We had a wonderful person greet us who was very kind and professional. Our room was spacious, clean, and quite peaceful. The breakfast staff and food were good. The only recommendation I have is to improve the lighting in the back, as it was quite dark and made it difficult to see the room numbers and unload our vehicle.

Great option for a quick stay as we were traveling through. Nice room, nice amenities and good breakfast. Onsite restaurant/bar was very nice to have after a long day of travel as well. Not at all the ritzious hotel, but clean and safe. Would recommend and stay here again.

The internet was not a very good connection. It looked like something spilled on the floor. I grabbed a hand towel to whip it up. The towel was black where I rubbed it on the floor (laminate or vinyl flooring). The rest of the room was clean

Comfortable room with nice bedding and temperature easy to control. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was fine and sink separate to toilet/ shower was helpful as we could both get ready easier. After 13 hours of driving we were excited to get a nice room and rest. At 1:30am the room beside was rented out. Apparently there is ZERO sound proof between these rooms.. we could hear their little dog barking the whole time they unloaded. Then we could hear their tv, their toilet flush... their whole conversations... it was very frustrating. We packed up and left at 2am!

Is a good choice when travelling across Canada. It is though, to be perfectly clear, an updated & repurposed motel. Our room had both an outside and inside door. (And an adjoining door). I was worried that it would be noisy from highway but it was not at all, after about 10 pm. No interior noise at all. The cook for breakfast was wonderful!

The gentleman working the front desk on the night of the 18th was super friendly. Upon checking in they forgot to take my credit card for the damage deposit so he called me apologetically and I said I would be out shortly. After waiting my turn in line he recognized me right away with my credit card in hand “You must be Emily!” I work in the hospitality industry myself and really appreciate the small things. The lady who prepared our breakfast was also notably friendly, asking us how our mornings been and if we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat!

Our family enjoyed our stay. Thank you to the manager of the hotel who went above and beyond to ship the refrigerated medication that had accidentally left behind. She was able to get the medication in time for my next dose and before I left my last stop in Canada before continuing out of the country. Thank you so so much! Great customer service!

We had weird experience at check in. We arrived at 11:30 PM. The lady at the reception greeted us and handed over the keys. When we unlocked the door, we saw the door latch was locked from inside. It means someone is already there inside the room, meaning a guest has already been allocated that room. I have been given the same room. I told the reception lady, she came and did experience the same. The guest came out of the room and expressed her dissatisfaction for very obvious reason. It was an embarrassing situation. The reception lady talked to the guest and managed the situation. She apologized and called one of her colleagues and then it was sorted out and I was allotted the 'correct' room.

The best thing about this hotel was the front desk staff person. I believe her name was Anu. We arrived very late and there was some confusion with our booking. She sorted it out efficiently and professionally. She also ensured our pooch got some treats and was all around a pleasure.

Overall, I liked the hotel. It was only for one night, but we choose it due to it’s proximity to the #1 hwy, other ratings and reviews, and the price. Aside from a really soft bed, we’re happy with our stay. Thank you!

Had trouble setting up TV and bathroom door stuck, had to have my husband open it from entrance area, staff was very nice and room was clean.

I went to the hotel after booking online and they advised they did not have a 2 queen bed room available and only had a one queen bed accessible room and two suites but could not change my room so I would have to call Expedia to get it canceled/refunded and psu for another room. I did do this but Expedia was unable to help me unless Ithey got ahold of thfemanager and she was not available at the time Expedia called even though she was there to tell me they didn't have a room available for me.

We have stayed at the Coast Hotel a number of times. It is a comfortable place to stay the staff is friendly and accommodating. They have a lounge called Smileys and they serve refreshments and have a very good menu. We find it comfortable and is easy to access.
