Very clean/new and reasonably priced hotel. The staff was very professional and friendly. Breakfast was decent and had a bit of everything, they also offer 24h complementary coffee/tea. The common area has a microwave, ice and water machine, gym and pool as well as lots of room to sit. They have a mini market if you want some snacks, though it's not cheap. The room has AC, fridge, TV, radio, phone, hair dryer, iron + ironing board, soap, shampoo and conditioner, kleenex, hangers, and everything you may need for a short stay. The water pressure is pretty good in the shower, you can also adjust the water stream. The bed is comfortable and there are soft and firm pillows. They have plugs with USB ports so if you don't have enough power adapters it's super convenient. The only negative : it's in the middle of nowhere. There are businesses and stores in the area but it's not particularly easy to get around if you're using public transit, especially on the weekend and holidays. If you have a car, it's probably fine since there is a parking lot. At least the bus stop is right next to the hotel, which takes you to the subway station but it's a 20-30 minute ride. In total, it is a good hour and a half away from Union Station. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

This hotel is a hidden gem! Its complimentary breakfast is full of options and changes daily. The staff go out of their way to accommodate any request. The price point is fantastic and the facilities include a gym and pool. Highly recommend this for anyone.

at 8:52pm. noticed the lady bug was in the room from somewhere. It got me so scared. That means the room wasn't inspected when cleaned or so. I hope this get taken in consideration but it also happened before as well. I did not pay for this type of service. I was not accommodated for this last time and hope I will be accommodated for this time. I also proof taken on my phone, this was considered one of the best hotel.

Light guard on the window for the blinds to make it dark to sleep was amazing. Pool was a nice temperature and clean and not busy when we went to use it. The coffee is quite delicious. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was a good size. Staff were friendly and polite. Only issue is the entrance to the building itself could use an adjustment. You should be able to turn in right on the main corner of the property by the highway, instead of having to go around the side or back to enter. Overall a great hotel experience and we would definitely stay there again if we are in the area.

The hotel is clean and the rooms are comfortable and spacious. The distance to downtown is more than 30 minutes driving definitely not a close location. Also, you can hear everything from the other rooms. I was in the 6th floor and I couldn’t sleep my first night because of my next door “neighbors”. They were talking so loud you could hear everything at my side. I had to call reception for them to address it. Everything else was ok.

The hotel is new and quite clean. The rooms although small made good use of space. My only complaint is I stayed in a king room and the traffic noise outside was really loud. Normally, I would use the fan option on the heat/air conditioner to help drown out the vehicle noise. Staff at this property is phenomenal! They allowed me to check out later than the normal late check-out window because I had an evening flight. Michelle at the front desk went above and beyond with helping me find a good nail salon and even called them to let them know I was coming. Will absolutely stay here again when I return to Toronto.

Very comfy and clean, if you need accommodations close to the airport, this is a very nice hotel. Breakfast was good, I wish they could extend the breakfast time on weekends. Very limited dining options in this area, it would have been nice if the hotel had some dining options already prepared for guests. You need a car at this hotel because there is nothing in the surrounding area, nothing is in walking distance. Or you can just call an Uber, they come pretty quickly. I enjoyed the pool, just what I needed to make a quick work trip feel like a vacay!

Cet hôtel est vraiment propre et bien décoré. Le déjeuner compris est bien. C’est fort utilie d’avoir un arrêt d’autobus juste en face de l’hôtel qui nous amène directement à la station de métro (subway) Vaughan Metropolitan Centre. Le personnel de l’hôtel est très sympathique et chaleureux. Les prix sont raisonnables aussi.

Cet hôtel est vraiment propre et bien décoré. Le déjeuner compris est bien. C’est fort utilie d’avoir un arrêt d’autobus juste en face de l’hôtel qui nous amène directement à la station de métro (subway) Vaughan Metropolitan Centre. Very clean hotel, staff were very friendly. The pool was clean and kept at a proper temperature, with comfortable deck furniture. The only "complaint" I have is that it is in an industrial district (right next door to a massive warehouse), with a very busy intersection right in front. Traffic was very noisy all night.

Hotel novo e muito confortável. Quarto amplo, banheiro excelente. Também gostamos bastante do café da manhã. Em termos de localização, fica bem longe do centro da cidade. Tem um ponto de ônibus bem em frente ao hotel, que depois faz conexão com a linha do metrô e leva até o centro da cidade, porém o percurso demora 1:30 hr.

The hotel was very nice and upon arrival staff was very kind, really enjoyed breakfast and that they had different options everyday but overall the stay was good, the beds were really comfy and it was a calm and quiet area. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel I have no complaints.

Check in and out was top notch. Breakfast options were excellent. Room was spotless and well equipped even with a steam iron. Amenities were great. Only thing was the room was 23degrees c and couldn’t get it lower.

24 hours free coffee and water availability was a good thing. Checkout from room itself is a unique experience. Breakfast dint have waffle or pancake , which wasnt a big issue considering the other varieties offered. Staffs were restocking frequently so there was no wait time for the breakfast .

Compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at the room was small, it’s noisy if your window faces the highway and the breakfast area was small especially when everyone is wanting to eat breakfast at the same time

Doors do not slam shut behind you. Amazing and quiet. Blinds make room super dark which we loved Room was clean and arranged well. Breakfast that comes with price was so good!!

We had a great stay here. Upon arrival, the staff at the front desk were very welcoming and helpful. The building is very new and it is very clean. The room was great. My favourite part was the water machine that is available 24/7. Other hotels should take notes of this simple, yet deal breaking feature. Personally, I do not enjoy drinking tap water and the alternative is to usually buy plastic water bottles. So this is a great alternative to also reduce plastic waste.
