Premier Inn Guildford North - A3

I stayed here for a work trip and came away genuinely pleased, especially given the price point. It does exactly what a Premier Inn should do — comfortable, no-fuss, and reliable. Breakfast was included in my stay and delivered on all fronts — everything you'd want to set yourself up for a busy day. No complaints there whatsoever. The room itself was a pleasant surprise — quite spacious and remarkably quiet, which is exactly what you need after a long day of meetings. Sleep quality was excellent. That said, the rooms are showing their age a little. Nothing dramatic, but a fresh coat of paint and a light refresh would go a long way. It's the kind of update that wouldn't cost the earth but would make a real difference to the overall feel. The one frustration worth flagging is around dinner. If you haven't pre-booked the restaurant, don't be surprised to be turned away — even when tables are visibly free. To be clear, this is entirely a management issue around staffing levels, not a reflection on the waiting staff themselves, who were perfectly pleasant. A bit of forward planning on the operational side would easily fix this. All things considered though, for the price, this is a very good option. Comfortable room, included breakfast, and a convenient location. I'd recommend it for anyone visiting Guildford for work.

Room not that clean. Bathroom fan didn't work. Some mold on bathroom. Smoke alarm went off early in AM. False alarm. Overall property in disrepair. Staff disinterested. First time staying at a Premier Inn and probably my last.

Property overall in poor condition. Bathroom fan did not work. Shower surged in temperature and pressure. Some mold in bathroom. The Bed was relatively comfortable however. Probably my first and last time staying in a Premier Inn.

Room was comfortable; simple but met all my needs.

La habitación estaba limpia y el hotel muy cerca del lugar que buscábamos. La verdad que sólo fuimos a dormir sin usar más servicios pero estaba todo limpio y la habitación muy bien de temperatura y bien iluminada.
