. We will not stay there again

C'était bien mais la propreté laissait peu à désirer...les fenêtres avaient beaucoup de poussière et avaient été mal nettoyer, autant à l'extérieur qu'à l'intérieur...la tapisserie était decollée à plusieurs endroits

L hotel correct pour qualité prix. Chambre propre, tout y etait. Pour le déjeuner, ça c est non. Plus de café à 9h, machine vide. Manquait de jus, personne nettoyait les tables, café repandu sur table et parterre. Ustencils sales. Je comprends que c est dejeuner continental, justement pour le peu de disponible, il en manquait. Le pire, tables, chaises, plancher sale. Meme traitement sur 2 jours. Pas sûre d y retourner.

Housekeeping never took away the old soaps in the shower prior to my stay. As well as during my stay The TV in the sitting area doesn’t work the TV in the bedroom needed new batteries. The shower fills with water as u hav a shower This place is old not great value for what they charge

The mattress on the bed was as hard as rock.

While booking the rooms, we got the options to select Murphy bed or two queen bed. But after reaching there there were no two queen beds. Only option for 1quern bed and 1 Murphy bed. Which was not mentioned previously while doing the booking.

Let me list the issues. 1) Hair and stains on bed sheets When we checked in, we were surprised to find plenty of hairs and stains on the bed sheets. The more baffling aspect was that after getting numerous replacements, they had the same issue. It got to the point where you could see the hair and stains before bed was even setup in subsequent attempts to replace the bedding.The manager insisted that it was due to the quality of material they are using and not an indicator of the cleanliness. Well, even if I trust his word, it must be said that this can be a big problem. 2) Dishonest booking options. We booked the option for 2 Queen beds. However, what was there when we got the room was 1 Queen bed and a Murphy bed. The height of the Murphy bed is very low and can be uncomfortable. The manager also informed us that every suite in the building only has 1 Queen bed Murphy bed. Given that is the case, this must be considered as dishonest booking options. 3) Murphy bed causes hazardous walking areas. When the Murphy bed is setup, there is almost no room to walk safely from the side facing the window to the side facing the kitchen. There is a sofa near one corner and a TV stand near the other corner. The low nature of the bed also makes it difficult to properly gauge the distance to the corners when getting through the tight spot. There were several times when we had our foot get struck on the bed. Please try to fix these issues since the location is perfect!

The best part was the young lady working behind the desk. So helpful and accommodating. We would recommend to anyone. Breakfast was wonderful as well. Everything was perfect. Will be back

The check in was ok with a very friendly helpful smiley young girl (name?) slim onTuesday sept 9. On Wednesday afternoon we had to reset our keys as we decided to stay longer. The heavy girl that was there seemed not so happy to reset the key as I think we disturbed her dinner. Again name? No name tag. She obviously doesn’t like her job and people. In the wrong business. Otherwise great stay

Finalemement je n'ai jamais séjourné dans cet hôtel car le matin même je recevais un appel téléphonique pour me dire que l'hôtel n'avait pas de place disponible malgré un numéro de confirmation qui m'avait été donné lors de ma réservation. Toutefois le monsieur de cet hôtel m'a réservé un autre hôtel (Sleep inn).

The front desk staff were rude and disrespectful. They also made a mistake with the Wi-Fi code and required us to come back downstairs to obtain the correct one. When we asked why we needed to come down and why the correct code couldn’t be provided over the phone, they responded that we were not their only customers. This response was unacceptable, especially since the error was theirs. It would have been reasonable for us to remain on the line from our room while they assisted another customer. Overall, their attitude was rude and unprofessional.

Rude staff

Check in went well, and the room was great. The free breakfast was good as well. But before I checked out, I had the do not disturb sign on the knob, but came back and found a guy (possibly staff??) coming out of my room. I’m sure it was just a mistake as nothing was missing, but I didn’t appreciate having someone in my room when it wasn’t requested. Otherwise everything was great!

The receptionist was very nice and made our check-in smooth and easy. The facility is clean inside and outside. Bed was very comfortable.

We arrived and requested a room on third floor with a view and balcony. We had reserved a suite with "murphy bed" and the room was perfect for 2 people with 2 queen beds and privacy between the rooms. A half fridge with cooking burners and microwave were great for our own meals. We got a great view of the river and the church. The breakfast was pretty good and satisfying. the owner and/or manager was meticulous with keeping everything clean, he was incredible, professional and courteous. Rooms were cleaned and replenished with towels daily. We had a great time staying here to ski at Le Massif and St. Anne. Some places to eat across the street and next door as well. The price was very reasonable and I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay as a family with kids was good . We liked their breakfast . Lot of amenities like restaurants, tourists spots close to the hotel was a great option .

Très positif comme endroit !!..nous avons passés 3 jours donc 2 nuits d'une façon très confortable !!..bon déjeuner..le propriétaire très sympathique..vu imprenable du fleuve de notre galerie..cuisinette et tout..et...notre coup de coeur..la navette fluviale de Sainte Anne de Beaupré jusqu'au vieux port de Québec..le départ de la navette ce trouve à proximité de l'Hotel sur le quai, nous nous sommes rendus facilement à pied !!..avec nos vélos !!..retour en vélo à l'hôtel de Québec !!!..évidemment..une visite chez la Basilique Sainte Anne s'impose..et encore une fois, nous y sommes allés à pied de l'hôtel !!...donc un séjour fortement recommandé

The property is outdated. The AC controller is not working. Too hot inthe room Breakfast is terrible. Coffes is waterdown. No croissants or eggs. Won't come back again

This booking was a breath of fresh air compared to the stay we had prior. It was the privacy we really were looking for. No one watching us or bothering us. It was exactly what we needed and more. The kitchen fully furnished and living room fully furnished with murray bed was incredible and unlike any other hotel experience we have had. It was the least expensive hotel we have also had. The balcony was our first ever hotel balcony experience as well which was so freeing and wonderful. Every part about this hotel was amazing and the scenic view was beautiful as well. We will definitly be booking again and the moment we got to our room we had wished we had booked our entire trip at this one hotel. Such a blessing and we will be back if we drive through Quebec again. The only thing is the included breakfast was to be offered between 6AM-10AM on the website and on our itinerary details on the website. When we came down for breakfast at 9Am it was finished. That was sad but we were still happy to be there and we bought groceries at the nearby grocery store and cooked breakfast in our room so that was a blessing and made up for missing breakfast. We left the place clean and we were treated very nicely by the front desk staff. They are a joy to have and deserve a pay raise and many tips. Thank you for having us. We will see you again someday.

We stayed at the hotel for a ski vacation - it's about a 10 min drive to Mont. St. Anne. The managers on duty were responsive and helpful. The breakfast was typical for what you'd expect and the staff did a good job of keeping the tables clean and refilling supplies. The room was decently clean and the beds were comfy.We enjoyed our stay.
