We really liked the very clean rooms and facilities. The pool and hot tubs were spotless. The guest room appeared to be recently renovated and even had a low flow, elongated bowl Toto toilet. The hotel also has a single, complementary level 2 EV charger as well as dozens of available 110 volt outlets. If we ever travel back through, we will plan to spend another night here.

We went sledding in the sicamous area. This place os awesome. Rooms are clean, the parking is massive, they lock gates at night amd have security to watch the vehicle/sleds. Breakfast is good, and overall just the best place in town for sledders

The room was large and clean. It had a fridge and coffee machine which was much appreciated. The parking was not assigned so sometimes had to park away from the room which made unpacking or packing more challenging with the large trucks/sleds beside the room we were in. Also very noisy on the lower floor and with the heaters turning on and off. No temperature control was observed.

Family size of 5 stayed for a night. We got a one bedroom suit for family. Two queen sized beds in the main room and an additional queen bed in the suite. A lot of room for family, a in suite fridge and a microwave are available for us. Their complementary breakfast is so lovely. Hight recommend their freshly made waffles.

Overall our stay at the Best Western with our two dogs was great. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and I like that the staff put us closer to the grassy areas so we didn't have to walk across the property to take our dogs out for a pee. The only negative to this hotel is the toilet closet/shower is SUPER SUPER tight and the toilet VERY low so try to do contortion when going to the bathroom was less then enjoyable. We didn't get to the experience the amenities within the hotel as it was a quick in and out but we would definitely stay again in a stopover.

Customer service was awesome. Very clean, very secure, quiet, full breakfast and comfy beds. What else could we ask for? It apparently has a pool and two hot tubs but we them on this trip. Thanks BW Sicamous. Great stay.

We were unaware the property didn't have an elevator and we were placed on the 2nd floor. My friend and I both have knee issues and are in our upper 60s. Getting our luggage upstairs was a problem. We asked the front desk clerk if we could move to the 1st floor and she said nothing was available. There were only 4 total cars there that night and the manager the next morning said there should have been room on the 1st floor. He said he'd talk to the desk clerk. Otherwise, it was a very nice stay. We loved the breakfast with all its choices and ate outside in a courtyard with beautiful flowers.

We have stayed at this location a few times and highly recommend it. The only detraction for us during this stay was that the person who checked us in was a little abrupt. We also noticed during this stay that they forbid you from backing in to parking spaces, without explanation, which seems peculiar and conflicts with my many years of driving experience. Otherwise we were fully satisfied. I encourage the hotel to either rethink their parking policy or to ensure that guests know the reason for the policy.

It was a good highway location for an overnight stay on our way to ghe Rockies. Staff friendly but not very good at giving recommendations on things to do in the area, and how to get there on foot - the motel is located close to a roundabout on the highway, and it proved to be difficult to find a way to walk without being on the highway shoulder. Once we found our way to the town we found very pleasant places to stroll and a lovely place to eat right by the water.

Great stay for our family! The proximity to anemities was helpful! Located off a major road but incredibly quiet. We took our dog and it has ample space for our pup. The front desk gave us a little gift (liver treats and baggies!) In proximity to Dutchmans and big fruit shop. Access to pool and delicious continental breakfast (had a great selection). Sicamous is such a lovely place! Great rest point if you are traveling across the interior to Vancouver!

Although the hotel is located by a major highway we did not hear any traffic noise. The accommodations were spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly and efficient. We will not hesitate to stay there again.

This is a great stop for overnight on our way to Banff from Vancouver. Clean room and friendly staff. Breakfast was great! They had make-your own waffles, sausages, eggs, fruit on top of usual continental service. Nearby beach with friendly locals.

Awesome stay as always. Hotel is very clean. Staff are welcoming and helpful. Beds are super comfortable. The breakfast options were amazing, better than far more expensive hotels I’ve stayed at. Didn’t swim this time but the pool area was nice. Cameras in the parking lot and close to everything in sicamous. Will be back again!! It never disappoints
