The bed was great, the staff were lovely, and the room was clean, but the room had a bit of a smell as though the last person who stayed there was a smoker. Also, be aware that the photos of the pool make it look a lot bigger than it actually is. It’s very small.

This hotel is so well cared for and clean! You can tell they take pride in the condition of all areas in the hotel. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great with scrambled eggs, bacon and hash browns. We will definitely stay there again!

We had the best time. Staff were so friendly and welcoming we loved everything about the hotel except the bed!! Definitely needs an upgrade we sank to the middle of the bed the whole weekend. It was uncomfortable and grooves in the middle.

Staff very friendly & helpful. Nice breakfast options. The only complaint I had was the bed on our 1st stay was not comfortable, on our 2nd stay in a different room the bed was awesome. I did mention to the front desk about the bed on our 1st stay & they made note of this & said they are in the midst of changing all the king size beds & that particular room had not been changed yet.

The staff and facilites were great, but there was a boat load of kids in for a hickey tournament and it was not fun. The parents or caregivers of the team did nothing to deal with the children.. they let the kids roam all floors of the hotel running up and down the halls disrupting our stay. They parents just sat in the lobby drinking and hanging out. I feel like the hotel could impose stricter rules for these guests. Aside from that they staff was amazing. Thank you.

The hotel stay was extremely disappointing. First of all, our check-in process was delayed and we had to wait an hour before we were able to get into our room. This was unacceptable and put a damper on the start of our stay. Furthermore, the food at the hotel was incredibly poor. They were tasteless and lacked any sort of quality. It was evident that the food was not prepared with care or attention to detail. Overall, the hotel stay was a letdown and did not meet our expectations. We were left feeling unsatisfied and frustrated with the experience.

The staff are very friendly and acommodating. We had 2 rooms that were immaculate. Alot nicer than what I expected. Very clean and great value. It was very welcoming after a long day on the ice. The boys crushed the breakfast. The coffee machine has a wide selection and produced a great coffee.

What a nice property! 2 out door seating areas with bbq’s, an area around the back for dogs to be touleted complete with poop bags and a hose. The area is known for its chip truck culture and 2 very popular one’s (Larry’s and The Riv) were very walkable. The Tim Horton’s is also very close by. The front desk has a small area beside it with chips and other snacks,as well as a cooler with cold beverages and a freezer with frozen treats and microwavable meals all for store prices! No price gauging at all! Overall our stay was great! My daughter only cared about the pool and given her reluctance to leave it, I’d say she was a big fan too!
