I booked this hotel for the pool only to find out it wasn’t open. The ice machine was broken so no ice! Otherwise the room was spacious and clean. Although it’s a busy area, we couldn’t hear any street noise.

The toilet in our room was wobbly and not fastened to the floor. The bathroom floor tiles were dirty. Although we were in a no smoking room there was an odor in the hallways. On the exterior, the building was run down and at first I thought I was at the wrong address. The awning looked like it was hit by a truck and was going to collapse. The only positive was the restaurant was clean and the food was decent.

The hotel from the outside looked inviting but however once entering the lobby and reception area was not up to expectations. The hotel itself walking up the stairs was not vacuumed and dust everywhere. The room was not very inviting as we had travelled 12 hours to reach the hotel. The room was not what one would have expected. I have stayed at numerous Quality Inn And Suites and this hotel would not be one of my choices. Sorry but you asked for feedback. As a large hotel chain one would have expected quality through out.very dissatisfied.

The hotel room was disgusting. It was beyond old and unkempt: rusty lamps, peeling wallpaper (with a creepy smiley face drawn on by a previous guest, I presume), shaky faucet in the shower, broken (and mouldy) coffee maker to name a few problems with the room. It was the worst Quality Suites I've ever stayed at. I'm aware that this was a low budget hotel room but this was lower than low budget and I will be avoiding Quality Suites altogether. I don't like to leave entirely negative reviews so I'll end by saying that I did appreciate that the floors were not made of carpet (which is great for someone with a dust allergy like myself) and breakfast was good (mind you, the waitress on the second day had a very bad attitude). All in all, 0 out of 10!

The bedside lights and plugs were out of order. The electrical outlet by the coffee maker was also not working so it was inconvenient to charge devices overnight. We stayed 2 nights and there was no housekeeping during our stay.. As well, we complained at the front desk about the electrical issues noted above and they were not addressed. The room and bathroom were clean and they issued vouchers for breakfast in the attached restaurant, but the room was overpriced for what we got..

Property very dirty. The bathrooms not clean enough, coffee machine did not work at my room, no lightbulb in the main lamp in my mom’s room, the carpets were dirty with food bits in front of my door, no one vacuumed during my stay. The breakfast was surprisingly good, the lady serving was so kind and nice. I travelled with kids and seniors, breakfast experience was the only good thing. Note, breakfast is a set menu: egg, sausage, bread, potato, fruit, coffee.

Nous avons eu plusieurs problèmes avec la chambre. La première donnée n'avait pas été nettoyée. La deuxième chambre avait plusieurs meubles brisés, une prise de courant non sécuritaire, un réveil matin brisé, une porte patio brisée et donc laissée entre ouverte durant notre séjour, pas de boîte de mouchoir, un système brisé pour le shampoing, le revitalisant et le savon, un contenant vide de revitalisant, une porte qu'on ne pouvait verrouiller. Nous voulons mentionner que le personnel a bien tenté de nous accommoder et que le déjeuner était excellent. Nous souhaiterions donc avoir un remboursement pour tous les inconvénients. Merci!

Arrived early and the front desk lady was not accommodating. The arrival time was beyond our control. Had to sit in the car for 3 hours. I had called and requested a balcony and the person who I was talking to agreed. Upon arrival was told we could not have a balcony but rather a walk out room. Two outside garbage cans were overflowing. The door was very difficult to open and close. I have stayed there numerous time over the past 20 years. Never again

Chambre propre et Le personnel très gentil le M. De bonne aide et de bonne foi a pu nous aider avec la réservation que expedia à canceller sans me confirmer par courriel ou sur leur site. Puis le matin la dame nous a imprimer la note de la part d'expedia comme preuve car selon expedia, ils ne sont pas fautif. Mais drôlement expedia (qui me dit ils ne sont pas dans l'erreur) nous a rembourser suite à un bon moment au téléphone avec eux et cela sans compter au tout début avec la réservation en ligne du a une surcharge de la part d'expedia. Je ne recommence pas EXPEDIA. Par contre, je RECOMMANDE l'hôtel et le resto déjeuner très gentil et serviable.

We arrived at the property around 830 pm and our room was not ready. The person checking us in was very kind but we were confused as to how our room was not ready. They estimated it would be a. 30 min wait. We waited and then we were told they would make sure it was clean. Unpon arriving to our room it was insanely hot and there was hair scattered all around the bathroom. We requested a fan however they do not carry fans and the concierge said they had been working on the unit and suggested we wait an hour or so to see if it cools off and there were no other rooms available. Luckily we were able to open the window which provided some relief from the sauna like condition of the room. The ac unit made a terrible racking sound all night and never cooled the room. Because we had booked the room through Expedia there was nothing the hotel could do to adjust the compensation either.

Staff were great, English or French, possibly other languages as well. Building dated but clean. The free Continental breakfast at the restaurant attached was great. My wife had fruit with eggs over easy and bacon because of her gluten allergy. Staff assured her that she would be fine. I had sausage eggs and toast, vary good. Best continental breakfast at any hotel I have stayed at. Server was great and again could speak at least two languages.

The check in was great as we arrived a bit early and our room was easy to access with our luggage! Very clean and the staff was wonderful! We were referred to a restaurant in walking distance and it did not disappoint! The included breakfast next door was awesome!

Staff at reception is not explaining properly how you can get an included into price breakfast, coupons that they are providing, gives only discount, does not pay the whole breakfast from restaurant nearby. Restaurant staff also is not going into details when you showing up for a breakfast with coupons but giving you a regular menu to choose from which is not completely covered by coupons. So "included" breakfast is not completely free if you're choosing from menu.

L'hôtel est très bien, chambre très propre, très confortable. Le déjeuner gratuit au restaurant adjacent est parfait. C'est un déjeuner de base mais on peut changer ou ajouter des aliments pour un petit supplément. Le seul point négatif, durant notre séjour, il y avait de la construction sur la route devant l'hôtel, ce qui compliquait légèrement les déplacements.
