We spent two days at this hotel with our grandchildren, aged eight and 10. The pool and waterslide are wonderful for that age group. It’s not really suitable for toddlers as there is no shallow end. Overall, we would definitely return.

We stayed 2 days. Hotel was very accommodating other than with towels in the pool area. Basically had to ask for more everytime we were at the pool and then when they did bring towels. More than 3 times they only brought hand towels. We stayed there for the pool. Next time i will jist ask for extra large towels for my room.

Check in was good. Joe at the front desk was extremely pleasant to deal with. Loved that the pool was open until 10pm. Didn’t love the amount of chlorine though. My eyes were burning and we had to leave. Room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold items. We had ham, tater tots, scrambled eggs and pancakes. Loved that they had almond milk in the fridge which I used for my coffee.

It was a beautiful hotel, hot tub and pool were very nice after a long day. However the parking was tight and it was noisy. Could hear everyone walking/ talking in the hallways and neighbouring rooms.

Absolutely loved our stay here. We were just pulling through for a night on our way from Manitoba back to Alberta and after 8 days of camping decided to have a hotel stay. Called the front desk to ask about parking for our trailer and they were super helpful and gave us several options. Check in was quick and easy and the women at the counter was super friendly, making our little girls laugh. Rooms were very clean, beds super comfortable. Pool area was busy but also very clean - towels for the pool were hard to come by but it was the end of the day and a really nice employee was washing and folding and bringing more out as quickly as she could, always with a smile on her face. Literally every employee we came across had a smile or kind word. There was a complimentary breakfast from 6-10 am that we hadn't been aware of. They could have easily just done some muffins cereal etc but there were eggs, hasbrowns, warm cinnamon croissants, ham and fresh pancakes on top of the typical yogurts and cereals. It was delicious and maybe made better by the unexpectedness of it. All in all, would highly recommended this hotel and we will be trying out some of their other locations in the future and for hopefully longer stays!

We stayed here a year ago and it was new and we were very happy. One year later and it’s already looking run down. The shower was so unclean we didn’t have a shower. Breakfast was good and they have excellent coffee. Not sure I would stay there again.

The room was not properly cleaned. The fridge in the room was not working. No cleaning or maintenance staff available. No management staff on site at night. We were on a road trip. We will never go back to this hotel.

Upon folding the bed sheets back on our first night we found long black pet hair everywhere within the bed and on all of the sheets and linen. When calling down to the front desk to get this sorted they sent up new sheets where we were told no one was available to strip and redress the beds. We were given king sized linen for queen sized bedding, and had to call three times to get the correct quantity of sheets to redress our two beds. Zero customer service was provided to help correct the issue, an alternate room was not provided as an option, nor was any compensation considered. Sadly we would rate our experience as very poor for this stay.

Very disappointed as I have stayed in this hotel before many years ago and it was lovely. Unfortunately it was quite dirty this time. We had yellow spots on our bed sheets on both beds. There was lots of dirt on our floors. The mirror has streaks on it. Just unfortunate.

Very comfortable beds and solid amenities but they need a significant upgrade to the TV’s in the rooms surfing through the channels was painfully slow and found I had to download the channel list through thevtv settings menu mid evening as I could not get a number of channels that wanted to watch.

My first stay at Home Inn & Suites went really well. I was in town for an event and really appreciated having a kitchenette. The room was very spacious and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. Staff were very diligent in cleaning the common areas which I appreciated. It was an enjoyable experience staying here and I would stay again.

Everything was great. Except we unfortunately got the room directly above the laundry. So when the machines were running the whole room vibrated. Also the smokers outside below are window were very loud till like 1130 at night. We would stay there again but never in that room😡

This is our 2nd time we stopped here , because of long trip for work and weather. 1st time checking in was slow due to a new person being trained. Understandable. But this time on a busy Saturday. Only 1 person working and an hour it took to check in with 9 people a head of me. My booking was in the system. But I had no room! They front desk person said it wasn't their mistake. So i said ok. Do you have any rooms left. He said yes, but he had to ask tge manager. (by texting the manager instaed of calling ) so I'm holding up the line for another 3 people behind me waiting forever. Got a room, but the front desk person wasn't very happy about doing it. That wasn't my problem. But I was mad to feel like it was!! I had a booking in the system. I guess i can't blame the person wirking the front desk. Must have been stressed out Working a busy Saturday with no help. I blame management.

Will always recommend this property. Great staff makes you feel at Home! Front desk, housekeeping, all had a friendly greeting each time. Wonderful breakfast. Rooms were nice, and always quiet each of the three nights stay.

My daughter had to make an emergency stay due to a migraine. She has two small children and the staff went out of the way to be extra helpful and beyond caring. When she arrived there, coming from emergency, the staff helped her carry her stuff up to her room and brought up a small sampling of food to eat for them. As they had spent a number of hours in the hospital and had not eaten, it was very well received. Thank you so much for looking after my family.

Convenient location. Has shopping and restraints close by. Check in staff were very friendly and welcoming. We were offered a voucher to use at the casino which is just steps away from the hotel. Continental Breakfast was fresh and the area was clean! We will stay here next time we are in Swift Current!

It was a beautiful hotel, hot tub and pool were very nice after a long day. However the parking was tight and it was noisy. Could hear everyone walking/ talking in the hallways and neighbouring rooms.

It's right behind a casino, but was very quiet. We were on the back side of the building and the room was great. Especially loved the countertop/desk that was big enough for both of us and our stuff. Great place to stop after a long drive.

I thought it was a new hotel in the area and when i asked the lady she said no its been here a long time. It was just like its new. Very clean, awesome staff. Breakfast was awesome with real plates, utensils, etc.

Stay was ok. Check in was a bit slow because front desk was on a round when we arrived. I called front desk a few times so phone would ring to try to get someone to come check us in. Room and parking were good. Bed was ok but dipped in the middle. My husband fixed the curtain so it would close properly. Breakfast was cold and not good. Staff were friendly. I think we would stay again, but would eat elsewhere.

Staff there are always so friendly and accommodating. Rooms are large. Also, Always love the spacious and bright lobbies/Breakfast sitting area to hang out and have a tea in the afternoon. Lots of choices for breakfast too!

Check in staff was quick and friendly. Room was large and comfortable. Nice and modern. Lots of breakfast selection but hot food was only lukewarm. Unfortunately the shampoo in our shower had dripped out into the tub and so the bottle was empty but the tub was very slippery. Also, the bathroom sink did not drain properly.

We found everything in both our room and the common areas to be very clean. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful - extra shoutout to a man working in pool maintenance who offered to turn the water slide on for our son when we arrived at 9am (the typical slide hours posted start at 4pm). The only thing lacking in the pool area is either more chairs and/or cubbies or somewhere to be able to place belongings. There were maybe 6 chairs and swimmers had all placed belongings on them, so no one could sit. The breakfast is hot and plentiful, and the kitchen staff are quick to replenish anything running low. Our son especially enjoys the complimentary cookies at the front desk. The A/C is cranked up quite high in the hallway so it’s pretty chilly to and from the pool (pro-tip: this walk is better if you wear the room robes! Very cozy)

Hotel very nice but one bed needs to be replaced and bathroom door needs to be replaced. It was quiet and breakfast was very good.
