It was not a restful stay to say the least. Unfortunately the doors to the rooms are heavy and incredibly loud and slam shut. There was a large group staying in the hotel at the time I was there and coming in late and leaving early in the morning. There is also only 1 elevator and construction blocking the stairs making them inaccessible. So there were ridiculously long waits for the elevator. No signage at time of booking that the hotel is under massive Reno’s. I’ve stayed here before and this was so disappointing and took away from me mini stay cation for a selfcare recharge night in a hotel.

Great hotel, great location. Parking underground is expensive ($30 per day including tax) and spaces are very tight to get into. If your driving a full size pickup, good luck

The hotel was lovely and well located. Immaculate rooms. Bathroom a bit dated but very clean. Beds were so comfy. Beautiful oceanfront. Lovely cafe downstairs with homemade pastries and great coffee. Definitely recommend !

These rooms are clean and quiet. And staff are very pleasant and accommodating. The cafe leaves something to be desired though, staff are not helpful and food choices and the stock of menu items are both very limited.

We stayed for 1 night in a room with 2 queen beds. Beds were quite comfortable. The bathroom, although a little bit older, was fairly clean, except for the door which was actually sticky and grimy. But overall everything was clean and well maintained. The neighbourhood and hotel feels very safe. The hotel is right across the street from the ocean, and there's a train track that lies between the ocean and the hotel. We saw at least one Amtrak train go by, and then heard two freight trains in the night, and the building shook with that. The underground parking was well lit, safe, and immaculate. Staff was friendly and helpful. The coffee in the cafe was excellent. Definitely worth staying here, even if you have to drive a bit extra: it's worth it for a safe area and it's also very nice to be right on the ocean.

Nice room. Staff were excellent and friendly. Area is beautiful. Very nice kitchen in the room; however there was a dirty syringe hidden under the sink. Don't be fooled by a place where the return of the living dead, the owner, gets attitude with you for clarifying about a parking question. Possibly cranky because it was 11 at night. 3/10 Buyer beware

The 2 Queen bedrooms had an inaccessible balcony in front of the bedroom window that was only accessible by the room next door. They had the balcony with the table and chairs in front of our bedroom window . We could not have our drapes open for the view when there were people on the balcony. This was really unacceptable. Very disappointed ❗️

The room was amazing. Stove top, fridge, dishwasher, sink, appropriate dishware cutlery everything included. A great eating area. I need to say The view was amazing, ocean view. The bed, high count on the linen made for a great sleep on that amazing bed. As for the staff very courteous, very accommodating. Even had my own parking spot with a sign made. I like that place a lot and we will be back again.

Room is clean and well-supplied. Bed is comfortable. Need to close window at night or else freight train noise will wake you up. Wall is thin so you can basically hear your neighbors conversations and baby crying. The balcony outside the window is only available to the neighbors so always have to keep the blinds closed. The extra 30 dollars for parking per night with no guarantee you will get a parking as first come first serve : the added unnecessary stress The in room AC was loud; had to turn it off to sleep at night

A pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable for a short stay. Overall, the room was clean, but the coffee machine and the tea/coffee supplies tray were another matter. I am not sure if something had leaked but it’s never a good sign to see discoloured sticky liquid in the tray (and no it was not coffee or tea). Staff were friendly and welcoming. The location is ideal with views of the ocean, but with close proximity to the train tracks, it can get very noisy. Something to note, the layout of the rooms is a little odd, especially the balconies. My room had access to a balcony but it was right in front of the large window of the adjacent room. This did make me a little uncomfortable to use the balcony as it wasn’t a private balcony for either myself or the guests in the adjacent room, so it was a shame that I could not enjoy the beautiful views from outside.

The staff are great! Friendly and always helpful. The rooms are nice and clean. Probably need a bit of refreshing or renovation. Only complaint is the dishwasher in our suite leaked. Otherwise, wouldn't hesitate to return again.

We truly enjoyed this lovely suite room, if for only one night. It was well designed; comfortably furnished and the kitchenette had everything that would be needed for a longer stay. Surprised by finding 2 TVs; 2 fireplace units and 2 bathrooms and small outside deck. Parking is tight in area so buying the extra $ parking garage spot is a must.

Great stay. The location is safe and amazing right by water. Rooms were very clean and very nice. Bed was very comfortable. They have the movie Channel which is a plus. Walls are a little thin but worth it for the location. You do have to pay for parking but there is free st parking after a certain time. Would stay again.

We were forced to upgrade and pay an additional $90 plus taxes a night as the room we had booked had been smoked urn. We were shown 4 rooms and only one of them was suitable in light of allergy induced asthma. Staff were polite and accommodating, but when your forced to pay an extra $100 a night that you weren’t counting due to no fault of your own, it doesn’t leave you with a bad taste in your mouth. The suite we stayed in was great. It was clean and had clearly been newly renovated. We recommend that particular room but perhaps not the hotel itself.

Wonderful help from reception when it became apparent that there was a mix-up with our booking. Problem resolved efficiently and without fuss. The hotel’s location is great and the separate living room/bedroom was perfect for our needs as we were traveling with our dog. We will plan on staying here again when we are back in the south Surrey/White Rock area.

My stay here with my fiancé was perfect. A nice cosy spot with a decent view of the ocean from our balcony. We booked a Studio King suite and the room was bigger than I was anticipating, if you’re a couple looking for a getaway this is your place. If you book with the bigger rooms in the front, you’ll have a million dollar view with the ocean. The staff was very friendly and gave some nice recommendations for places to eat and things to do. The pier is a short walk away and there is plenty of options to choose from for food. If you’re hesitating on choosing this place, don’t you won’t be disappointed.

Great hotel! I can't say enough about the quality of customer service this hotel offered. Ben, the front desk person was brilliant. We arrived early in the morning and he offered to let us park in the underground car park as well as giving us an upgrade on our room. He texted us as soon as our room was available so that we could get settled. Thank you Ben. ❤️

The people above us were very very loud and obnoxious. I accidently left my expensive face wash and the hotel said they didnt find it. But I do not have it and I know I left it behind as my flight was super early and was partially aleep when packing. They still have not calles me regarding the face wash being found. It was stollen then. That is unfortunate

Love white rock, right across from the beach . It’s a little far from the main part of white rock ,marine drive hubbub and the pier. A good walk, gets costly if have to drive and park( paid parking everywhere) Would have been better if hotel had the parking free with stay , not having to pay twice if move car to go to pier as my mom could not walk that far.

The hotel front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom sink was plugged with sand our entire stay. My husband tried to clear it with draino provided by the hotel but it only ended up ruining his shirt. The sink was finally fixed on our last day. Hotel staff were very apologetic and ensured that they would talk to management to provide us with some kind of compensation but in the end we paid the full price anyway. The restaurant attached to the hotel was also closed for renovation so would have been nice if the hotel could have provided a continental breakfast.

This hotel is really a great place right along the oceanside. Many plaves to walk to. The best part was the huge balcony.. the kitchen area was very convenient. Parking is extra and room setvice did not work. The cafe on the first floor was very poorly staffed.
