This was really a clean and nice place to stay with easy access to Hwy 400. The room was really nice, clean, large, and well equipped. The only thing I can point out as room for improvement is if the property had more than one elevator, for busy times of the day like breakfast time. Nice to have but not a deal breaker for sure.

The staff was amazing, We thought that the hotel was new until we looked closer and realized that it was just super well maintained Free breakfast buffet was great and they even change the hot option every day They also have free snacks on Monday to Wednesday nights We had a mashed potatoes bar on our Wednesday stay 😋

The room was clean, fresh linens, and a tasty continental hot breakfast. The suite we had reminded us of a small two bedroom apartment which made the experience feel more like home. If you have small children that like to go swimming, this place does not have a pool. Staff was very friendly and check-in and out was a smooth process.

Matress and blankets were stained with blood and yellow stains. Our microwave wasnt cleaned, it had leftover butter residue. Couple of insects were found in the bathroom too. The free breakfast was the only thing that was okay.

We’ve stayed here before, rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. The only negative thing I can say is that the rooms were very warm when we arrived, and the carpets were very wet.

The hotel room had cobwebs in corners. The toilet would not flush properly. But we liked the tv with chromecast and liked that the pillows are labelled firm or soft. The kitchen is lovely. I wish there was another chair as it’s a small space for a family of 4 when the pullout bed is in use

Was looking forward to our stay but unfortunately wasn't the greatest. Arrived at 5pm after a 5 hour drive, and we were told my last name wasn't in their system and if I had a confirmation number, then we got told the room wasn't ready and asked we would wait. Website states check in is at 4. Sat around for about 20 mins while other people were checked in, my wife asked if it was ready, they said yes and checked us in. Room was nice but had a stale smoke odour, and the box spring at the foot of the bed was broken. Room was clean and inviting, but pretty humid. The AC worked, but it had a very loud hum which would start and stop intermittently. Had to dispose of 3 silverfish in the bathroom. Front desk weren't really too friendly, but it being a busy weekend for a concert, not really fazed. I found the breakfast decent, hot options as well as decent coffee, toast, pastry, fruit options etc. Staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, I likely wouldn't choose this hotel again, for the price we paid for the one night, I feel there's definitely better options.

So, this is a tough one. The first room we were assigned STUNK so bad that we immediately left and requested a new room. Front desk lady was really nice and we had no problem switching. Second room was nice LOOKING. Nice and spacious, full size fridge, stovetop and a dishwasher. Separate bedroom. Big bathroom. It was clean. Beds were comfy. But it didn’t smell very good either. I didn't complain about the second room because it was significantly better than the first (although same smell just milder so I assume its in the heating/cooling system), it was late and after a full day of Wonderland, I wasn’t really prepared to go from room to room seeking a better smelling one. I figured there was a 50/50 chance the next one would be the same or worse. We just sucked it up and tolerated it for the one night. The breakfast was decent and the staff running it were super sweet. Overall not a bad stay overall, but due to the smell I wouldn’t book again.

Hallways are very warm, not air conditioned. Room air conditioning was good. Hallways and carpets need updating. Rooms could use better lighting. Makeup mirror with magnification in the bathroom would be a nice touch. Our shower had hairs in it, that did not belong to us.

Any hotel that doesn’t provide adequate internet gets a one-star review from me. This is not a third-world country. The internet here was so slow it couldn’t even handle streaming a movie without constant buffering. On the positive side, the hotel was clean, and the breakfast was good. The hotel is absolutely overpriced for what you get. I would not stay here again or recommend.

Both the breakfast and social hour was great. Good variety of food and coffee was not bad. Beds were comfortable and ourbroom had pleanty of space. What i diskliked was the guest wifi service amd access to tv googlecast system. Gaining access to the room wifi was more difficult then it needed to be and we weren't able to get all devices connected. We tried connecting our switch but since a internet bade webpage is needed to complete the log in. The switch would fail final authorization. As for the google cast system to the tv to allow netflix and youtube. If you did manage to get it to connect. It would crash multiple time, say casting is not supported, or buffer to the point its not watchable. If you dont plan on watching TV or need vary reliable internet great place to say. Otherwise you may need to fight to get the wifi working.

We loved our stay at Staybridge Suites. The staff were awesome. The breakfasts were not identical everyday, with some creativity from the chefs with regards to the cooked items. We also had a complimentary light dinner on three nights of the week. The room was well equipped with a lounge/kitchen and then a separate bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, microwave and hob. There was a communal laundry- and reception sold the washing powder. In fact there was a little shop at reception with snack and necessities. We also liked the courtyard in the middle of the hotel, which was a beautiful garden in which you could also enjoy your meals in! The bus was close by too.

We had a suite and loved the separate bedrooms. The TV in our room didn’t work, but there were two others to choose from. The kitchen was great. The rooms were clean and there were a variety of pillows to choose from. It was very quiet and we were able to have a great sleep. We will definitely be back.

Breakfast staff Farsi, Kim, Sandeep and Blessie were exceptional. I have dietary restrictions and was looking for gluten free options at breakfast. They helped me to identify options and offered to have gluten free items prepared. On the second day of our stay, they remembered and had food ready. I really appreciated how easily, willingly and quickly they accommodated my needs. It was exceptional in that I often have limited or no options.

We checked in a little bit later at night and were welcomed by a very friendly front desk staff member. He made check in a breeze before we brought our things in. We came for the Hozier concert and ride share was very easy (and affordable) at this location. The drive downtown can take a bit (but that’s Toronto) so if you’re doing a lot of in-the-city activities, maybe find a spot downtown, but we found it manageable since we weren’t on any time constraints. The room we checked into was on the first floor near two exit doors that were accessible 24/7 from the outside as long as you had your keycard, which was a bonus. The room was impeccably clean, thank you so much to the housekeeping staff!, and had so many amenities. All the works in the bathroom, including a very nice and clean walk in shower with dual shower heads, to everything you would need in a kitchen. We really had an amazing stay!

The property in itself is very nice, spacious, clean.. what makes it particularly appealing is the staff, everyone, that I and my wife experienced, from the housekeeping staff, to the maintenance staff went out of their way to guide or help in minor inquiries, as for the reception staff, front desk, manager all of whom were knowledgeable, ready to help, or do anything possible within their means to make our stay as pleasant as could of been, certainly going to stay there again, thank you to the staff, made our stay enjoyable..

Was looking forward to our stay but unfortunately wasn't the greatest. Arrived at 5pm after a 5 hour drive, and we were told my last name wasn't in their system and if I had a confirmation number, then we got told the room wasn't ready and asked we would wait. Website states check in is at 4. Sat around for about 20 mins while other people were checked in, my wife asked if it was ready, they said yes and checked us in. Room was nice but had a stale smoke odour, and the box spring at the foot of the bed was broken. Room was clean and inviting, but pretty humid. The AC worked, but it had a very loud hum which would start and stop intermittently. Had to dispose of 3 silverfish in the bathroom. Front desk weren't really too friendly, but it being a busy weekend for a concert, not really fazed. I found the breakfast decent, hot options as well as decent coffee, toast, pastry, fruit options etc. Staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, I likely wouldn't choose this hotel again, for the price we paid for the one night, I feel there's definitely better options.

We recently stayed at another Suites style hotel that was missing all these extras and they really do make a difference in your stay. Continental breakfast was good. Just want to warn other potential guests that there is a convention centre across the street from this hotel that was BLASTING, and I do mean blasting, loud bass until 1 am on a Sunday night. It was so loud that our vehicle was vibrating when we entered the hotel parking lot, my kids were terrified by how loud it was when we got out of the car, and we could feel the vibrations in our beds until 1 am and we weren't even on the side closest to the convention centre. Hotel staff tried to get police to shut it down to no avail. This really did impact our sleep (despite 3 white noise machines) and while it's no fault of the hotel, future guests should be aware.

Breakfast staff Farsi, Kim, Sandeep and Blessie were exceptional. I have dietary restrictions and was looking for gluten free options at breakfast. They helped me to identify options and offered to have gluten free items prepared. On the second day of our stay, they remembered and had food ready. The hotel is fairly old, the elevator is a bit rickety. However, the room that we had was updated, clean and the air conditioning worked great. We did not use the amenities except breakfast. It was delicious and there was a lot to choose from. Overall a great price for this hotel. Would recommend.

Excellent breakfast buffet! Had things like omelettes, sausages and bacon, waffles, cereal, bagels, muffins, fruit, yogurt, juice COFFEE, the list goes on. I was very impressed and very full every morning. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday they offer a “light” meal from 530pm-7pm. Buffet style and nowhere near light. We didn’t need dinner after that. Imagine a make your own poutine night! And all at no extra charge!

I stayed at Staybridge Suites for 2 weeks - It was my first time in Canada, and so the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I got the studio room so it was particularly big and spacious but the bed was incredibly big regardless. The kitchenette was stocked well and I cooked often. The fridge/freezer was also big, with an in-built ice maker. Kitchen linen, dish soap was included, and there was even a full size dishwasher. Bathroom shower was spacious and clean. Dove branded body wash, shampoo and conditioner was provided, as well as hand soap and body lotion. I had a large TV in my room which I could connect to my iPad. I did my laundry as well in their self service laundry room with both washer and dryer. There is fast food nearby within walking distance and a bus stop located right outside connecting you to both the subway (Pioneer Village) and the rest of Steeles Avenue. The buffet breakfast was varied with lots of offer. The hot food changed everyday. The hotel also includes an evening light buffet dinner on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights 17:00-19:00 - where the theme is planned out for the month. In reception they offer popcorn from a popcorn machine and fruit punch. Lots to offer - high recommend!

Are staying at the staybridge hotel was very uneventful. There were no issues. We lacked for nothing. The staff was very helpful. The only issue I had at the hotel was in the breakfast area. Mainly the issue was surrounding the type of bacon that was used for breakfast. It was very thin, very thin and salty. I mean, if you're going to have bacon at least let it taste halfway good.
