Pool area insecure, Unsupervised children in pool, pool cold with unsafe pool floor intakes, non-functional heated pool water jet... unbalanced and over pressured hot tub jets... accessable room with poorly set up regular tub (not handicap friendly)...frozen food for breakfast... pretty clear to us that cheap is the plan here.

The pool and slide is amazing and clean! My daughter and I had a lot of fun! My initial room was quite smelly. The front desk attendant quickly moved us into another room, that was just perfect. The front desk attendant was as friendly and helpful! Starbucks and Timmie’s are close by and I felt the area was safe.

Was very satisfied. Alyce made us feel welcome upon our late arrival. Appreciated the large parking area as i had a 25 foot trailer, thankyou for that. Clean room, comfortable beds and love the four pillows. Will be back if need to overnight for a day or two in the future. Thank you!!!!

Nice room, comfortable, clean. Friendly staff. Pool and hot tub were okay but there was way too many people in there (4 hockey teams of kids) with zero rules or supervision so loud, chaotic and difficult to enjoy. And no pool towels available. No hot water in evening

It’s getting older. Small rooms without easy places to sit. Crammed a table and chairs in front of the air conditioner as the only spot to put them. Cable box provided but not many channels actually subscribed to.

Reception was friendly, fast and efficient. Room was small and beds are needing to be updated because of sloping on the edges, so not the most comfortable. Bathroom quite small. Wifi was terrible, kept cutting out. If anyone has mobility issues, there is no elevator to the upstairs rooms, so it’s 18 steps up. Didn’t get use of the pool/hot tub as someone had broken a glass in there and it was closed for the clean up. That was disappointing but not the hotel’s fault! Didn’t go for breakfast, but it is apparently a frozen, prepackaged breakfast that you heat up. Rough area, we were warned about keeping an eye on our things and surroundings.

The bed and pillows were comfortable. The latch style lock on the room to the outdoors was cracked and breaking which was really concerning. The front desk lady at check in seemed annoyed to be checking someone in at 5:30pm.

The room was very clean and the hotel was nicely designed and kept clean and modernized on the outside. We had to walk up 2 flights of stairs however with no elevator and no AC. It was 32 degrees and they had no AC. The sleep was minimal. What a disaster. The fan barely kept us cool.

Lots of noise from hallway and parking lot late into the evening then again from rooms above early in the morning. Been coming here for a few years now to visit family. Never had an issue prior years with the staff except for this stay. The old lady at the front was an absolute nightmare & rude. She gave attitude as soon as I checked in (leave home at home maybe?) & tossed my debit card at me. When I asked for a receipt for my deposit, she threw a temper tantrum. I never ever in my life witnessed an old lady act like that. Very embarrassing on her part. Maintenance staff & housekeeping were awesome. Upon check out, the other gentleman that checked me out was so amazing & made it a breeze. Other than that weird experience, hotel is average (slightly out dated/wifi a bit slow) but pool was good. Breakfast was good & we got free chocolate!

The staff went above and beyond for our family. They were so friendly, kind and accommodating. From allowing us late breakfast & checkout, to recommending local restaurants and tourist attractions, and even allowing us to securely store our luggage and allowing our family to lounge in the lobby post check out, while our car was in the shop.

There is no security personal on site and the place is surrounded by vagrants homeless. Sermed like it was oncident waiting to infold. Do not leave anything visible in your automobile. Better yet find a different hotel, perhaps even a different city.

The property is quite dated. The hallways were poorly lit. Everything felt dark. For breakfast you had to defrost your own food in a microwave. Wetaskiwin isn't a very nice town. It's better to stay in Leduc or Camrose if you can.

It was all quite good except fot the breakfast, not a fan of frozen foods heated up. When I was there a staff was putting frozen breakfast items in the tray where you get your food. Decided to have breakfast elsewhere. Other than that all is good. Forgot, the north building does not have an elevator, just a note for the handicapped.

Check in shows 3 on Expedia but it's actually 4. Room wasn't ready until 4:40. No waffle maker as it was broken. Room was good. Pool and hot tub good.

The quality of this hotel went above and beyond what was expected for such a reasonable price. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and offered lots of variety. I highly recommend checking out the pool as well. My family had a great time.

Cozy room nicely decorated, comfy beds, great amenities. Housekeeping checked in to see if we needed anything before our second night. Large breakfast area with plenty of choices. Only downside: the egg & sausage choices were placed out frozen & you had to heat your own in the microwave, often creating a long wait for your turn. Not good if you need to eat & dash.

Expedia lists this property as dog friendly, but the property fails to follow through on providing a dog friendly room. We were eventually provided the Jacuzzi room we initially booked a month in advance that INCLUDED notes from us stating we were bringing our two small pets - if you were looking to book with your pet, you should be informed that it is NOT pet friendly and they will make it abundantly known how it isn’t and how inconvenient you are. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfy, but the room smelled horrible. It had just been carpet cleaned so it could have stirred up some underlying older scents but it smelled musky and like somebody had been smoking in it for 10 years. The complementary breakfast consists of some cereal, a broken pancake machine, coffee and juice.
