room was beautiful and clean , staff were all friendly and helpful and pool was beautiful. only downside is no entertainment or restaurant but there’s a shop across the road and plenty of places to get food. we had a sea view room and it was stunning especially watching the waves in the evening build up. would definitely go again.

Bäst är den enorma havsvattenpoolen, precis i kanten av Atlanten. Besökte också den fina a la carte restaurangen som hade väldigt bra mat och supertrevlig personal.

I was very happy with the room and it's position and generous balcony. It was bright and fresh and clean. The pool and surrounding outdoor area also very good. The reception and cleaning staff were helpful. Also the location of the hotel was very good. On the downside, I was disappointed at the number of add-on charges for using room safe, beach towels hire, storing luggage. Also a bit disappointed that on arriving at 2:30pm the receptionist didn't check to see if my room was ready and I was just told to return at 4pm the official check in time. The only other issue was unreliable wifi but when reported it was sorted out very promptly. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again

Clean hotel, swimming pool annexed to the ocean is a unique experience

Stayed here for a week 1st june 2024 - 8th june 2024 with my partner. Upon arriving we parked on the free carpark opposite the hotel roughly 15 seconds away. Greeted by a lovely gentleman on the front desk unsure of the name but he was great and talked us through everything we needed to know during our stay. We stayed in the newly furbished apartment which was lovely and accommodated all of our needs. The pool area was great and the sea salt pool was massive and beautiful to look at aswell as the sea. They had a pool bar which was open 10am to 6am which offered drinks and a selection of food. Overall the stay was brilliant. The only things i would suggest to the hotel to look into for the future would be a slightly later check out than 10am or have the option to keep the room on, the rooms cleaned more often as I found one time during our week stay wasn’t enough and air con fitted if possible as the fan in the bedroom just circulated hot air. But overall lovely place.

The Pool Bar is currently being renovated, but we didn’t really require that service on our two night stay. The Pool Lifeguard however, was an absolute star. He came and assisted me with the sunshade, and was rushing to help people into and out of the pool, was cleaning with the scoop etc, I never saw him just sitting. All Reception staff were polite, friendly and chatty!

Das Zimmer war in gutem Zustand und sehr sauber. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, was für eine angenehme Erholung sorgt. Das Essen hat gut geschmeckt, auch wenn die Auswahl etwas größer sein könnte. Der Service war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist ebenfalls ruhig, mit guten Parkmöglichkeiten, und mit dem Auto sind alle wichtigen Ziele schnell erreichbar. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt – gerne wieder!

Sehr saubere Unterkunft(es roch sogar frisch nach Chlor bei der Anreise).Das Servicepersonal war 24h erreichbar, hatt immer freundlich gegrüßt und auch bei Fragen sehr hilfsbereit gewesen. Das WLAN war am abend schwach. Der Pool hat eine super Lage. Gerade befindet sich die Poolbar in Erneuerung, was jedoch nicht gestört hat. Parken ist möglich auf den größeren kostenfreien Parkplätzen. Diese sind jedoch sehr hügelig, nix für tiefergelegte Autos.

Er waren renovatie werken aan de gang met heel veel lawaai tijdens de dag. Mijn appartement was totaal vernieuwd, dus heel netjes, maar helemaal niet aangekleed (een beetje kleur). Er waren alleen maar water glazen, geen wijn of schuimwijn glazen. 3 stuks glazen en bestek. Je kan dus niemand uitnodigen voor een glaasje. Het restaurant en de pool bar waren ook gesloten voor renovatie en dat gaf mij de indruk van een werf. Het appartement was wel heel ruim en de slaapkamer mooi met heel confortabel bed. Het zicht vanop het balkon was ook mooi.

Very nice place ...but lockers for your luggage come on and 2 euro .. Bit dated in places

Het verblijft is niet erg na wens. Het geheel van de de gebouw maar vooral de kamer ruikt erg naar riool, vooral in het ochtend vroeg. De bedden worden niet nieuw gezet, de kamer worden pas per 7 dagen schoongemaakt waardoor je extra baddoek of wc rol moet kopen. Na het inchecken moesten we dat melden bij de receptioniste. Ontbijt en Diner was opzicht wel ok. Erg jammer dat er geen drinken inclusief zijn bij het diner. Dat moest je betalen en de prijs waren ook niet bepaald goedkoop of zo.

Séjour fantastique, deuxième fois que nous venons avec ma compagne. Personnel au top, chambre tout neuve et confortable, cuisine très sympa et une piscine formidable bien que parfois pas très propre mais cela n'est pas du a l’hôtel mais a la mer. Petite plage très sympa aussi. Supermarché juste à la sortie de l’hôtel avec pharmacie, restaurants etc. Un hôtel que je recommande pour de superbe vacance !

Personnel de l'accueil très agréable et de bons conseils pour les diverses sorties et restaurants. Hôtel plutôt joli et moderne malgré une première impression assez mauvaise en arrivant au vu des façades defraichies. Bien situé en pleine ville même si Las Galletas n'est pas la ville la plus belle et la plus dynamique de l'île. Cependant, de notre côté ce fut une petite déception car le ménage n'est réalisé que tous les 4 jours sur notre séjour de 15jours (pas de ménage sur un séjour de moins de 7jours), donc c'est plutot un appartement hôtel qu'un hôtel. De plus a noter que les produits corporels tel que le gel douche n'est rempli que le premier jour du séjour... Malgré tout cela reste un bon appart hôtel !

Jammer dat je maar 1x per 7 dagen schone handdoeken krijgt. Wij verbleven 9 nachten, en kregen halverwege schone handdoeken, dat is eigenlijk te weinig. Daarnaast werd het zeep en toiletpapier ook niet bijgevuld. Verder zijn de appartementen netjes opgeknapt en is alles schoon. Helaas had ik wel 2x een kakkerlak in de schoen, na een nacht. Overal prima voor een week vakantie

Area very Spanish which we liked . Apartment spacious but drain smell in bathroom.We bought some air freshener No "beach"amenities and pool was dirty and cold.

Prachtig appartement, zeer ruim en netjes met alle faciliteiten. Uitzicht op zee zonder dat we dit geboekt hadden. Vriendelijk en fijn personeel! Zwembad was qua schoonheid in wat mindere staat, ook het ontbijtbuffet had weinig variatie. Maar dit waren dan ook echt de enige mindere punten, verder een heel fijn en ontspannen verblijf gehad!

Bristfällig städning vid ankomsten Toaletten luktar vedervärdigt ibland från avloppet främst på kväll natt och morgon. Annars ett väldigt lugnt och skönt hotell, mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Stort plus för poolområdet. Saknade någon stans att byta om vid avresa då utcheckning är alldeles för tidig 10:00 Hade flyg avgång 17:00 Åker trots allt gärna dit igen

Mehr als ausreichend Platz für 2 Personen Sehr bequeme Matratze allerdings zwei Einzelmatrazen mit „Liebesspalte“ Warme Decke, bequemes Kopfkissen Freundlicher, entspannter Empfang (24/7 Rezeption, auch telefonisch erreichbar) Zimmerzugang durch Keycard

Saltvann i bassenget og kjempestort basseng er kult da sjøen er meget urolig og stranden har mye grus. Store og fine leiligheter.

Hotell är funktionellt. Mitt boende hade ett sovrum och ett vardagsrum med pentry. Lite begränsad köksutrustning men det funkade. Saltvattenspoolen som tillhör hotellet hade gått om solstolar. Det blir dock en hel del sjögräs som flyter som personalen försöker rensa men det kommer hela tiden nytt. Poolen fylls genom att vågor slår över kanten eller med pump. Orten Galletas är väl inte spännande och har ingen vettig strand så om man ska bo här är hyrbil att rekommendera. Gratis parkering nära hotellet som dock har så mycket gropar så man är rädd att slå i underredet. Internet var skagigt med bra fart men ibland totalt borta i några minuter. Det gäller både teve, som är trådkopplad och wifi. Finns bra restauranger med bra priser.

Mooie ruime kamers met mooi balkon. Hotel heeft een leuke brute uitstraling aan de buitenkant. De kamers zijn zeer mooi en ruim. Ontbijt is geweldig!

On arrival on a Sunday the apartment was comfortable, clean and newly decorated. I was a little disappointed that I had to pay an additional daily fee for use of the safe but it was not an excessive cost but considering the cost for 5 nights I felt it could have been included. Unfortunately after my comfortable first night, I was woken up to pneumatic drilling immediately outside my balcony at approximately 8:30am, this continued for the full 4 days between just after 8am most days until 5pm. For respite I tried to get some peace and quiet by the poolside only to find there was a digger and other construction equipment rebuilding the old restaurant and bar area. The noise certainly did not provide a relaxing holiday environment, whilst I understand that works have to be done, there had been no mention of this on booking, or when checking in and even though I raised my complaint with the front desk, they did not appear to take my concerns seriously and only offered a free towel exchange and a late check out, neither being of use to me. So disappointed as it could have been a lovely break.

The only reason I'll take a star off is that cleaning should be done at least every other day, towels should be changed every other day, well, include that in the price! Overall, the location is great, shops and a bus stop are within walking distance, and there's a laundry room literally around the corner. Very nice staff, we had a late flight and we could leave our bags in a locker at the reception. 🌸

Zimmer / Apartment was ok after I kicked up a fuss when we first were allocated a room with view of a dark and unpleasant inner courtyard and looking at concrete and nothing else. Staff initially did not want to give me another room, claiming they were fully booked(not true by far!

This our second stay here and loved it both times. The staff are great so helpful nothing is too much bother. Would defiantly recommend the pool was great the room is comfortable and has smart tv’s in the living room and bedroom

What I arrived late at night at the hotel, I was waiting to be served as a customer in front was complaining that there was no water to thr property. Not what you want to hear on arrival..the Night Manager was friendly and professional despite the obvious pressure. I paid extra for a sea facing room. I got a garden view with sea at rhr end of it. Not what I had in mind. There was no restaurant on site (being refurbished he said). I had not eaten since the cheese & biscuits at lunchtime.on.the plane at 2. And it was 8.30pm by the time I checked in. I booked another place for the rest of my holiday and asked for a refund which I did not receive. I dont know why Expedia allowed the apartments to be advertised when there was no water supply to.the property. Also no restaurant. I had two biscuits and water for dinner. Awful experience not helped by the day time staff who refused to refund me or accept that I did not have a sea view room. Among other things. I've never been to Tenerife and a single woman travelling on her own and I did not feel safe enough to go out on my own in the area. The room had a comfortable bed and pillow but was hot and airless. The rooms look like they've been decorated by IKEA. Plastic chairs on the balcony which is sizeable. I got lost finding the room and noticed several rooms were being finished so works are still being carried out at the property and I would not have booked it if I had known. I left thr next day, as I had booked somewhere else

Hotellets var virkeligt god kvalitet til prisen. Indeni var alt godt og nyrenoveret. Men facaden ligner noget, der er løgn. Servicen var helt sublimt i receptionen. Kæmpe pool ved kysten. Området var dig lidt tamt og lettere forfalden, men prisen var god i forhold til andre steder.

Flott leilighetshotell med nyoppussede leiligheter med god standard. Stor, fin Balkong med fin utsikt til havet. Hadde sett frem til enkel adkomst til stranda ved siden av hotellet, men tilkomsten var avstengt og man måtte ut av hotellet og gå en lang omvei for å komme dit.

The building from outside looks awful but don’t judge the book by its cover totally goes well for this hotel. Newly renovated, pool connecting to the sea, room has both microwave and hob with fridge.Very nice place to stay for a quite holiday!

Great option for couples to relax. The neighborhood is very calm, not much life etc. We were looking for a hotel with a nice pool to relax by, this hotel was exactly what we needed. I would recommend to have a care during the stay, this place is a bit remote if you are looking for nice restaurants, bars etc.

Chambre grande et confortable mais pas de clim! L'hôtel a l'allure d'un bunker. Très grande piscine en eau de mer mais pleine d'algues. Environnement très décevant. Le village est très triste, vieillot. Pas vraiment de plages. Mais des bons restaurants. En résumé il y a pleins d'endroits beaucoup plus joli dans l'île...

Sauberes Apartment. Umgebung ging so. Die schöne Strände gibt es Richtung Costa Adeje. Aber jeden Tag Stau dorthin.

Apoartamento bello, pulito, nuovo e con tutto l'occorrente. Vista sull'oceano e piscina strepitosa. Molto comodo il servizio di mezza pensione con colazione e cena a buffet, cibo ottimo e vario. Personale sempre gentile e disponibile.

Net vernieuwd appartement. Zeer mooi appartement voorzien van alle comfort. Ruim. Het volledige complex is al grotendeels vernieuwd. Eten is verzorgd. Voldoende ligbedden aan het zwembad. Aanrader!
